I would rate this hotel 5 star if they had a more comfortable bed. The hotel is nice, the breakfast was very good, close to the town centre. I loved it, but the bed was like a torture device. Every morning, I woke up with a bad back and had to take painkillers. I know it's a cheap hotel, but I would expect a better sleep.

The hotel is in a very good location. The bus station, train station and the old town are not far from the hotels. Breakfast is good We were in the beginning of December, the room was very cold, but there was an additional tag. I stayed at this hotel for the first time. And I'm happy with the night hostels.

Definitely needs tweaking We stayed in room 209 and I can honestly say after reading reviews online that I was a little concerned about the hotel and I relayed that to the site I booked it with before our arrival. The positives are definitely its location and breakfast. It is 5 minutes from the bus and train stations. This is great because the airport runs regular direct services to and from the stations. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent variety of cold and hot food to cater for all tastes although we did find it amusing that they served cooked vegetables for breakfast. The room on the day of arrival did have the necessary provisions needed and it was tidy also. It is also near the Maxima stores and plenty of restaurants and bars. Wifi worked fine. The negatives are definitely the heating not on and lack of communication from the hotel about information I sought and to this day none of my emails or messages have been answered. We arrived on the 17th of October and at that time of year there has to be heating on. Now they did provide a small heater to plug in but these heaters are so old that they must cost a fortune to use and some people can find that such heaters can make them feel stuffy. The rooms need soundproofing. The main road doesn't bother me but what bothers me is listening to other guests talking and one room in particular had a couple arguing with each other. The breakfast staff were friendly but the rest were not. Maybe the employers are hard to work for? The room wasn't cleaned the next day and we didn't notice any cleaners around that day either so there may be merit to the complaints about the condition of the rooms. There was no staff at reception after 8pm which again shows that this place takes shortcuts. Maybe this place is better suited in the Summer but definitely not in the Autumn or Winter.

Rather disappointing unfortunately. I've arrived rather late in the evening and went straight to bed without checking the room properly. In the morning I found that the bathroom wasn't actually cleaned after previous occupant. Both shower and toilet filthy! But worst of all turned out to be guy at the reception. Weird reaction to my complaint - as if doubting what I'm telling him. No attempt to handle the situation at all. So I checked out even though I wanted initially to stay another night.

Reasonably priced hotel in a quiet part of Vilnius. Clean room. Polite and pleasant staff. Easy access to everywhere by trolley bus. Within walking distance of the main train and bus stations. Good value for money

Good place, good quality for the offered price, tasteful breakfast, proximity of the city center, comfortable rooms. Unforunately the gate for the car had to be opened by the hotel's staff, so it was disturbing to constantly asking and calling them to open the gate. I recommend this place though.

The room was nice and clean, we booked a small simple room, there wasn’t a lot of space, but for a short stay what else could you want? However, if you are a bigger/taller person consider choosing bigger apartments, because you might find smaller ones uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, nothing special, but it was nice anyways, would come back again.

Good value for a decent hotel in the historic centre of Vilnius. Room was nothing fancy but clean and had what we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady at reception assisted us by storing our baggage before checking I and after checking out. She also gave us some good local advice on where to go in the region. Also, we had breakfast included. We were expecting it to be quite a simple and plain affair but it was quite comprehensive and we enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Very good location, clean and quiet place, reception staff is responsible to request if guests. Because of early morning departure we asked for breakfast, and it was prepared and stored in the fridge in reception area. Building of hotel is old construction, beginning of 20th century, has specific sound (ventilation slight wind), like song of hotel😊

Excellent location, 300m to train and coach Station, walking distant to old town. Staffs are lovely. I simply did not like our room 407 as it has arkward layout.

Positives: Great location, close to bus terminal and rail station as well being close to old town Breakfast was good Negatives: Walls were very thin and can hear everything from nearby rooms e.g. TV, showers, conversations, other "things" you would rather not hear... Reception staff were very aloof. Room was very small for a double.

We had a very nice stay at Ivolita, very friendly staff and easy to get to anywhere in the center, a lot of nice restaurants and cafe etc.

Gut zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt gelegen. alles war da was man brauchte, hatte schönes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Frühstück lecker

Morden and clean rooms with reasonable price, and close to the bus station. A lady named Apata in the reception is very nice, patient and approachable and she gave me a lot of information for the transport. Thank you, nice experience to stay here.

GOOD: breakfast, location, luggage storage NOT SO GOOD: extremely hard beds, hard stuffed very thick pillows, no heating, only transparent curtain, loud noise through ventilation and walls, crowded breakfast, no covid measures, never smiling concierge

Great place to stay. Near the station and old town. Bed was comfy. Breakfast wasn't bad, but could have been better.

Good, clean rooms. Godd, hearty breakfast. Central location and a fair price. Staff can be helpful and friendly or not Depends on who is on duty at reception (which closes a bit early at 8 pm). One downside: can hear next room's toilet flushing

The hotel is located near the railway station and the old town. Excellent breakfasts - a large selection of options and everything is very tasty. But our room was not ready when we arrived. We were offered to pack a breakfast due to early check-out, but in the morning at the reception another hotel employee was not informed about this and we remained without our breakfast.

The best part is the breakfast. At least the food and juices. Unfortunately instead of real coffee they serve the instant coffee with instant milk. Our room was located on the first floor quite close to elevator and the reception. During some nights it was therefore quite loud.

Bad cleaning service (doesn't clean and cleans badily). Bad attendance, very rude. Elevator doesn't work. Windows don't isolate the noise. They only give shampoo and not hand soap. The shower leaks water to the floor. 2 stars for the breakfast.

Very very very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast and they filled empty ones even there was 5 minutes to end time of breakfast. Location is very close to train and bus station and walk distance to old Town. We loved it. Rooms were very clean, bath was very big and nice. One thing that we lack was minibar. I hope they keep the good work 😇😇

Excellent location, very easy to find from the bus station (Stotis). Access to the Old Town in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Hotel itself is in good condition, breakfast buffet included which was very welcome. Rooms themselves are good, only major gripes are no air conditioning or a fan which means they are overwhelmingly hot. Also, most double rooms are at the front of the hotel which is next to a road which has construction going on and traffic flowing almost 24/7. It is very noisy and might be too much for some. Overall this is a reasonable option, bit I would seek out others - particularly of you visit in late-Spring / Summer.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast. Price was amazing and staff was very professional. Parking was not included. You can park in a small court yard by the property for a charge. The yard is gated and required the front dress attention to be opened. We found ourselves locked in the courtyard for a while trying to get the attention of the staff.

Great value option close to all the main sites in town. Breakfast had a reasonable spread with enough to cater for all tastes.
