Staff was friendly. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade for 5€. The first room was not nice at all.. The upgraded room was smelly and not properly clean. The door handles were falling off, the sheets had hairs and the smell coming from the bathroom plumbing was awful. Why two stars? It was central, warm and had two beds with mattresses, the doors locked and you could have a warm shower and a restful night after a day in the freezing weather.

Very good location. Private toilet. The beds are confortável.. We can use the kitchen. On the right way there is a supermarket open till 10 p.m.

Had a large room for 5, location doesn't get anymore central - perfect for larger groups, has its own bathroom. Staff was very friendly!

The location is great. In the center of the the old town just next to cathedral square. The building is old and stylish. The hostel is on first floor but climbing the metal stairs is something that makes you feel the sence of the old building even more. For what it offers you it is really cheap.

Although the location was ideal, the room was disappointing and not really clean. We paid extra for a late checkin and we appreciated their help. When we entered the room, we ask for 2 set of keys as my friend and me wanted to do different things, it was not possible...The guy helping us was really nice but he told us “we can manage ourselves and we don’t need 2 keys”, was not a great way to respond to a customer. He tried anyway to help which was nice. Our room was in front of the exit door ( which has a broken lock, so anybody can come inside the building) and really noisy. People tried to open our door several time. We were not super comfortable unfortunately and couldn’t find any staff at the reception when we had a question.

Good location, but unfortunately we got a lot of bed bug bites from staying here. Walls were very think and floors were creaky - making it hard to sleep. Toilet door fell apart when we opened it

The worst experience in my entire travel life. Photos on their profile vs reality it’s total opposition and what was the most horrible we found bed bugs in our room. The owner of the hostel denied giving our moneys back and just after the first call they decided to do not answers our calls at all. Man at the reception desk wanted to took pictures of our ID’s which is totally against the GDPR law. I strongly do not recommend staying there!

Perfect position, a few metres to the Cathedral and the bus stop (with direct busses to airport and train station). Clean, nice kitchen, small double room with a big bathroom. I would come back!

Great central location, near stores and supermarkets. Also close to the cathedral. Service was great. Had a large room for 9 people. Had our own bathroom but there was no lock on the bathroom door. Some beds were comfortable, others (the wooden bunkbeds) made a lot of noise during the night. There is a kitchen with a sink and microwave but no stove. Overall good price/quality balance. Would recommend for really short stays only.

+Location good. -Dirty rooms, dirty sheets, shower was leeking, no curtains, terrible smell (pest poison or something?) and we had to keep window open all the time. Bad beds. No sound proof in rooms. Don't recommend.
