Sorry but i hate the toilet situation there.🙈💩 Often times there was no soap (yes i kindly asked staff to refill, but next day same thing). You have to put used toilet paper in a bin (without a lid) 🙈 Very weak flushing. The ventilation was not strong enough so the air felt damp. I had to gag several times and felt like puking sorry. Also if you have an opnenbin with used toilet paper, of course it will be dampy and eww. A lot of people used the bathrooms, so i had to run up and down but no empty one in mornings. There are no pissoirs, so it frequently happened that nasty men peed standing, causing pee splatters everywhere. I simply could not poop my whole stay, had to go over to the newly build 'fancy' food hall, which had nice toilets. With good flushing. Good pooping there👌 Otherwise i really liked the hostel, room smelled very nice, and was decorated with love. Realy appreciated the welcoming letter ♥️ 🌲Very atmospheric garden and love that you can grill there. 🌲Very good morning coffe. I love the rustic hippy / Pipi Langstrumpf style! 🔥Easygoing and chill. Would stay there again if i had a room with private toilet.

Spent 3 nights here. Outdated, cold and damp. Little to no hospitality shown staff seemed so miserable no hello, no good morning etc. Our room was damp and cold feeling. The radiator had no control and was only ever on a very low heat. Round the sides of the window there is signs of mould. The bathroom needs detailed cleaning and modernizing. It does not cost so much money to replace some broken and covered in mould shower heads. The ventilation is rusty and needs replacing. Furthermore the hosel is very noisy. I struggled to sleep during the 3 nights, from the bedroom you can hear the old ventilation from the bathrooms constantly and guest forgot to switch it off when leaving the bathroom. There is no signs to remind guests to be quiet when coming home so everything is heard through the walls down the corridors. Perhaps the hostel is different in summer. However I didn’t enjoy it much.

I was staying in this hostel for - unfortunately - only one day. It is reachable by foot and a real hidden gem. The building itself is noticeably old but I don't mind stuff like this. It is relatively easy to walk to the old city of Vilnius from there and the staff was very welcoming, friendly and willing to answer every question I had up to that point. When I arrived again in the evening at around 10 pm, after an extended walk through the city centre, I was still able to order a beer at the bar. The people staying there were laid back and open minded. Some were camping, others arrived with camping vans and some stayed inside the hostel. At times I forgot that I was in Vilnius, as I felt like being in nature. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful. I enjoyed my beer in the evening as much as my coffee in the morning, while sitting on the stairs in the backyard. Btw. self made croissants for breakfast cost somewhat around 2€. Get one! :)

Great hostel, nice scenery and a lot of space surrounding the building to sit down or have a barbecue. The doors are locked with codes so no hassling with keys, the beds are good and there's a bus stop right outside of the hostel. Only downsides are that the city centre is a bit of walking and there are not a lot of toilets/sinks, so you sometimes have to wait a bit. The view from the hill adjoining the hostel is great!

I had a nice stay here. The hostel was a little bit outside of the city centre but still only at 15 minutes walking from the town hall. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. However there were not enough toilets and sinks for the number of guests. There is a grilling place and terrace in front of the hostel, which is really cool but can get a bit noisy (but nothing good earplugs can't fix).

This place would be great if you want a place to barbecue with a big group of friends. The location is good (easy to walk everywhere) and it's in a really nice setting. However it is so noisy I really wouldn't recommend camping here. On the website it says there is a 24 hour reception and silence hours are after 11pm. However there were multiple large groups of people right next to the tents talking/playing loud music until well past 11 making it impossible to sleep and no staff around at all by this time. This is midweek as well not just the weekend. If you want a party hostel that'd be fine but I chose this place for a peaceful campsite and didn't get that at all.

This is a nice place to stay. They have a full kitchen for guests and campers with clean toilets and showers and the rooms were warm and comfortable. They offer free coffee and tea from 8 to 11am and there is alos a bar and BBQ grills for rent. I got there after 8pm and the reception was closed. I called the number they have at the door and they were super helpful. They gave the access codes and told me where my room was. I will come back here for sure! The vibe was also really nice.

A very nice hip place, I’ve never stayed in a hostel before, but this place is so friendly, cozy and clean. They offer so much for the money, huge kitchen downstairs if everything you could wish for , unbelievably clean. Big outdoor space , we’re you can have a barbecue. I haven’t got one bad thing to say about this place, and location is amazing

The downtown forest hostel was fantastic. We stayed only one night in a double room. It was minimalist decorated. The receptionist was interested and knowledgeable. There was a blackboard about the events in The city. We joined a concert close to the hostel. We had breakfast, dinner, and all the materials were clean in the kitchen. %100 we will stay again, no need to look for another place. Thanks

Very friendly and nice hostel. The staff is very flexible and helpful. Great location, with a bus stop right across the street. I needed an early checkin and they were able to allocate me in a different room, which was more expensive but I was fine with that. The room was a little bit dirty during the day, the toilet wasn’t working and the bathroom was always wet and dirty. I also had problems with someone stealing my food from the fridge, and the staff said there was nothing they could do. Overall, it was nice staying there. I would stay again, but I hope they solve these problems.

