Very nice hotel with a good design. The rooms and hotel feel well maintained and looked after. The shower and bathroom is great (rain shower) and the breakfast selection is also decent. As well as this we've found the staff nice and friendly too. Our room in the pics is a twin room with two single beds. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointed with the hotel and the way we were treated by the hotel manager. Unfortunately when you book through Booking.com you only see nicely renovated marble spaces with beautiful rooms. Imagine our surprise that what we got was smelly, old and tight room, which did not match the standards shown in the photos when we were booking. The manager unfortunately claims that this isn’t “fake advertising” despite the fact that new, renovated rooms are only a few, yet they represent 90% of photos shown on Booking.com. Fortunately we got our money back, but don’t like the lack of sympathy from the manager who instead of understanding our pain of being faced with vastly different reality to what was expected, blamed us. Won’t be coming back.

My stay with a 4.5 month old baby was ruined on the first day to the point that on another day we had to leave the hotel and find another one. AC was not working in two rooms we were offered. Third room they offered we stayed a night and in the morning when I asked what's the situation with rooms, receptionist told me that this room is more expensive and they told us that we must pay the difference. Of course I said no. Then they offered another room where guess what, the AC is not working again. Bare in mind that it was 30-32 degrees celsius outside. Me with luggage packing and unpacking, with a baby on my hands was moving from one room to another one without any help. No one offered to help I had to ask myself. Eventually we had to leave the hotel and find another one. Which was so stressful and hard on last minute notice. Thanks god after me raising my voice in a lobby they arranged to refund me money. Obviously they charged for first night. At one point manager or head of reception decided to arrange the meeting room and didn't care about us standing in the lobby trying to sort out our situation. But didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and stress caused. Not even glass of water or to arrange a taxi to get from one place to another. Staff absolutely lack of empathy, organisation and problem solving especially in such a delicate situation where mother with a baby who is hot and tired and wants to sleep left with ruined holiday in the lobby trying to sort out next accommodation.

Location good, near old town. Breakfast little over average. Staff very helpfull when needed, and kind. Rooms spacious and clean. One star goes from the large bed. It was very hard to the back. So sleeping wasnt comfort.

Not the best experience. Basuc amenities.Rooms were very small with sloping ceiling and we kept hitting our heads. Bathroom and shower tiny - no bath. No sink plug. Heated bathroom which was great. Air-conditioning good. Lifts small. DO NOT get clothes washed as service is outrageously expensive. €76 for 7 pieces of clothing!! We nearly died of shock.

We had unpleasant experience with the hotel. First of all, during ‘busy’ weekend there worked only one receptionist and check-in took is more than half an hour. Secondly - this is the biggest absurd - one half of our bed was totally broken. Sleeping in it was like in hammock. We called receptionist to inform about the situation expecting that the room would be changed. We got answer that “there is nothing I can do about it”. When was asked to change the room, the answer was “it is fully booked”. It was late and from the receptionist way of answering questions, understood that she won’t be able to help anyhow. It is weird that such a hotel does not have rooms for these kind of unpleasant situations as the base of staying in it is the bed. Afterwards, we were offered discount (unspecified) for the next stay, but after such experience we just asked for the refund as they failed to provide the main service. Of course, it was weekend, so we needed to contact them during working day to speak with the manager. Best they could offer was to refund expenses of the breakfast. Well a good week passed after we filled the form an still NO REFUND. Shame for such 4* hotel. P.S. room 402 Update: refund for breakfast was received after-all.

Zentrumsnahe. Da kann nachts der Straßenlärm schon mal durch gut isolierte Fenster dringen. Das ließ sich in meinem EZ nicht öffnen. In d.

Five stars all across the board. From start to finish, we were treated with such respect and all staff gave such courtesy to us. Lovely shower, comfortable beds and wonderful air conditioning. Nice room, nice food. If you need anything, such as iron, you will get it in less than 5mins. Will definitely come back if given a chance!!!

Update empfehlenswert.

Hotel is wanderful , great staff, the room has everything what you need - shampoo , conditioner , shower gel ,body lotion . 1 minus point - could be more English tv chanels.

Location is unbeatable. Breakfast is amazing. Hotel itself is nice, staffs are helpful and speak good english. Wifi was fast. But one major problem for me: the noise from the other rooms was really disturbing. I stayed there 2 nights, the first one was quiet but the second one, I couldn't sleep until 2am as my neighbor was talking on the phone or watching TV loudly.

Hotel is nice, but not family oriented. We received charges for extra bed during check in, while it was clearly stated that there is sofa bed for kids available in the room and number of guest was clear during reservation.

