Do not recommend this hotel. Rooms are old, staff not helpful at all, rude and unprofessional.They didn’t update the information that guests scanning with QR code. I recommend book a nice hotel close to Old town . They all have transfer to the airport. It takes 15 min and you will see nice architecture and will get better service for your money.

Great hotel within 1 minute walking distance from the airport! I was very pleased with the quality of bedsheets and breakfast. Highly recommend to everyone who need a place to stay between flights.

Updated Soviet-like hotel with broad hallways and spacious rooms. Hotel has a restaurant and provides esrly morning breakfast boxes to go. It is conveniently located across the street from the the airport terminal.

It is almost in airport itself, great location. Staf super friendly, rooms clean but update of interior and furniture is very much required. The price is quite high so at least small bottle of water for free would have been nice to find.

Location is good, rooms are made from paper and concrete bumps, bad building quality, service is terrible, waiters are arrogant and can't talk with people, and food is terrible. No kids food at all.

Exactly what others have said, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING even if they say otherwise. (Mini split in room blew fan air) Our room in June was 28c=82f degrees all night. There was a very small fan in the closet which should have warned us to leave then. The condition of the hotel is NOT 3 stars. It has not been updated since it was built! Very dirty! If you value a good nights sleep, look for a nicer place than this “hostel”. We paid over 140 Euros for one night, so we should expect minimum quality for the price.

Great location, right by the airport, but the room was cold and very old fashioned. Bed comfortable and we slept well, room faced opposite side from runway, so didn't hear any noise. Friendly and helpful staff

This review is based on a one night stay booked to help with a very early flight the following morning. - Less than a one minute walk to the terminal. You can see the terminal entrance from the hotel entrance. Perfect location for an early flight, or late arrival. - Front desk staff spoke perfect English and were helpful during check in. - The room is dated, but had minor amenities - coffee maker, coffee, shampoo (no conditioner), body wash, and soap. An extra towel would have been nice. - Nice restaurant! I had a couple beers and a good burger. Waitstaff were fine. Good value for 70 euros!

Excellent when someone is unable to walk long distances or when you are having an early flight. 1 minute away from terminals. Clean and warm. Receptionists were very friendly and helped us with all we needed. I recommend this place.

The young lady working the front desk was an absolute gem. Very polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Hotel was clean, shower was hot and the bed was comfortable (deceptively so after first glance).

The rooms was used and old. But the bed was actually really good. You can hear everything there happens in the hallway and the rooms beside you. I was only staying for the night due to early flight, So if its only for that, I would recommend the hotel.

The pros: - airport proximity The cons: - No air conditioning. In Summer, you enter the room, and hot air straight from the depths of hell embraces you, making you sweat instantly. - Food is really poor - Tiny bathroom, yet it's not the size that is an issue. The issue is, there's a moist, smelly shower curtain. Yuck! - don't worry about wake-up call. The construction team right under your window will wake you up at 6:00 A.M with their pneumatic hammers.

small rooms , 0 renovation , cold af , TV doesn't have good reception , USB or wireless charging is a joke , uncomfortable bed breakfast is a joke left 2 stars because of good food at the diner , girl was alone literally running like crazy to please everyone and trying to pay attention to each guest . overpriced compared to Radisson next door ( only reason I stayed - flight rescheduled and I got coupon from airline to stay there )

Mattress was new and comfortable, bedsheets was new, room was hot + had an electric hitting. Fresh smell in a room #326 2 minutes from airport door in a walking distance🚶‍♀️ Breakfast: fried potatoes and bacon, all varieties hot 🔥 food.

Good location very close to the airport and still very quiet. The staff are good, helpful, and welcoming safe one lady in the kitchen. She is too arrogant to be working in a service industry.

Nice causy hotel on the entrance of the Vilnius airport. There are fair sized rooms. Decent restaurant. If your flight is very early I recommend to stay in this hotel. 2 minutes away from departure. They have scales to weight your luggage.

