Very clean, centrally located, budget friendly, newly renovated. Highly recommend.

Our stay was definitely nice. Emi Apartment is not bang in the old city centre, but it is extremely close, and - more importantly - it is just a few steps away from a very busy bus stop from which you will be able to reach every corner of the city. The room was impeccably furnished. If anything, some complimentary tea and coffee could be added to the package.

The apartment itself was clean with a good room. I wasn't expecting to be sharing 1 apt with other guests in other rooms which was a little awkward. Location was not too far from old town main street.

Very very nice apartment from the inside! We almost left the place, because we couldn't find any entrance or reception. But after a while, a nice lady let us in and explained us with a mix of Lithuanian, Russian and English where our room is and how to enter the house. I don't know if it's possible to park in the backyard, but I wouldn't recommend it. The next free parking slots (which we found) where 600m away. So take your umbrella with you! At night I recommend to lock the door, because two times in the morning someone tried to open it without knocking. Also you have to bear in mind, that the rooms are very tiny. But all in all we are very satisfied and would book this room again!

Too hot to stay in the summer time. Clean room,good location. Room looks exactly like in the photos, the outside of the building looks terrible.

Nice cozy and simple rooms. Owner is friendly and helpful. The entrance of the apartment is hidden in a dark parking lot behind the buildings, which is not easy to find when it's dark. Entering the apartment you'll come into a nice narrow kitchen with all the necessities. There's four distinct private bedrooms with attached bathrooms which are well taken care off. Walls are surprisingly sound proof. Location is amazing, albeit slightly noisy since it's next to a main road. Busstop to the centre is a stone throws away with a supermarket across. Looking for a nice, budget friendly place to stay with easy access to everywhere, this is the place to be.

Mold in the Freezer and a dirty refrigerator, oven and dishes, you could say the kitchen of your nightmares 🤮 curtains in our room are very dirty and We have stains in our fitted sheed. At least the bathroom was okay, some things there are rusty but the cleaning IS acceptable and also in the Rest of our room. Sadly i can Not recommend this Appartment.

Great place having a great location, and comfortable stay!! Budget place.

The quality of both services and apartment was so poor , that we had to refuse to stay overnight. The smell when we entered the room was awful. By the way, the owner and Booking.com gave no chance to return our money back, even though we didn’t stay overnight. Tip, analyse everything before ordering to the smallest thing because there are more details which I haven’t mentioned...

Such a nice and lovely place. Instructions for self-checkin are clear and good explained into the smalest detail. The flat/room is very clean, very nice room fragrance and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I stay 6 nights there and I am happy that I choose Emi apartment.