Nice hotel but with single person literally managing everything. I was staying with my friend and we came back after sightseeing, after 5 minutes we hear a sound and suddenly the full length mirror in the room falls down . Luckily none of us were standing nearby that , but still few pieces of mirror fell onto the bed . With gods grace we were saved , but if not , it could have led to a very serious injury . A whole full length mirror with sticked to the wall using a sticker tape and not drilled. We had to change our room , but the ONLY worker in the hotel who was a lady , who helped us .

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The reception staff was friendly right from the first “Hello” and to the last “Goodbye”. The hotel and its rooms are super well styled. Breakfast is amazing!

AC is useless kept the room at 25 degrees when it was 20 outside (I was trying to cool). Doors are old and scratched up. In general very Soviet feeling room. Bad value for money even with Booking discounts.

Waited 10 minutes for an employee at the reception. The air conditioner does not work when +32 outside. Completely old room for the price of a new one, they said the new ones are all finished, the photo does not correspond to reality. Very old rooms.

Great rooms. I didn't like my first room (not enough light but very spacious) and without any problem they immediately moved me to a smaller room with a lot of light. It was perfect for me. They also have very cheap business lunch menu! Soup for less than 2 euros and main dishes for around 4 euros! All with a nice twist and great presentation!!! Totally recommended

Good place and position. The desk personnel is kind and efficient. Some of the hotel structure is a little old but all is clean and well working. They have a parking on the back side but is is quite narrow road and small. Not as you could expect from a 4 star. Breakfast is ok.

Common rooms apparently are fully renovated recently. Rooms are clean but tired, renovation of bathroom and floors is necessary. Breakfast was good. For me the service lacked friendliness and warmth.

Very modern hotel on the edge of old city centre. 10 min walk to the centre. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. Just one small disadvantage - no restaurant in the hotel. There is restaurant just next to the hotel but service there is very bad.

Stayed for two nights in August. Not to bad. Nice spacious rooms, comfy beds, good location. Located not far from Old Town and all tourists areas but really quiet at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. Minuses. First of all, shower room is really nice but the floor tiles are definitely not for the floor and the floor is very slippery, I put towel on the because slipped in shower (( Only breakfast in hotel. No restaurant, no bar, not even room service. I think hotel which presents itself as 4* should have this services. No problems with cleaning, but not refilling coffee and tea... Maybe I should ask 🤔 I don't really know how hotels services in Lithuania work but... I didn't ask and we didn't have any hot drinks after used all. But this is not a big deal. Big deal to me was air-conditioning exactly above of the bed. It was a quite uncomfortable to sleep, so we put it off but temperature outside was +31... I love hot weather but not in the closed room. Anyway, I still give good rating because hotel itself is comfortable to stay and in the walking distance from all landmarks.

Lovely hotel for a couple but perhaps not a family with a young child out of a cot. We booked a family room but me and my husband had to share a bed with our 5 year old. The room was very clean/nice but the air con vent was noisy even when off. I didn’t sleep much due to the noise and a kiddies legs in my back. However, very central and lovely service. Parking is available but at an extra cost.

Old hotel, feels like three stars rather than four. All single rooms face busy streets, so don't even think of opening the window. The entrance is renovated, but my room looked worn, did not have a good floor plan, no good placements of power outlets and awkward placement of toilet. The hotel is easily reachable by public transportation, also from and to the airport.

Excellent service. Pleasant staff. Comfortable single room. Big bed, the pictures made the room look smaller than it really is. Keep it up

I liked the hotel, which has very good vibe. It is near the city centre and there are many parking spaces. However, the hotel rooms are not very quiet - you can easily hear voices from the other rooms and also the traffic from outside. The breakfast was great.

Excellent location in the city center on the banks of the river and a 3-minute walk from Gediminas Ave. The room was small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The airport and back can be reached by bus 88 or G3, which stop at a bus stop across the bridge in a few minutes walk. The old town and all the tourist places are in the wolkable distance.

I have stayed in multiple 4 star hotels in Vilnius and need to say staff and service were the best in Vilnius . I booked the wrong dates by mistake and gentleman at the reception let me stay for the price I booked the other dates. He also gave me really beautiful room with a balcony and a big mirror . I am a light sleeper and had more questions and requests and the guy at the reception was smiling and patient and tried to help me without making me feel like I am asking a lot . So absolutely outstanding customer service . I definitely staying again if I get a good price deal , the same type of room and service ! I have seen other rooms and some other rooms looks claustrophobic so good I was not staying there and had a nice room .
