My experience at Hotel Pacai was nothing short of outstanding. As a seasoned hotel manager, I understand the importance of detail and this hotel hasn’t failed to live up to my high expectations. Our room was prepared with gifts for the kids and a bathrobe, showing their dedication to personal service. The spa was top-notch - my wife and daughter praised the professional massages. Breakfast was another standout with a diverse spread and impeccable service. Adding to the charm was the hotel's design, which beautifully intertwined modern amenities with historical elegance. In conclusion, Hotel Pacai exhibits an exceptional commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction. We eagerly anticipate our return visit.

Spa is a joke. First of all, you cannot use it freely. You must make a reservation for a slot. There’s only one sauna which is not even hot enough. There is no swimming pool or even a jacuzzi. No steam room either. All decent Spas and saunas recommend not wearing swimwear as it is not healthy for the skin. This Spa recommends wearing textiles as they made the Sauna room windows see-through and they don’t want you to be naked even in the shower😂. I’m gonna say it again, this spa is a joke. The worst Hotel Spa I have ever seen. Breakfast is limited for a premium hotel the PACAI pretends to be. Food quality could be better. A la carte menu saved the day. Our Deluxe room had a window with the view at the brick wall and the roof. Very disappointing. TV was hang 90degrees to the left from the bed making it very inconvenient to watch. Hotel certainly not worth the money. Go to Kempinski or Radisson.

Location, staff, vibe, breakfast and space. All of those were fantastic. I couldn't really find any fault with the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to try and make our stay memorable. The breakfast was also great with a la carte and buffet options, the croissants were particularly great.

It was an absolute perfection staying at this hotel! Impeccable attention to detail from the moment we arrived, till the check-out. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Once they realized we are celebrating a birthday, they kept surprising us throughout the stay! Breakfast they offer is beyond delicious. Oh, and what about this breath-taking interior! All in all, exceeded expectations, we felt most welcomed and could enjoy every minute of our stay here. Once again thanks to the amazing staff!

Loved everything about this hotel. From the start to the very end I had amazing experience. Spa has the best massage in town that for sure . The service and cosmetics is additional touch to this. Good food , attention to detail. Self service or menu breakfast is available for any taste. Luggage room. bubbles on arrival which was nice. Hand cream , sparkling and still water as complimentary was also good to be! I definitely gonna come back.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel experience. The hotel itself is an art piece with an interesting history. Staff are very professional and friendly. Located within old town which offers a great chance to get out and experience Vilnius. Thank you to all the team at Hotel PACAI for looking after us for the week. I would highly recommend this hotel. 🇱🇹 🇦🇺

We love staying at this hotel where history meets modern design - IMO this is one of the best design hotels in the world. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, great restaurant and bar, plus a wonderful courtyard where you can enjoy drinks and food. Location is perfect to enjoy the Old Town. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

An extremely beautiful hotel but what I liked best was the staff. Every one of them was authentically friendly and helpful. Great restaurant, beautiful building and courtyard, and let’s not forget the sauna!

Very kindly allowed us to store luggage for a few hours even though we weren't guests. Fantastic staff, reflects very well on the hotel. It's also a perfect location in Vilnius.

Overall great boutique hotel in the centre of Vilnius. Really well located with modern amenities. Great breakfast options. Would definitely recommend as it's very easy to walk anywhere from here.

I booked this hotel by mistake (kind of, I'm definitely not a person that looks for 5 star hotels, though I've worked on some before), and boy am I glad I did. From the warm welcome, to the great location, everything was super clean, and the room I was placed in was beyond what I expected, small for 5 star hotel, but plenty big enough for my multi night stay. When I next visit this amazing, historic city, this will be the absolute first place I look to book.

Classy and stylish. Movie star feeling, food is amazing, drinks awesome. Great service to match the whole experience. A scent of Molton Brown products in the background. Lounge music, dreamy design hotel. We'll be back.

Stayed a night in Pacai Hotel. We had a Deluxe room. The Shower was smelly and we felt it in the whole room, the window view was to the other building wall. The tv was 90 degrees to the left, weird modern composition. They have only one proper working sauna, three sunbeds to lay down, feels claustrophobic. Breakfast was decent, service was good, the room was not worth the price and didn't match our expectations.

Overall place is very good. Rooms are very nice and sound isolation is good. Expensive hotel parking and during my stay bakery on the breakfast wasn't fresh.

My husband booked Hotel PACAI for a city break and to see Rammstein play at Vingis Park. The hotel is beautiful. The smell of oud perfuming the air as you walk into the courtyard. The room was comfortable and cozy. It was quiet and calm, just as a hotel should be. The spa was relaxing, access to the old town was so easy and it was amazing to walk through. Breakfast was delicious and has a lovely variety, especially better in the courtyard. The service was at it's best as they are friendly and helpful. It is one of my favourite places to stay and they made it wonderful for myself and my husband. I totally recommend!

