My Airbnb was not quite ready yet, so I came here to have lunch. It's conveniently located near the apartment. Since it's my first time here in Vilnius and not familiar with the area yet, so I opted for the closest. The restaurant does have indoor and a few tables outdoor l, but I decided to sit inside since its bit a windy and chilly. The staff were nice and with a smile when I walked. Since I had my luggage with I wanted to know if it's okay. It's fine with them, and I can sit anywhere. It's a great start so far. But once I had my pizza, it was a total disappointment and a letdown. The pizza crust was thin but doughy and chewy, more like a cardboard. It wasn't bad, but it reminded me of my high school. On the positive note, the local draft beer was crisp blonde, and it was great. I dont think I coming back here for the food. The service staff, though, was great.

The dessert was missing different berries which were described in the meniu and when I asked about it they said that they already mixed those berries and that it is already a syrup which I did not believe. I sent back the dessert. This is not my first bad experience at this restaurant. A couple years ago they had coackroaches in the restroom which is in the basement.

Pizza arrived cold and tasteless, way too much mince. The server was rude and didn’t care about the quality of food. Rude demeanour and attitude towards both me and my boyfriend. At the end didn’t even give us the right change but when we confronted her, she didn’t even tell us they didn’t have enough change in the till so they couldn’t. Overall horrible experience and definitely not going back, would recommend the Italian restaurant down the street

Nice place in good location in the old city. The restaurant is big and the food was served fast and was good. The pizza was basic but the salad was fresh and tasty. Prices are average and the place is decorated for the Halloween time.

We've been here once and we really enjoyed it. The pizza is delicious. they also have some traditional Lithuanian dishes. Their drinks are excellent. For example, their dark kvass (Gira) is simply very delicious. And the service staff are just the most beautiful young girls. They are utterly cute. Prices are OK.

Service is very slow and unprofessional. We ordered one starter and two main courses, we were very clear that we want all food to be served at the same time, so we everyone can eat at the same time. One seater and main course arrives, but the second main course arrives after 20 minutes. Missing cutlery, which needed to be requested multiple times. I understand that in tourist season people are pressed with work loads, but in that case add extra hands for each shift, to avoid long waiting time and sloppy service.

Great place to eat, always a must to visit when back in Lithuania. Menu has a huge variety. Can get good deals with discount card

The pizza I ordered was cold when I got. I asked about it and they told me that the kitchen is a bit far from the restaurant. I think it's a ridiculous reason. If the kitchen is far away, they can put the pizza in a bag or container to keep it warm. The quality of the pizza was good though as I wrote, it was served cold. The staff were polite. The restaurant is located in a very good area.

Now it's one of my most favorite pizzerias of Vilnius. The first advantage is that it works 24/7. We arrived in Vilnius quite late when most of the places were closed. Cili Pica was our salvation. Secondly, the choice of food is pretty rich. There are pizzas, burgers, desserts, cocktails, tea, coffee beer, etc. The third advantage is the taste of food. It is really delicious and of a great quality. I highly recommend the burgers and try the strawberry-mint tea. Moreover, the staff is friendly, caring and English-speaking. There are two floors, one of the halls is underground with ancient walls. You get an amazing feeling as if you are in a medieval castle. The wi-fi works well (but it doesn't work underground - a really medieval atmosphere). The prices are typical for Lithuania (an average check of 3-4 dishes is about 28 euros). At night there is a DJ playing and it all looks fun there. This place is a perfect idea for big companies of friends, families, couples - I simply recommend it to everyone!

A good place to go out and eat. It has a mobile order service, which is a good thing as it saves trees and nature. Tasty sauces :P Great enviroment and service, the food was tasty 😋😋😋

Honestly it was ok. Sat outside on Monday in the sun. Had pizza and a few drinks. Waitress was attentive and the pizza was better than I would expect for a budget pizza chain. Don’t look done your nose, location is great.

Der Service war sehr nett, aufmerksam und kinderfreundlich. Natürlich ist es eher ein Fast Food Laden und muss genau so bewertet werden und ist nicht vergleichbar mit einem teureren Restaurant. Das Bier war frisch gezapft und das Essen war halt eher Convenience (unser Eindruck), aber das ist.ja nicht grundsätzlich schlecht. Preis-Leistung passte jedenfalls. Das, was wir nicht geschafft haben, wurde uns eingepackt. Das Ambiente ist halt auch eher wie in einem Fast Food Restaurant. Bei uns war es aber sauber und es hat uns ganz gut gefallen.

It was a nice visit, food was great, and when I got my cepelinai I saw that they were a bit pink inside. Didn't pay much attention, now suffering from food poisoning

Slightly-below average, slightly-above frozen-quality pizza, and as this is a chain, I suspect this should extend to all Čili Pizza places. The service here is at least pleasant/polite. I ordered the margarita and it is clear that they do not know what a margarita pizza is, as all I got was a plain old cheese pizza with a disappointingly small amount of cheese. The maxim of Lithuanian pizza being bad continues...

Nice people, went with family just I'm lactose intolerant, most dishes are served with cheese and I don't want to trouble them but sacrificing my stomach isn't worth it. Aside from that it was nice

Excellent food, friendly staff and great value really loved this place. The small pizza is the size most places would call large the large one is like a coffee table. 2 pizzas, garlic bread, chips a beer and a large coke came to 26 euro amazing!!!

Had pancakes with cheese. Dish said 'pancakes with cheese and tomatoes', i read only first three words to a waiter, thought it was clear i want whole thing but he brought pancakes only with cheese, no tomatoes, lol. Dish tasted odd. Sadly, restaurant removed dumplings with mushrooms baked in the oven.....i loved those. Now the place doesn't have many veg options at all. Time to do something about it?

The menu was sadly not in English. But the waiter was attentive and helpful. The pizza was nice and the ice-cream too. The ambiance is fast food. Prices seemed reasonable for what it is.

Thankful, that they still serve warm Food late in the evening. The food quality is fine. The price is also great.

We went to the local and ordered pizza 42 cm. We had to wait quite a long time, then we got cold pizza. Usually when you order a pizza in restaurant, you got it so hot, that it is hard to eat. This pizza was cold, not even warm, as if it went through whole Vilniaus from the kitchen to our table. I would like to say "our plate", but we didn't get any. Nevertheless despite the fact tha pizza was cold, the pizza tasted very well.

Pizzas were tasty and the service was fast. Of course, the quality of the pizzas isn't as good as in other pizzerias, but I still enjoyed them.

The chilli soup and roman pizza were very delicious, food was made quickly. The pizza was very spicy. Pizzas are served with 3 kinds of sauces. The service was mediocre.
