Our small group of friends stayed at the Joseph for a long weekend in June. What an experience! The Hotel is situated at the top floor in a large old-style property, with an expansion planned on the first floor for additional rooms. The design and finish of the rooms is exquisite. Equally fantastic is the hospitality of the hosts; from the first interaction after booking to departure questions were answered promptly, honestly and with respect to our needs. Location of the hotel is also very good, with just 10 minutes to the Cathedral Square where most Tourist buses depart and arrive. We are wishing Ignas and Gabriel success.

I totally recommend staying at The Joseph! Our room was beautiful and very spacious with a 2x2m bed which was super comfortable. The owner of the hotel helped us with our suitcases and gave us some recommendations regarding the old town, restaurants and bars in Vilnius. Although the house looks pretty old from the outside, our room was newly renovated and the interior was super modern. The room and overall experience was one of the best I ever had! Thank you for having us.

What an absolutely incredible find while looking for a good hotel close to the old town. It packs in all the right elements - great room comfort, high-quality room products/decor, beautiful view of the Neris, wonderful crew and a home-like experience that’s often missing with hotels. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Vilnius for the first time cause Ignas & Gabriel (the hosts) truly make you feel like you belong!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had when travelling around. Definitely recommend the hotel and especially the caring attention from the staff / manager - call yourself lucky if Ignas is taking care of you, no request unanswered. As the entrance is shared with owners of other sections of the house, coming to the hotel is slightly unusual - but again, the staff is happy to assist.

What a lovely hotel behind an old facade. We were greeted at midnight, got the largest room. Breakfast was served after we returned from a hot air balloon ride early in the morning in the room. The owners are really nice and caring. After my wife fell sick during the stay, they helped us organize medical services, let us stay in the room longer after checkout and the owners even followed up with us after our return.

We're part way through our stay and am more than happy leaving a 5* review, the rooms are absolutely stunning and the service is brilliant, the staff here really can't do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We are a short walk from lots of great places to eat and drink, the local folk are very friendly and welcome tourists. We would happily stay here again and perhaps longer so we have more time to relax here.

I've spent 5 days in this place and would not recommend to visit it. Nevertheless hotel's staff was polite enough, they asked us to perform specific actions for the room cleaning. They have used special materials for bathrooms and asked guest to take care of this materials, by cleaning it after bathroom's use. In my opinion, such actions shall be performed by special staff (cleaning service). I've declined to clean the room and hotel administration left negative feedback in my booking account. Be careful and avoid such service for better Vilnius visiting experience.

Die etwas größeren Zimmern mit den Fenstern zur Fluss-Seite sind besonders schön. Die Ausstattung ist edel. Das Bett ist ein Traum! Man muss allerdings Treppensteigen in Kauf nehmen (Altbau, 3 Etagen)! Für manche Reisende könnte das eine Zumutung sein. Zum Frühstücken würde ich in die Stadt laufen. Wobei man schon mit ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg rechnen muss, bis man in der Gegend mit Cafés und Restaurants ist.

Walk into the apartment building and go all the way to the top. Yes, it’s a lot of stairs, no, there is not a lift. But the owner is happy to help you with luggage up and down the stairs. The Joseph is an absolute oasis and I will stay again if I return to Vilnius, 100%! Beautiful design and details, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast delivered to your room, cold air conditioning during hot summer days. I slept like a baby and was happy to return “home” after a long day out walking. Stay here!

We have a very nice stay at "The Joseph" with a group of 20 people in the context of a city visit of the beautiful Vilnius. The entire hotel team treats us with a very big heart and enthusiasm, which makes our stay really unforgettable here. Especially the quality time during the breakfast is remarkable, any desire was read from our eyes! The cleanliness, service, and location (8 minutes by foot to the old town) are outstanding. Lovely space, great service and breakfast. A feeling of your own appartment, very cosy. Despite there aren't stair or elevator, they help with with suitcases. One point to notice: breakfast not earlier than at 08 am. Hope to come back soon!

Super nice hotel with amazing hosts. Beautiful high end rooms and service. Breakfast could be a bit more extensive, but the service does make it all up. (Early morning yoghurt before flight) I definitely would sleep here again if I go to Vilnius.

The Joseph was great from start to finish and Ignius made us feel very welcome.. Every detail in the room is considered to make it the perfect place to unwind after a day's galavanting. The rooms were kept super clean and we even had fresh cherries left one evening.! Its location is perfect, by the river and near the heart of the town. The fresh coffee was an added bonus too. Definitely recommend The Joseph for a stay in Vilnius. Thank you so much Ignius and team.!

We had a great time this weekend. Would definitely comeback! Both Ignas and Gabrielius were so kind and polite. Service as should be. At the shower nice soaps. Location is great walking distance to bars, shopping malls. Building itself is old, but inside newly refurbished. At the corridor classical music playing. So cute!

Ignas and Gabriel were incredibly friendly and welcome hosts to this fabulous boutique hotel. You might not be able to tell by looking at the building from outside, but the interior is tastefully designed and renovated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, washroom/shower was great, and overall the room was very clean. Felt more like a home than a hotel! Definitely would recommend and would come back next time in Vilnius.

A beautiful boutique hotel expertly designed to very high standards by owners that have invested much care, attention, detail and love. I’ve stayed in most of the top hotels in Vilnius, this is the one that comes out on top for me.

The perfect place to call home while staying in Vilnius. It is evident that much time and thought has gone into the renovation of the beautiful rooms at The Joseph. From the Dyson hair dryer, to the the Bose surround speakers, the plush comforter, sheets, and pillows and the beautiful art… Ignas and Gabriel have created a beautiful, comfortable, & peaceful slice of home in Vilnius for their guests. Ignas and Gabriel made us feel right at home and were incredibly accommodating given our delayed flight. I would not hesitate to stay at The Joseph again. The location is also perfect for walking into the Old Town and the b&b is in a quiet building so we got some incredible sleep too. Thank you!!