Hotel Pacai is located in old-town Vilnius in a historic mansion converted into a luxury hotel. The design of the building is modern, but the historical structure and style were nicely integrated. Our room in the 2nd floor had large ceilings and faced the inner courtyard, which made it conveniently quiet. Additionally, the windows were really soundproof - even when a wedding was celebrated in the courtyard you could hardly hear anything (the music was turned off at 10 pm anyways). Breakfast is served buffet-style and was absolutely luxurious! Fresh orange and grapefruit juice, sparkling wine, fresh bread, a huge selection of cheese, sausages, fresh fruit, cereals, and excellent coffee… additional hot breakfast options like porridge can be ordered from a menu, but we were perfectly happy with the varied options at the buffet. Service was extremely friendly and happily explained the history of the building and how it was renovated, but also gave recommendations or helped with restaurant reservations. From all hotels that we stayed in during our trip through the three Baltic states, Hotel Pacai was clearly the best - service, style, location, architecture, comfort, all just perfect.

A stay in a luxury hotel can be a brief reprieve from the harsh reality of the world. A distraction with fluffy towels, soft linens, minibar, complimentary toiletries, the recomforting sensation that breakfast is waiting for you downstairs -- and hopefully a late checkout. Perhaps my wanderings go beyond the scope of a hotel review but as I sit at the work desk of room 226 of the Pacai Hotel in Vilnius sipping my Nespresso espresso this is what comes to mind. The baroque Pacai Mansion was established in 1677 by the debonaire Mykolas Kazimieras Pacas. The Mansion still possesses the joyful energy of the aristocrats that frolicked in its insides once upon a time; before it was forsaken by half a century of Soviet rule. The palace that once hosted Czars, Kings, and Napoleon himself, has been reborn with the young vigor that characterizes today's Vilnius. Its contemporary interior has vague remnants of its more prestigious past, when to spend the night here, you likely had to be of noble upbringing. (Although I feel like the decor was more inspired by the debaucherous facet of the upper classes. When exploring the Pacai in the evening I couldn't get rid of the feeling that I could stumble upon an Eyes Wide Shut scenario -- the beautiful blondes carelessly wandering through the hallways strengthen this impression.) Pacai manages to be cozy, welcoming, and warm, but at the same time mysterious. As if the night presents more possibilities than a tranquil stay at a small city hotel. The service is excellent. The young gentlemen at the front desk seem to have been bred specially for this job. They perform their duties with impeccable precision. They even give off an air of superiority, as if spending long hours in the Pacai inevitably gave them permission to exhibit such sentiments despite the menial reality of their job. Stylistically the room is a blend of modern functionality, with a moderate addendum of sensuality, while preserving the building's legacy. It's luxurious, but I don't feel like a profligate for spending the night there. A zest for life develops when you are here. Even the name Pacai evokes something sophisticated, intimate, and posh, but adorned with a je ne sais quoi, unlike the universally recognizable British Monarchy elegance. This is something else. More careless, original, and indistinguishable, like Lithuania's own role among the more established Western European culture and aesthetics. Naive, vibrant, young... and since it's young it's more prone to mistakes; which did happen during our stay. They sold me a Valentine's Day special for "one person" and charged me for person 2 upon arrival -- what hotel offers a Valentine's Day package for one person? They tried to justify it instead of accepting it was a mistake. They promised us an empty sauna/hammam at 19h, but there were 4 other people there. Mistakes that are excusable due to over-eagerness (or just inexperience). Another downside is that the Pacai can be a bit cold, unfamiliar, like a distant couple after a bitter quarrel. I got the impression that the Pacai Mansion has not found its personality yet, like someone who went through a transformation too quickly and now is not sure who he is. The disharmony makes it somber at times. But it's also hard to forget, this is why I am writing a 583 word hotel review. The Pacai Hotel is not perfect, but sometimes you don't need to be perfect. A 9 can be more interesting than a 10.

We stayed a night, but we nearly didn't get any sleep because of noise from one of the other rooms, probably footsteps. We called the reception at 2 in the night and again at 7 in the morning but they couldn't help. So much for the soundproof rooms!! And the breakfast was by no means impressive. There was a large selection, but the quality was below average standard. If it had been a cheap hotel, then ok, but in a luxury hotel there should be some delicious bread and some exquisite cheese etc. We had an omelet prepared, and it had almost no taste and had too hard a texture. All in all a very disappointing experience.

