Positive things: + TV with shows in English + Mini fridge + Air conditioning (not sure it made any difference though) + Helpful and english speaking receptionist + Kettle and free tea, coffee, salt & pepper in the room + Quick checkout + Cheap price + Close to a laundromat, a small Iki and a Maxima shopping center. Negative things: - The corridoor was open 24/7. We were right next to the parking lot and it got very loud at times. - The bathroom had water damage and was dusty. - The fridge had a broken guard rail - The curtains were not blackout curtains, so it was still see-through when they were closed. - We only got one set of covers, for two people - We had to sign a really long contract that would share our information for marketing purposes. And we were told to sign things that were incorrect. - Dirty carpet - Uninviting placement for a shared kitchen - in the basement by the staff room. - Very worn down chair - We could hear other guests snoring - It did not look like a hotel. The reception area had a lot of clutter, washing machines and things under the stairs. - Nowhere to hang the towels that wasn't above the toilet While a lot of things could have been better, it wasn't that bad and we had an okay stay for two nights. The reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is because it is simply too far away from the city center.

Good: - Communication was quick and effective - Possibility of late self-check-in with a guiding document with clear instructions on how to access the room - Location Not so good: - The room was somewhat cold and no system for warming it up. There wasn't any information about the Wi-Fi, since we arrived late we couldn't use it until the reception opened the next morning. The document for late check-in could contain this information. - It was mentioned that the room would be soundproof, but it was not. We could hear people in the other rooms talking and even using the toilet. Also, in the halls passing with luggage in the early morning. The cleaning team was also easily heard in the morning. - The double bed was actually two single beds together, with a tiny double-bed mattress, which could hide the little hole in-between but was not that much comfortable. - There were only 2 towels in the bathroom, leaving no option for hands or head towels.

Very comfortable. Quiet place, super comfortable bed, with parking, neighborhood around, Chinese restaurant nearby, Iki market in front, and 20 minutes walking from the city center. The value is ok. Recommended!

Very cozy apartments. The hotel is situated in a quiet yard 800 meters away from the historical centre. The receptionist adviced us the best restaurant two steps away from the hotel. In addition, there are toys for children everywhere. I did enjoy my stay a lot.

We were doing a bit of a tour, so price was a major factor in choosing accommodation. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms here. The 24 hour reception was handy as we arrived in Vilnius late at night. Location is great, just a short walk from the old town area. First choice if/when I come back.

Sehr gute Appartments, günstig im Preis, Sauber und modern eingerichtet! Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof (welcher Kameraüberwacht wird). Zimmer haben einen Wasserkocher...es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsrecht mit Herd und microwelle und etwas Geschirr/Besteck und Töpfen. Herausragend: Der Service. 24h ist die Rezeption besetzt und war freundlich und der englischen Sprache mächtig. Auch 2 kleine Sonderwünsche wurden für uns erfüllt. Die Innenstadt war in 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Bis-System haben wir nicht verstanden...glaube auch zu den Appartments war es nicht sonderlich gut. Haben uns am Ende immer ein Scooter von Bolt genommen...das ging unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen Dank ans Vivulski-Team...wir würden immer gerne wieder hier nächtigen.

waren für eine Nacht hier, konnten super schlafen, das Bett ist sehr groß und komfortabel. es war allgemein sehr gemütlich und ruhig im Zimmer. die Ausstattung einfach Erstklasse: man hat alles, was man auf einer Reise braucht (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, sogar eine eigene kleine Küche im Zimmer). gerne wieder!

We stayed in a double bedroom apartment, the apartment was very nice with a basic kitchen with basic necessities, nice bathroom and even air conditioning (!). The receptionist spoke good English and was very friendly. There are parking places in the yard to park your car, although it's a bit tight, so be careful if you have a larger car/van.

This is the place to stay in Vilnius. We visited Vilnius for five days, and we loved staying at Vivulski's Apartments. The rooms were good quality and really cheap. The staff was amazing and offered great service as well as great advice on the local area. I really recommend staying there.

Nice cozy apartment and an excellent price. They have a parking lot for about 7 vehicles and there is also space on the street. We stayed at a Junior Suite which came with a pull out couch. We also had a friend stay at a single room which are really small. This place does not have Air Conditioning or Lifts (Elevator).

Very good location, close to old Vilnius. No problems with parking, even for free. Very cheap, room has reasonable quality, bathroom good. Breakfast is not included, but there is fridge, kettle and cutlery in the room. In short words - paradise for the thrifty Scottish :-)

Good location and service was okay, but quality quite low. Okay for lottle kids. No air conditioning in the room, very hot in summer. Only 2 towels in a room, noisy, thin walls.

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet location not too far from Old Town. Joint kitchen available, public microwaves. Some of the rooms are quite small, but overall experience was great.
