Terrible service. Came with a child and wife after a walk to eat pancakes. For 25 minutes of being there, not one of the waiters came up to take the order, all the waiters passed by and did not even look in our direction, although I constantly tried to call them. When patience is finally over, we went to the bar. One of the waiters said that we need to wait a little more. Although the cafe was almost empty. For another 5 minutes we were ignored and no one approached us. We decided that we should leave, and when we dressed the child, the waiter approached us and asked if we could bring the menu. Of course, we left.

The food was absolutely fantastic. Service was good as well. Beautiful place, nice decoration, great view of the city, comfortable chairs and sofas, great variety of food from pizza, crepes, soups, salads and very good looking desserts. Would definitely come back!!

Very disappointing. English breakfast seems like they are taking a mick of it. Eggs were way over-cooked, bacon seemingly was boiled (lol), beans were not even appropriate for english breakfast, raw spinach was the best ingredient so was happy that at least something tasted decent. (edit: oh and I forgot that tomato truly saved the meal as I wouldn't have had it if not an option to wash the taste with a decent tomato.) Pancakes with salmon were too salty, salmon was different from the last time we had it here and it was dissapointing as obviously noone is taking care of upholding the standards. But English breakfast should be removed from the menu before someone sues you for serving it with such name. :)

We sat down at the table and after looking at the menu decided that we want something else. On the way out the staff was very rude and asked us if the food was good with an irony in their voices. It’s clear why it was empty. NOT RECOMMENDED

Pancakes very good, while spring rolls drenched in oil. Potato pancakes with salmon good but also with excess oil. Very good raspberry tea. There is a bit of a wait for service. Great view of the river. Overall recommended, but mainly for pancakes.

Fantastic fòod and prices,we returned next day it was so fabulous and in a shopping centre. We were surprised.

Really good prices for the dishes and the service was fast.

I ordered grill chicken salad and the amount of chicken that i got was maybe 3 times less than advertised in the menu. They saved maybe 60 cents but lost a client, extremely disappointed

We ordered the crepes with chicken and cheese. It was quite decent, but nothing special. The fresh fruit juice cocktail was really really good. Also we ordered the Melon lemonade and it's probably one of the best lemonades I've ever had. You have a nice view of the city from the restaurant as well. Overall a very decent place to get some food.

Sunday, 11 Sept, 11:30AM, La Crepe CUP Mall. Very good service staff members. Everyone was attending to their customers in a professional manner. Lina was highly commendable. Food was very good as well.

The most arrogant and unpolite waitress I met in many years. Only after waving she came with an attitude I only met in Paris. An attitude to scare any foreign customer away. No way to go.

Came there yesterday in the evening with my family and our friends from Norway. We were hoping to have a nice dinner together and enjoy the view. Instead, we waited for 30 minutes for the menu and then went to get them ourselves. For another 40 minutes noone from the waiters came to take our order, so I went to the one I saw and explained the situation, got the answer that she will be ther soon. Another 15 minutes passed, and guess what, noone took our orders, so we left. On top of that, when leaving, my family went to talk with waiters and we got the sarcastic reply: "Oh my god, what a disaster". Honestly, the worst service staff I've ever met and if I could give zero to this place, I would.

The food is adequate, good menu options for kids. It's hard to get the attention of the waiters, we waited for 20 minutes to get menus, and another 55 minutes to get food.

Savory and sweet crepes, need I say more. Yum! We started with the chicken with caramelized onion and the bacon and egg. For dessert we enjoyed the apple and cinamon.

In last 6 month food got so bland and tasteless that it is difficult to recoment. Even pinnaple smoothie tasted like apple juice... maybe if you go for a coffie and desert it would be ok. Nice view to the river and city.

Microwaved food, no order in which the food is brought out both courses were brought whilst still eating starters. Poor service, had to get our own menus even though there was five members of staff standing at the bar just giggling. The waitress didn’t speak Lithuanian or English just Russian. All that advertisement and marketing, wasted. Very disappointing. 2 stars for the way the food looked, taste is okay and the view is incredible that’s about it.

Menu is really poor, staff REALLY RUDE. There was nothing in the menu we would like to eat, so on the way out we was bullied for not ordering the food. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The atmosphere has very good but the food isn’t as good

We have ordered caramelized chicken as a snack and received it iced cold. After mentioning to waitress she took a our plate and returned after few minutes with the same already tried pieces with a visible bites! After saying that we won't eat it she was surprised and didn't even said sorry. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

It's a good place everything is fine but the service cause we have to like say "excuse did you forgot our order cause all we are eating except my brother we had to wait like 30+ minutes and also the waiter comes ask like what did you order or something like that. Don't recommend from me and don't forget that you have to wait like so long to get the tools to eat I'm disappointed