I am reviewing only service of the hotel I manage to witness. My close friend stayed at Pacai hotel a month ago. He forgot his coat there and I went to pick it as he wasn’t in the country anymore. At the reception they gave me the wrong coat despite me double asking. Ok things happen , but I was expecting a proper apology because I took some hours of my day and a cab to get there and come back just to be given the wrong coat. They finally delivered the right coat but their apology was CHEAP bottle of Prosecco , my cab trips were more expensive than that . This was shocking as for the luxury hotel which I personally recommend to my friends who come and visit me and spend thousands there, to give cheap 15 Eur Prosecco as an apology is just very bad looks . I have another friend coming to Vilnius for one week , he wanted to book Pacai due to my recommendation. But after telling how they apologised with a cheap drink, my friend has changed his mind and will be staying at another hotel now despite the initial plan to stay at Pacai. Cheap Prosseco is something budget B&B would arrange as apology or a birthday extra but not one of the most luxury hotels in Lithuania. Feels disrespectful. Disappointed. Bad looks. Even from the business perspective that’s not a smart move : my friends only staying places I recommend. You tried to save few EUR but you will be losing thousands .

One of "must visit" hotels, probably most elegant hotel we stayed, place is so calm and warm we had such a briliant rest . Thank You .

Elegant hotel... Biggest complaint is the spa/gym... The gym is smaller than my room... Has one resistance machine, one treadmill, one cycle. Good luck if someone else wants to use it... The very few free weights are minuscule, more appropriate for an 11 year old girl. The sauna is at a very low temperature, the steam bath not even on. I couldn't even break a sweat. There was only one towel in the whole spa. Very disappointing.

We stayed for a wedding night & breakfast and we were super happy we chose Pacai Hotel. The location is perfect and breakfast was top-notch with Lithuanian touch (you can get sūrelis and kibinai). Impressed by fresh juices, sweets and warm breakfast choices.

In my opinion there are 2 good hotels in Vilnius and Pacai is one of them. If you are looking for luxury in the heart of Old Town, then it is the right choice. Hotel is designed as the combination of history and modern life. Rooms are very varied, suites are recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at 5-star Pacai. The location is great, as the hotel is located right in the center of the city with walking district to most sights. The breakfast was amazing, staff incredibly kind and service-minded and the room had everything I needed.

The place when in Vilnius - great hotel staff, super helpful and providing a comfortable stay. Perfect location with almost everything within walking distance. The building is superbly renovated with great rooms and high ceilings. Just make sure of the size of the rooms: great wifi and best breakfast in town. The restaurant is superb. However, some staff required more training at the restaurant. A must in Vilnius.

Beautiful place, perfect location and luxurious hotel, what not to like? The staff were friendly and professional, the room was squeaky clean, the whole place had a very pleasant smell, and breakfast was absolutely incredible! We will definitely be back here next time we visit. Thank you for looking after us!

Our stay was great! Very clean and peaceful. Great staff wonderful food and beautiful room! Unfortunately the scent boxes in the hallways, dinning room and outside in entrance for the courtyard. the smell was very overpowering and affected our sleep. We could not spend an extra night due to the strong perfume scents. Highly recommend if you’re not sensitive to perfume smells

The Christmas weekend spent in Pacai hotel in Vilnus was simply amazing! Pacai hotel is a pearl by all means, starting from its perfect location in the Old town and beautiful renovated building, that served as a most magnificent mansion in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania since 17th century, now looks outstanding with its unique combination of Baroque and contemporary style. The reception at the hotel was at the highest level, special gratitude to Vytas and the team for their professionalism, for being so welcoming, creative and ready to find solutions to our very exceptional requests. The spa in the hotel deserves a special attention, as it is on top level having the right ambiance, most professional attentive experts, choice of treatments. I was lucky to meet Nina, who has a medical background and is certainly high professional in spa area (body and facial treatments), she made my spa experience exceptional! Last but not least, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast has unique atmosphere, imagine cozy interior, snow falling just in front of you in a big arch window, Christmas music at the background and delicious hot meal prepared by a talented chef. The view out of the room, our choice was to see the old town and it’s beautiful architecture, streets and buildings, that was simply fascinating! To conclude I’d like to mention that I work in the same lifestyle and hospitality industry for many years and it is not that easy to exceed my expections, Pacai hotel and people, who work there, certainly did! See you very soon again! Jelena

Missing the breakfast just because of human error is not what you'd expect from places like this and unfortunately not when it matters most. To spice things up, mysteriously the room key stops working just at the same time when you are informed that breakfast is now your own burden. Other than that everything was going smoothly and could be a very nice experience.

One of the best hotels in Lithuania. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. Service provided by hotel staff is superb. The design of rooms, common spaces, preserved original building features and elements are outstanding and memorable. Room had a great noise isolation and immaculately clean. Even hotel opened several years ago it looks and feels brand new. There is no need to mention great location of it. Only item to consider - spa opening hours for treatments, we trust it should be reviewed by management and potentially adjusted.

I've been only in the restaurant. I really like the way we've been served. The staff really knows the way they should be working. At first I couldn't find vegetarian options in the menu. However, I've been offered a great options and the meal was delicious. I really like the desert too, but I couldn't say the same about coffee. I ordered cappuccino, but not sure what I've got.... That was not a cappuccino, so strong and no foam on the top

👍 The environment around the Belmontas restaurant is very nice. It is a path at the water that I recommend you to walk. Interesting and a good mix between old and new when it comes to the building.
