Stayed here for 3 nights. Nice room and friendly staff. We arrived at 5am and got promptly checked in which was nice. The room had a mini fridge and was close to the old town. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay! The room was so spacious and we had both a bath and a shower in our bathroom. Room came with kettle and all you need for a relaxing stay. Rooms get cleaned daily. We loved the breakfast there was lots of choice.

Lovely hotel that still uses room keys. Lovely outside bar to sit and drink or eat eat food. Rooms good size, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom good, shower only. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with good options. I liked the pancakes. Hotel is close to plenty of bars and restaurants, walking distance. Taxi from airport takes about 20 mins and should be about 8-10 Euros. Lithuania now on UK green list, worth a look. Ryanair, Wizz air and Polish Airlines Lot fly direct from UK. Great for a short get away especially if you like street bar culture.

(+) fantastische Umgebung, Hotel macht von außen einen edlen Eindruck, Personal war freundlich, Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof, Restaurants innen und außen modern und untadelig. (-) Hotel von innen sehr altbacken und keineswegs auf dem Stand heutiger Möglichkeiten. Altes Mobiliar, muffige Auslegeware, teilweise kein Wasserdruck im Zimmer, Gardinen wirkten vergilbt. Fazit: Dieses Hotel hat m. E. ein hammermäßiges Potential. Ich bin überzeugt, dass der Eigentümer hier eine Top-Location schaffen könnte, sofern deutliche Investitionen im Renovierung und Modernisierung getan würden. Bis dahin leider, wie ich finde, lediglich eine durchschnittliche Unterkunft, die knapp drei Sterne verdient, zumal ich deutlichst bessere Dreisterner bewohnt habe. Aufenthalt war im August 2022.

We had to take our 20kg luggages up to the 3rd store. We were treated poorly by some of the hotel staff. I was judged for damaging a plant in the terrace (I wasn’t told it at the spot, they waited for my wife who speaks Lithuanian and complained to her..). She did apologise and yet was literally PUSHED towards the car to go away with a sarcastic ‘Have a nice trip’. Really added a bitter taste to the whole day. Strangely, they had separate sheets for the double bed. Air conditioner was quite noisy. Really did not feel as a 4 star hotel. On the other hand, the location is superb, the hotel complex is very beautiful and the room was nice as well.

Great place to stay, right between beautiful old town and trendy Užupis. Slightly dated, but clean and quiet. Very good value, plus nice breakfast. All staff very helpful, friendly and polite.

Terrible customer service from mabre residence. Hotel made a mistake in pricing. After booking canceled the reservation because of wrong price. Money payed, not returned immediately. But the main point didn't say sorry for their mistake. Even not terrible, no customer care at all!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker es gibt eine große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch es liegt in der Altstadt.

Der Preis für dieses Hotel ist eindeutig Abzocke. 109 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück! Die Zimmer sind alt und dunkel, ausgelegt mit uralter Teppichware, es gibt keine Minibar und keinen Fahrstuhl, die Armaturen im Bad völlig veraltet, in der Dusche liegt eine unhygienische Gummimatte - ich frage mich, wie dieses Hotel zu seinen vier Sternen kommt. Die hat es absolut nicht verdient. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage - man ist superschnell in der Altstadt. Frühstück für 15 Euro(!) ein Witz.

Very well placed near the old town monuments. Wide rooms and very calm. In the second pavilion the Wifi doesn’t work properly and the bold receptionist with glasses is very rude and unpolite with clients.

Central location; very close to all main central tourist attractions.... big room; the shower and bath ... there is a restaurant just downstairs...

Room was clean but had funny smell, got better after opening window for a bit. The service is great, always willing to help. Added plus is the heated bathroom.

Horrible stay, had to sleep on floor because the sofa bed was horrific, it was painful to sleep on it because of the springs. Fridge was dirty, cups in our room were also dirty. Old furniture , nasty and dusty carpet. Breakfast were ok. Avoid this hotel it is not 4 star hotel..

I really struggled to give this hotel more than three stars. Here is my issue, they really are not a 4* hotel, the rooms are simple and comfortable, but not 4*, changed the kettle twice, the shower is a 'no move' cubicle. The advertisement said it had a pool and sauna, it does but it is 25€ extra. We arrived quite early and knew that we were too early to check in. They told us quite a few people were changing that night, but we had been assigned a specific room and they could not change it. We had to remind the clerk a number of times that we were waiting, each time him asking 'what's your name?' As if it was the first time he had seen us. They did give us complimentary breakfast, which was really appreciated.

Very nice hotel in Old Town, within walking distance of many museums and churches including the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania. Excellent WiFi. Cable TV. Restaurant serving free breakfast.

I wish I could give Mabre Residence Hotel 25 stars! The hotel is lovely. My room was huge and very clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. There was a nice variety of food to choose from and it was served in the restaurant there which is also great. All of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.One of the front desk staff really stood out as exceptional. Robertas Mikelenas went above and beyond expectations to help me with a problem I was having. It was the kind of customer service you usually don't see anymore. Mabre Residence Hotel should be proud to have him on staff. I really enjoyed my stay at Mabre Residence and would not consider staying anywhere else when I return to Vilnius. Thank you Mabre Residence Hotel for treating my family like your family!

Shower was clogged, very low water pressure, old furniture, but relatively cheap.

Cozy hotel in the city centre. I don't know if it is related to pandemic, but mini bar was empty. And only tap water.
