Nice view - slowly you can see all Vilnius, without being blown away like in the open level. Prices are average, but food quality was good. Interior slightly outdated, but clean. Nice place to bring visitors from other cities or countries. You can see all Vilnius and have some food. Also it has bar here too. Customer service was great!

Fantastic view of the city. The service was nice, friendly and fast. Limited menu but everything was tasty. The place is nice, clean and spacious and so are the restrooms. Really enjoyed it, would love to come back.

As good as it gets in Vilnius. You can spot a slight shabbiness, but both the interior and exterior have a such historic design, that ironically it becomes cool once again. But the view, ah, the view is stunning! No marketing, no parade, just plain true face of our capital city. And good classical food. The price isn't high and it is more than worth it. Enjoy!

The place looks outdated and needs big update to the restaurant interior and service: Food wasn't bad but lacks some truly tasty-wow factor. Recommendation: when serving guests, please provide a personal napkin for each guest. I was surprised you only provide napkin for the cutlery set but nothing for the guest. After ordering food the waitress came back several times to inform us that a particular dish wasn't available anymore from the menu: you should know in advance the dishes you can serve for the evening service and would show extra class offering some specials instead of the dishes which aren't available on the menu. Communication: maybe a special occasion? Maybe a family getaway? Show character and interest in the client. Lots of potential which requires higher attention to detail. Thank you for the dinner

I almost convinced my companion that restaurant is revolving, but it turned out that it's not (technical issue) 😭 The restaurant is unexpectedly not expensive, no dresscode or smth. Food is ok. If the windows would be cleaner, the view could be even much nicer. ! Important! Keep your entrance ticket (10 eur) with you, you will need it to exit as well (otherwice you need to ask a guard to let you out).

Average food for high prices. You pay for the view separately when buying the entrance ticket. If you come here, do not expect much from the food. The staff is really helpful and polite. I liked that. The kitchen has to work harder, though. The experience somehow resembles that odd situation when you visit relatives who are on a budget. You get your meal, which is small and minimal—made from cheap products. The restaurant in this place should offer better options. They should find a new chef and stop being so dull.

The scenery here is stunning, but the food is quite disappointing. This place has so much potential, but it's such a letdown. The food is very basic, and while the prices aren't high, you have to factor in the entry fee. It's okay for a one-time visit, but I wouldn't come back.

Beautiful view from the top of the TV tower. It is pleasant to walk around and enjoy the view. The view from the Milky Way restaurant is amazing too. I recommend to reserve a table before arrival, because it is hard to find one without it.

I was there with my partners from Uzbekistan so we where speaking Russian language the food was good but the service was SO RUDE, they thought that we are Russians and where forcing us for a TIP. It wasn’t nice so I do NOT recommend. I love Lithuania so many years but will never go to this place again and never recommend to my foreign partners.

Salmon, chicken on stick, pork neck. The portion is small. the fries are overcooked, oiled too salty and not tasty.. There is no table water. water only in bottles. Kvass from a bottle and non-alcoholic from cans. The prices does not match the quality. ..I Do Not Recommend eating in that "restaurant". Max coffee only.

Salad ingredients from a can, waiter not engaged and brought food with bacon which we strictly told to leave out, very loud due to many kids, view however was very nice.

This restaurant is a disaster, it has ofcourse a nice view, but the food is not what you expect. We ordered a Cesar salad. The salad was terrible, the main dishes the Stroganoff and the Beef steak was horrible. I recommend you to drink here a beer or coffee. don't eat here for dinner. You can get much better In the city centre of Vilnius. value for money is this a bad one. The waiter gave also not good service. I think she gives only for local better service.

On October of 2022, my family had planned a trip Vilnius, Lithuania. As we had the opportunity to encounter wonderful places and admire the wonderful life out here. As we planned a day to site see and take pictures to share to our friends and family back home. We scheduled a lunch at this restaurant with high expectations on the experience and food that we’re going to encounter ahead. Unfortunately lunch was a disaster and overwhelming as our waitress ( MONIKA) had give us some serious attitude and the experience was completely ruined! I don’t ask for an apology but if you could please check and see what was going on with her that day. I’m sure she isn’t like everyday but she changed my perspective on the restaurant that day.

Plain average. The view and sleek architecture of the location were memorable, with other aspects not as great. First, the meal was not matched with the price they provided. The milkshake had great flavor, but was in a small portion. It was a bit too runny but overall satisfied me. The appetizer was small and probably wouldn't be enough for even 4 people. The meal was average, no surprise there. Overall, a great place with an amazing view, with the most average food.

Love it how one of the most busiest restaurant's in Vilnius still rocking TV's from mid 2000s. Also love how after sitting with dinner voucher you get your meal after an hour... View is truly amazing though so I guess wait itself isn't that bad, although waiting staff could be more hospitable in this kind of place.

The view is amazing. The tables rotate around, so you can see the whole city while you sit here. We didn't have any food, the entry is already kind of expensive (€15). The cool beer was alright. Sometimes, there are too many people here, so you have to wait before the waiter finds you a free seat. Some people didn't sit, they only walked around, but I'd recommend dining here or at least having a drink.

Awesome view, very good food. Great, fast service. Booking recommended but you might get lucky if you don’t. You pay to go up even if you only go for eating :/

Always going to Paukščių takas, Milky Way. Very nice restaurant you can see all places is moving around but you don't even feel, beautiful place to visit, food is amazing, prise reasonable.

The most rude service I've ever experienced. Even bad for Lithuania. The allergens on the menu were complete nonsense (apparently feta salad has no dairy?) and the waiter not only had no clue what was in what dish, when we asked him to clarify the allergens he shouted at us! He then said it was not possible to order a burger without a bun, so I had to order a sad baked mushroom, which was tiny, undercooked and tasteless. Jusy go for a drink - the view is amazing but it's not worth spending your money on the awful food and service.

As expected, very nice Observatory. The restaurant is rotating slowly so you get a nice surrounding view of the city. Design is old fashioned, but drinks and dessert were good.

The view is great, however I can't say the same about food. It's average at best and very overpriced. I can't advise booking a table at the restaurant, it's just not worth it. Getting up the tower for the view is highly recommended, though.

Restaurant looks like something from 90s. Food tastes like garbage compared to pricing. Waiter was unprofessional. Spilled the coctail on the holder, still decided the best decision is to serve spilled coctail to us ;)... Dropping cutlery on clients...Maybe his first day ?

Worst experience in Vilnius by far. All the people in Lithuania are rude and don’t know how to be waiters or serve customers, but this fights for the number 1 spot. Let’s forget that you need 11€ per person to enter. The waiter spill a whole pint of beer on the table and me and started wiping but never said sorry, he brought another pint a said thank you never got a reply. Food beyond awful for its price, beef soup at best eatable, pork shoulder steak needed the jaws of a white shark to be chewed. Not expensive but in comparison to the other Lithuania yes it is. I Don’t recommend this place, don’t spend your time, nothing interesting either way
