Didn't get to stay there because they decided to cancel my reservation less then 2h before it was possible to check-in! Explanation given was that I didn't confirm my reservation in time, I confirmed it about 4 h after being asked... Not recommending anyone to deal with them!

I chose this hostel because of the location close to the festival venue but for regular tourists the location is not very convenient as it’s not very central. The hostel was okay. It wasn’t dirty but wasn’t clean. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either. The vibe is meh. They don’t have enough keys to give to everyone so some people end up locked out. In the end, it wasn’t bad but next time I’ll choose a different hostel.

Decent hostel, the rooms are alright but a bit too small: There is not enough space for the luggage. The service people were always very friendly and helpful. I asked for storing my luggage after checkout for a few hours which was not a problem. A bit a weak point is the tidiness: It could be much cleaner. Also some parts in the bathroom are a bit run down but still functioning though.

Spent 1 month here as Erasmus+ students, have to say the vibe wasn’t the best, place was pretty dirty. Staff was nice and understanding even though they didn’t really help when needed. There was a leaking window on the roof, luckily it rained just 3 days but can’t believe what could’ve happened if my suitcase stayed under the rain and i wasn’t there to move it in time. The kitchen in the room they gave us was kinda dirty when we got there and we had to deep clean it ourselves.

Especially Ana the housekeepig lady, thanks her for keeping all tidy! The only problem was the cold, I stayed in september, some nights it was 2 degrees outside yet heaters didn't work. They said it is a normal for them. But definetly not for many other people who think a normal room temperature is around 20°Cs. Thank you for everything still! Next time i will be there again 😊