We came with a van. There wasnt place, but since we were self sufficient and didnt need electricity, we could get another unofficial spot. Very friendly staff. Toilets and showers super clean. Free Coffee and tea in the morning. Great vibe! A lot of travelers. Location is superb.

I could hear people talking on the corridors, on the next room and also outside and since the hostel hosts many events, the outside noise was loud even after silence hours (23h). Very much outdoorsy only book if your alright with staying in a hostel and sharing some amenities...An outdoor camping site is also available if your driving in with a trailer.. Breakfast is not really included in the facility and if you're open to try cooking 🍳 there's a decent kitchen common for the resident. Aesthetics are minimal and cozy... good for a couple or solo trips within walkable distance from main city attractions.

This is the best hostel that I have ever experienced. I stayed at the hostel for 3 nights Location is perfect for me, can go to the Vilnius city center in just 15mins by bus / 30mins by walk. I stayed at a 8 bed dormitory, the room is lovely, has enough spaces. The environment are awesome. The place is in the city but surround by greens, like a oasis in a city. People can enjoy barbecue there. Also saw lots of camping car, and people can also set up their tent outside the hostel. All Staffs are super nice. I had an accident in the hostel but all staffs provide so many help for me. Breakfast has free coffee and tea. It was a great refresh in the morning. Croissant only cost €1.5. Bring it outside and sit in the trees, start my day with a calm feeling. Love this hostel so much! Definitely recommend it.

If you have a suitcase, avoid staying here - no lift and the staircase down to the hostel is massive. Bar had a good atmosphere and cheap drinks. In a tranquill area 10mins walking near downtown located in the the middle of trees in an old preschool this camping / hostel has a great bar good music and artist agenda. I was really happy with my stay here. The hostel itself is a great location to hang out at with a huge outside area you can barbecue or simply chill at. The people working there were all super helpful and nice, and the atmosphere in the hostel very friendly and community-oriented. The WI-FI was really good, the croissants in the morning amazing (I recommend having them right at 8.30 when they’re still warm), there’s free coffee & tea in the morning… The kitchen very clean and spacious. The showers also extremely clean and equipped with shower gel (I only used the female-only ones). The rooms were comfy, beds as well, clean sheets, clean towels & locker keys without extra cost. To me, the one downside were the bathrooms. There were extremely few available and many people used them for brushing teeth etc despite there being an extra bathroom for that which ended up blocking the bathrooms for quite a while. The longest I had to wait to just go and pee was 20 mins because all bathrooms were blocked at once. Maybe, a different solution would be necessary here, like telling people to please brush their teeth in the designated area instead of the regular bathrooms. Another smaller downside was that food options later at night were hard to come by in this area, so you’d have to walk quite far. These are just two smaller things that bothered me a bit among many things I found extremely pleasant. Not enough to subtract a star for them ;) All in all I really recommend staying here. :))

Came here in summertime. This is an excellent hostel with a lovely backyard with a bar and even some grilling spots. It has a direct staircase to one of the main viewpoints of Vilnius, from where you can watch the sunset. It's close to the old town and Užupis. I really recommend staying here!

Really cheap and well-located hostel. Employees were so kind and helpful. But rooms were unaired and cold. Also every day I have arrived to the hostel, my bed was occupied by someone else and I had to sleep at different beds whichs hasn't deputed to me.

We stayed here two nights and it was alright :) Staff was friendly and the location is close to the old town but in a nature spot so that's cool. We stayed in a double room and it was clean and relatively comfy. The mattress and blankets were not very well kept and the shared toilets were basically public toilets so not very comfy/clean and the shower rooms didn't have sinks so there was no decent place to wash up/brush teeth. Not a deal breaker but we weren't fully aware before. The hostel itself is full of locals hanging out in the garden/bbq area in the evenings and there was even live music which was really cool!

Lovely hostel just outside the center, the outside area with hammocks, tables and bbq's available for renting for the evening (they take care of the fire, you provide your own meats etc., cost like a fiver per person and the Barbe-queen took care of everything 💜). We had high hopes for the campsite, but chose not to stay when the carpark was explained and a cement mixed blocked our path on the access road for half an hour. Having been inside, we thought it looked lovely and having used the toilets everything was clean and orderly. The lady on reception was nice, but must realise the car parking situation. The worst experience of my life. We got there late in the evening. (They said they had 24/7 check in) that’s not true. We called the number in the reception, the lady on the phone yelled at us, was very rude, didn’t want to look into the reservation that was made for us, there for, no codes to get in. Tried to reserve again from there. It was just impossible. Overall the place is not worth it, bathrooms, that are not many, to say the least, are dirty and smelly, the showers, not good either. For that price you definitely can find something nicer in Vilnius.

This is a nice hostel overall. It's comfortable and clean. The staff is reasonably helpful. The beds are comfortable enough, and the common spaces (lounge, kitchen, and outdoor areas) are all fantastic, there is even a piano guests can play. We had a room with private shower and toilet and that was OK. I can’t rate kitchen, cause we didnt cook. We had also a fridge and fan, some tea and coffee. The bed was clean and everything was OK(we had room nr. 202). Only bad thing- a noise after 23:00, there was someone beating at the door, running and so on. But i have to say that after midnight, it was quite OK. I can reccomend it for someone who is not looking for something really private and quite, but it was good.
