Nice place for those who love to ski or just enjoy the snow There is snow all season and all over the year Good slopes for beginners and skilled Good equipment rental The service in English is not so good, but some of the staff is trying to help When we where there it wasn’t too crowded and it was great I suggest to visit when you are in the area

The snowboarding experience was wonderful as well as our instructor but the front desk women and the women in the kitchen were horrible. We would say "excuse me" and be completely ignored and eyes rolled when finally got any attention. Ruined the experience. Learn proper manners. If you do not enjoy your job then let someone in who will. Cheers

Great experience salted by aweful staff. All the men and instructors were great, however every woman we interacted with was horrible. Front desk and bar specifically. Overcharged for our order hoping we wouldn't notice.

The woman at the reception and other stuff don’t speak English and behave like a cave people so rude no apologies for serving people out of line, some people were served first though they were behind us as turned out they were instructors but no one apologized or explained themselves Other stuff from kitchen speaking proudly Russian said they can’t help us to find a toilet What a shame, you have huge Ukrainian flag at the entrance, as a Ukrainian I feel horrible I know it’s a unique place and people will come anyway and you don’t want to invest in improvement Buy my mod is destroyed You should invest in improving service level: pay more to your stuff or select them more carefully

Second time here and thankful for the blessing of having the venue just 320km away from home. We had ski race team weekend camp here ahead of Baltic Cup, so we used only the competitive ice slope, which is very demanding, challenging and fun at he same time. Thanks for the good job. I wish you a million of happy customers. ❤️

The place itself is great - nice slopes, lots of place. The only lacking thing is service. If you are coming for the first time it is hard to know where to go and what to do - as nobody explains that. I think this should be improved. The lady at reception could ask if you are visiting for the first time and give some more information. Otherwise looks good.

I have only peaked inside but it looks like a well-maintained arena with different winter entertainment options. There is a bar and cafe inside too. Fun place to visit even you don't intend to go skiing!

Guys, everything was nice, just be careful with the small kids when you'll climb up to the snow tower, on the top area of it! DO NOT LET kids go alone to the RIGHT side when you'll get to the balcony through the last one door! Because there's an area in the fence where are huge gaps where kids can easily go through and then... Fall all the way down :( Hopefully that will be fixed after this review , but when I was there, there's was no one around, no restriction signs and no problem to get to that place . Turn left and you'll see stunning views in absolutely safe mode, you'll feel like you're on top of Amazon rainforest, I was stunned by that even if that's my own country :) I wasn't inside the snow area as I never trust the ski sport... Saw too many broken bones after that :/

Not for tourists. Only 1/3 of the slope was available for tourist skiers. And half of that even included snow park. Even worse was that the slope was ungroomed even if we visited quite early. So there was a lot of soft snow and basically there was only one line to ski. Also the Ski B Bar was not open so no where to have a beer and look at the slope. Also had to rent a mandatory helmet because on web site there was no mention off mandatory helmet (well afterwards chenking helmet was noted in the small print of regulations but you really needed to look for it). Overall the slope profile was good and snow quality was good so there would be great potential for very nice tourist attraction. But unfortunatly now it is not serving for tourists. I would recommend only for athlets...

Charge you a full Saturday ticket price but don't tell you that 2/3 of the width of the slope is closed, and snow park lift is also closed. Probably won't travel 5h here again

Slope top & good service area but the prices for the ice, the size of it and the long waiting times for the food at the restaurant are very poor in comparison to the other aspects of the facility. Overall has everything which is needed a good standard.

Amazing place to ski all year round! One of the best Lithuanian ski resorts!

We were here with my race team for a whole week, training slope was extra icy and hard which i take as possitive because it learns you a lot! Food service could get a little bit better because we waited almost every day 20 minutes for a basic pizza margarita. Service rooms were pretty small but sufficient. Over all 8.5/10

The score is based on location it's built. To have a ski arena in plain lands as Lithuania is a miracle come true. It's a perfect place for training and learning how to ski. You can also learn tricks in the snow park and they have figures prepared for that. Overall, for non skiing folks, a good half a day to spend to try something new.

A closed ski complex that operates all year round. Excellent especially for those who want to start learning. The complex also has a professional part which is groups coming from all over Europe. Great experience with excellent service.

Very dangerous equipment and terrible employees offering disastrous service. The lift stoped working for long time, and when it restarted again, the speed was faster than normal, one of my kids fell from the lift, and when we arrived the top, the lift was not able to slow down, my other kid fell again, the lift didn’t stop in this emergency situation. My kid was crying while the chairs keep moving next to his head. It was lucky he got down without injury. We were the last family taking the lift before they completely shut it down. Then they started T bar, my kid was not able to use the T bar. My husband got the information from the staff that the lift won’t be fixed today and we can get refund. We climbed the hill and changed clothes. In total we were skiing for about two hours (including climbing hill and waiting on broken lift) whilst we paid for four. But we were told no refund can be offered as the lift just started working again. After more than half an hour changing and unpleasant experience, kids had no mood to ski any more, so we asked if we can still get the refund as they promised. The staff Viktoria rejected and very unpleasantly asked us “just put on equipment and go back to ski for half an hour!”. She actually was the person who said the lift won’t be working anymore, but she couldn’t have any understanding of small kids who had frustration on the lift, T-bar, climbing and changing were exhausted. We were not robots, no mood for ski at all, and won’t come back here anymore! The lift is definitely dangerous, and staff couldn’t care less of consumer experience.

Ski lessons good. Infrastructure good. Facilities good. Can rent ski/board and winter clothes. Few rules I did not expect: 1. Once you go inside through the barrier, you cannot go out (to car and back). 2. If you are late (even for 1 minute), you pay extra. Finish skiing few minutes early and go through barrier.

Must visit for skiers and snowboarders. Especially in summer. Unique construction, all-year availability

We just went up to the snow arena to look at the view. Restaurant closed at the time we were there, but beautiful terrass and amazing view. Also the outside arena were closed. We could see the top of the inside snowslope though. Looked very cool!

Place for indoor skiing with professional instructors for small and big alike. There is indoor playground for kids, but control for kids is too lax, especially when there are big groups of kids there. Nice views from Aerogallery restaurant- worth visiting.

An unusual scenic place, a beautifully meandering Nemunas. An additional attraction is getting here by cable car over the pine trees and the river. A certain challenge for those who are afraid of heights is to reach the terrace on the openwork terrace :)

We went there on a Wednesday afternoon in July and it wasn’t busy which was great. My 3yr old had a skiing lesson and the coach was super patient with him. They even had clothes and skis to fit him (90cm tall!) Stone-baked pizza’s were superb too. Definitely coming back next time we’re here.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend to book instructor if you don't have any experience

Looks like good place to have fun. However there are where to improve. They have two zones - for kids and advanced zone. Nothing in the middle. For snowboarders it's possible to try at advance one, but for skiing - it's death if you come there as a beginner. So better take snowboard. Equipment is quite good, few clothing packets (eco, premium). One more problem - no supervisors. There are instructors, but they are working for their group or person only. So if you fall down and break your leg, only other clients can notice you, as there are no supervising persons on the hill. Also lack if Info boards to check remaining time.
