Although the location was quite close to sightseeing spots and the room was clean. However the ceiling was really low, my friend and I (we are rather small) bumped into the ceiling several times. The shower in the bathroom has the lowest water pressure I have ever seen. The most ridiculous thing was they only offered us less than one and half roll toilet paper. We book a room for 5 days which was 4 nights for 2 people. And when we asked for an extra roll, they said they already provided enough toilet paper, and it is our responsibility to bring extra roll if we needed. This is unexpected. As two tourists stay in a room for 5 days, one and half roll with super thin paper was really not enough. We even had to buy toilet paper by ourselves. This is super inconvenient.

Would highly recommend not to stay at this place. Very bad communication and completely ignorant staff. We asked for possibility to check-in earlier and were told to contact them the day before our arrival, we did that and haven’t received any answer from them and nobody was picking up the phone. When we arrived noticed that the shower head is not working, let them know and they replied only the next day that “thank you for information”, so problem wasn’t solved, we had to take “showers” under the tap. And after all, when we checked-out they replied that are we sure that shower wasn’t working. That kind of service is a joke. For that amount of money can find much better place for your stay in Vilnius.

terrible communication, we had been waiting for the check-in 8 hours! We did arrive 7am in the morning, We did inform them about it but not responses whatsoever, the room we stayed at wasn’t even shown on the booking.com, only one towel for 3 days! on the top of that the shower wasn’t working and they did nothing about it!

Very nice small and clean hotel. No wheelcair access and if you are tall and big person, then rooms on the upper floors under the roof will be a little bit uncomfortable.

Centrally located very close to town center. Check in was easy. Good sized comfortable room with a good AC for warm summer days

Very good value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. One thing that really bothered me was that I didn't get the information sheet upon arrival, and no air condotioning remote, so I spent the first night freezing without wifi. I would suggest to open the wifi to avoid such occurrences. The smell is fantastic by the way!

Amazing contact with the host. No information about how to check in, nobody pick the phone, and no response via chat. Strongly recommend if you would like to waste your time.

Amazing apartment at good price. Super simple checkin process and just what you need in the area you wan to be. I will come back here as soon as i can!
