I will not recommend this hotel if you have claustrophobia... the rooms are really small. There's really a struggle to even fit in here and especially if you're slightly over average tall and have luggage. The bathroom was almost impossible to even move around. The receptionist was friendly, sadly is the reception not open several hours a day.... good luck if you lock yourself out of the room. The location though is excellent, right by the old town. While the hotel is a cheap option, there's many other options that are better, which is not so much more expensive either.

The room is very small. The table is moving as soon as you touch it. The room was not cleaned and there was not enough toilet paper (only one opend roll). Steep stairs to get to the room.

Coffee machine is not refilled. Instead of hot chocolate we got hot water with some weird sediment. Rooms are tiny, but sheets are clean. No kitchen. Walls are thin, you can hear everything just standing outside the door. You get small towels, but it's not for two people. Security system works well, card based system. Old town is close and that's nice. Staff are welcoming, and friendly.

It was 4 am. I just didn't get into the hotel, because my card didn’t allow unlocking the door 🤦🏻‍♀️ The door code didn’t work either. My friends have got the same excuses (about extra code and broken card) They don't want to return our money. I'm shocked. worst service‼️‼️‼️

Small rooms, but everything works properly, good bath and bed. A little bit small bed for 2 people, but all in all is good. Cheapest option for good quality. And check out their emails, they send useful info about entrance after 9pm and other things

I came to the hotel about 23:00 at night, after my two days trip to Lithuania from Scotland, the receptionist werent working. I was very tired. The room was dusty, I have found about 8 spiders, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the worst was the bed... Beddings were nasty and dirty, I have found hair on it and ugly marks. I tryed to call 24/7 hotel help line, but nobody answered, so I just left the hotel, because I couldn’t sleep in the bed like this. The other day I came to the hotel, tried to get my money back, but the receptionist was very rude, she told me that she couldn’t help me, because she don’t have the money. Then receptionist told me to call the owner of the hotel, as she said she have never seen him in her life. He didn’t answered. So receptionist gave me half of the money, and pretended that she don’t have no more. So I Just left... I didn’t want to be in the place like this anymore. I really don’t recommend it.

Rooms are a little small but its clean and sufficient for my stay. Friendly and helpful lady at the front desk. Decent location, walking distance to old town.

Great small and very hospitable place to sleep. The rooms are small, but very tidy. Finally, all I need a bed and a shower. Nice Cafe right at the corner and all Vilnius night life in 10 min of walk. Parking is right near (paid)

Nice, simple hotel, very small rooms, but if you only need a place to sleep at, I think it's a good choice (like it was for us). 4 stars because there were no big towels, so I had to use two small ones after stepping out of the shower. And I couldn't even wrap them around myself.

Private bathroom is toilet in closet. If you open uour suitcade your partner who is in a closet cant open the door. Its blocked. On booking you have to read carefully. Pictures is like on ali express , everything looks good, but reality is different. My mistake i wasnt reading carefully because i was too tired from trip. Doesnt recomend this place. 20euros max. Location was perfect. Two extra stars for location.

The biggest advantage of a hotel is location near the old town. Room was tiny, it wasn’t clearly visible on pictures from booking, however it was clean and bed was comfortable. It would be nice if kettle was available or shared kitchen space. In addition we payed for luggage storage, but when we came back for it it turned out that it was left in the corridor near reception, which didn’t seem safe or worth 10 euros in my opinion.

There was no heating nor hot water for bath. When we asked the receptionist, she told us that there were ongoing roadworks by the municipality. Also the room was very small but we already knew it. The position of the hotel though was very good, near the old town of Vilnius.

Poor service, rude staff, tiny rooms, no receptionist, check in struggle, hidden cost and charges.

Very tiny rooms, but a great place to stay for one night. Location 15 mins walk from bus station. Neighbourhood is quiet. Did not have a kettle or koffie in the room

Our room was dirty, bad smell and the linen had hair. Staff is very friendly and resolved problem and good communication (that is why 2 stars and not 1). This was for the room in the basement i think the other rooms are ok

+ Relatively cheap + Very close to the old town + Doors from two sides of building (one much closer to the old town) - We were told that staff speaks our mother language - they didn't. - Radiators were only a bit warm, so our room was really cold. - Bathroom was bigger than a room, but the sink was placed inside the bedroom, not the bathroom

The rooms are indeed super tiny, but for a short stay it is perfect. It had basically everything essential and , of course, location is great. Rooms are clean a bit worn out, but just a little. At least the one I stayed in was, but it didn't bother me at all. Close to the airport and to the main tourist attractions. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

Besides cleaness, great location and basic hotel room’s requirements, place is terrible. It is microscopic on every aspect (small area + angled roof, that takes a lot of height); there was some kind of party, that went out of control, and we could hear everything through thin walls. Nobody could help us with this loudness, that went on for the whole evening and night. They were even knocking to us, it was really impossible to sleep. If this thing really happens all the time - i don’t recomend