They do not have air conditioning in the rooms. I was told that only a few rooms have AC on each floor and that there is a fan available. Location is great but there are much better hotels 3 mins down the street for the same price

The King suite has all you need. Good food, too. Airport distance: 2 min of foot with the luggage ;)

Looks beautiful and promising from outside.. Then you find out no air conditioner in The room it is August 31 degrees C and humid .According to the front desk that needs to be requested as they only have 20 rooms with air conditioning, we did after we entered the Room but it didn’t help, who thought ,… That needs to be requested in August.🤫

So it seems they don’t accept negative remarks here To avoid at any cases in here bad welcome, not client treated, not professional and all services like gym and sauna are additional…. Crew is more concerned by there phone than clients

The only bad thing is their pillows. Pretty big so I had some neck ache. But all other staff is pretty good. Big choice of food in the morning. So close to the airport! Will stay again when traveling. Thanks

If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a good night's sleep, you might want to steer clear of Air Inn Vilnius. The ventilation system is subpar at best, making the rooms stuffy and uncomfortable; some guests have even resorted to keeping their doors slightly ajar for air circulation. Plumbing fixtures appear to be bought on a shoestring budget, emitting a constant symphony of noise. Doors are equally noisy, equipped with squeaky mechanisms that click loudly enough to startle you. The walls are thin, just single layers of drywall, so you'll hear everything your neighbor is doing — even down to their gum-chewing. As a "courtesy," the hotel provides earplugs and posts warning signs about loud talking, which really feels more like an admission of the noise issue rather than a solution. All in all, not a great choice if you value comfort and quiet.

Very Nice hotel with spacious rooms and nice staff. The breakfast was also delicious and had quite a bit of variety. A very good option for a short stay after a flight from Vilnius airport or before a flight. Loses a star as it can be noisy and hard to sleep being so close to the airport (they provide ear plugs but for us they are uncomfortable to sleep in) and waitress at breakfast was serving food without a mask on which during a pandemic is unacceptable.

The best one can say is that this hotel is adjacent to VNO. Otherwise, no air conditioning, noisy until the wee hours, poor food. Vilnius is but a short cab ride away, and offers a variety of first rate accommodations and restaurants.

Horrible hotel! There is NO DRINKING bottles of water in the room! There is NO AIR CONDITIONING! The are cold or during the day really hot! Dirty room!!! Looks like old hostel , the building and Definitely the rooms they need to be renovated!

We came out of the airport at 2am, tired. This hotel was just outside the airport, 50m away. It took us seconds to get our room key, and get there. We were able to get a good night's sleep without travelling far in search of a hotel. The fact that it's seconds away from the airport is a lifesaver and their main attraction.

The biggest negative of this hotel is its age. Seems like everything was not updated from the year it was built. Other than that, it has a few massive benefits: 1. Location for airport travelers; 2. Very early (and limited) breakfast. So personally, it comes down to which floor your room will be located at. The first floor sucks, but everything above first is pretty livable. And there is also the price, which is usually higher than a lot of better options in Vilnius city. And the airport is not that far from the city center anyway.

There is no better place to be next to the airport. There is an option to have breakfast from 3am. .unfortunately the room we were given was a bit cramped as there was no window and it was so narrow that one side of the bed rested against the wall and I didn't have much space on the other side. I don't know about the other rooms. Avoid 105, the corner.

Excellent location if you travel by air. Few meters away from Airport. Room was massive with good soundproofing. Just steam extractor in the shower wasn't working... Food at the bar was looking great and portions were big.

Old fashioned decor but good sized rooms, really good breakfast, available from 3am so perfect for early check-outs/flights. Clean and comfortable. Staff will also book taxis, arrange transport. Hotel on airport, short walking distance to terminal. Good connections to the City. Rooms are dated and had the smallest kettle we have ever seen. Reception staff and unhelpful and disinterested.

I always stay in AirInn when traveling by air - very inexpensive, 200 feet from airport, to-go breakfast from 3 am, full breakfast from 7 am - super convenient!!! 1 euro per person local fee paid at the hotel. Love this hotel! (last night I arrived at 1 am and croissant with raspberry jam was awaiting in my room - a cute tiny heartwarming welcome)

Rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant is cosy, nad food is nice. In my opinion overpriced, a water 3.2€, too much.

The location is absolutely perfect, couldn't be better if you have an early flight. Rooms are ok, I'd prefer them to be a bit more clean and modern but it is what it is. The main issue I have with this hotel is noise. In my opinion it's extremely noisy. When I stayed there it was close to impossible to fall asleep because of people in the hotel bar. They were talking and I could here EACH and EVERY word of their conversation. Keep in mind they were on the first floor and my room was on the second floor. Also the hotel is pet friendly so I could hear dogs barking a few times. Very convenient location but that noise🤦🏼‍♀️
