Check in was a complete nightmare. No one answered the bell to let us in - a person staying there ended up letting us in. Person who eventually checked us in (took 15mins to check us in for some reason) didn’t seem capable of the employment. Gave us keys that didn’t correspond with any rooms. Difficult to communicate with the person at reception even through google translate. Eventually was able to get into the room. Not many plugs unless you disconnect the TV. No shampoo or soap provided. Nice looking, but very budget. Spoke to other guests and some had to check themselves in because the person was so incompetent. Do not stay here unless you can’t find anywhere else. Not worth the hassle.

Receptionist was asleep when we tried to buzz in. She couldn’t communicate or answer basic questions like which room number we’re in, and appears to be mentally handicapped. I have no prejudice against such people, but don’t hire someone like this to handle your hotel reception. What an abysmal welcome to the hotel. Don’t book a room here - you’ll be pissed off right from the moment you (attempt to) check in.

Clean, cheap, 200m from old town. There is a kitchen and the personal is friendly. The guesthouse is brand new (1month old I think) - The only minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough to reach our room (nb. 12).

Good location and reasonable pricing. But when I had to cancel the reservation for the latest stayng, I have never received money back... Will surely not come back.

Probably the cleanest hotel in Vilnius! Helpful and very kind receptionists, newly remodeled rooms, you can cook at hostel’s kitchen, close to the train and bus stations,10 min walking distance to old town, 5 min walking distance to bus stop taking bus going direct to Vilnius international airport.

Awesome location! the overall experience is 👍🏻 No problems with late check-in, the guys just left the keys in the box and sent the instructions. Everything’s new and clean, ideal for one or two nights stay! Definetely choose this one next time✋🏻

Do not recommend staying with this company. The house I stayed in the old town needed renovation as it was old and very humid in winter. This humidity caused dirtiness in the toilet which I did not know how to clean completely. However I was cleaning for 2 days and I left the house in a very good condition. In the end, I was charged 60 euro for cleaning. I find it really rude since I was paying the rent and the bills always on time. I am very disappointed with Gvidas. This house should be left vacant until it's fully renovated.

Arrogant, rude and crooked to deal with, avoid this guy no matter what. My experience was, on the next day that i am ready to pay, I contacted him but sadly the price went up drastically with the increased deposit also that you have no assurance you can get back after your stay.
