There is no air conditioner, was too hot. I expected for much better breakfast. It was very noisy to sleep at night, because of airplanes. The service is terrible, have to wait a lot to find someone who can answer my questions about the hotel plan.

No air conditioner, loud noise (airport nearby maybe), hotel manager not all the time in place, didnt like the breakfast, bad road nearby, broke front of my low car. This is <2 stars hotel.

In a sudden situation, while working in TechArt, I had to find a place to sleep. Park Villa was the nearest. I'm glad I wasn't searching for anything more. It is a very clean, nice place. Was very quiet in a room, and one can enjoy some birds singing through open window. The person in reception was very professional, answered all my questions with ease. For me personally, it is important a good water pressure in a shower and that cold would be COLD and hot would be HOT, couse i just LOVE contrast shower ;) so thumbs up for a good shower :) The only minus I would give is breakfast quality. Maybe on my personal preferences... quality wasn't what I was expecting. All was ok, low range of possibilities to choose. And I don't know about you but it is just a hotel food. Couse sometimes you can get something more even in 3-4stars hotels. And maybe this reaction yo breakfast is because after a good service and clean rooms- expectation for food was hire. Also, I DARE to say to managers - don't put people in a basement... as I understood there's a place with a view to the forest, why should I spend time in a basement eating breakfast? Though coffee was really good. And parking is for free.

Situated approx. 20 minutes north of airport Vilnius (by car). Modern hotel near to river. Quiet, well equipped and clean. No a/c in our room with balcony. Mini-bar well equipped, but heating instead of cooling. Good service. WiFi weak if available. Restaurant with limited menu card, but good quality food. Breakfast overwhelming and excellent. In total an excellent price-service relation and highly recommendable.

Great location, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is just "ok". Reception service is so so.. I've had difficulties to find anyone when my room keys just have stopped working. There is a good car park, beach volley, and a small beach on the river. Good prices too. Italians will find coffee really bad tasting.

Very nice location who like’s to live out of center. Good breakfast I can give 3,5 stars, free parking, unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the room wasn’t really good and clean for room only 3 stars by the way the rest is good. But not 4 stars for hotel unfortunately of course if the owner will invest a bit then no problem but for today 3 stars max.

Nice hotel in a very quiet area in the forest and close to the river. Nice room with balcony and with nice view to the river. Room and hotel very clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with warm and cold foods. Free parking and free wifi. Friendly and professional staff. At the end, a very nice stay.

Good room, great breakfast, very good, but little bit small steak on dinner. Main problem with water. On the hottest option it was just warm. To cold, specially in jacuzi.

Bad breakfast , very bad breakfast service , weird noise in the room

I stayed at Park Villa Vilnius for two weeks in the end of April and early May 2018, for my business trip. I loved it so much that I am now bringing my family for a vacation here fo two weeks in the early July, 2018. The hotel is located in a beautiful Lithuanian pine grove, right next to the river Neris, in which you can actually swim; they have a small beach. It is also a very short car ride from the center of the city. The service was excellent, the breakfast (included in your room) had a wide variety of typical Lithuanian and other foods. The staff of the hotel were exceptionally polite and helpful. I would especially like to mention the restaurant and breakfast staff Ivona, Indre, Dorota, as well as the front desk staff, Karina, Inga, Nataliya, and Andrius. I really appreciated their attentive and kind attitude.

Lovely location very good breakfast

Für deutsche Verhältnisse keine 4 Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben allerdings 6 Sterne verdient. Beide (Spätdienst am 20.05. und Frühdienst am 21.05.) extrem entgegenkommend, alles in bestem Englisch. Vielen Dank!

Einfach, aber schön gelegen, relativ sauber... Restaurant leider geschlossen

Bei Ankunft haben wir erstmal 10 min nach dem Eingang suchen müssen, da alles dunkel und unbeleuchtet war. Dann Leider kein englisch sprechendes Personal vor Ort mit der Folge, dass wir am nächsten Morgen offenbar leicht verspätet zum Frühstück erschienen sind und unwirsch von der Hotelmanagerin ermahnt wurden, zukünftig sei pünktlich zu erscheinen. Wir haben uns daraufhin entschieden, statt zu frühstücken, eine andere Lokalität aufzusuchen und uns dort zu verpflegen. Der Checkout war 30 min lang nicht möglich da die Rezeption unbesetzt und ein Läuten war erfolglos. Leider muss man sagen, das auch die Zimmer keinem Standard entsprechen, weder die durch gelegenen Matratzen noch die schlecht gewarteten sanitären Anlagen. Absolut kein Stern und keine Empfehlung.

I guess they got 4 stars in 1995 - since then nothing changed really

There was written about possibility to attend sauna and pool, but in fact it does not work anymore. They could have informed about this on webpage before reservation and change service list, but they did not. That was unpleasant surprise for our company of friends. Everything else was perfect
