Truly incredible hidden gem In Vilnius center city, not a place you’ll find easily if you don’t know or someone recommend to you. The place is small and cozy, well decorated and bring amazing vibe. I sit on the bar and talk with the owner, he explained me about the place and about his products. I tasted 7 or 8 dishes. Nagiri, sashimi, sushi, tuna, salmon and of course a very special dessert. Each dish was insane.. the combination, the freshness, the ingredients. Really unbelievable. The staff is super friendly and professional, just to sit on the bar and to look how they work it’s so beautiful ! Im coming often to Lithuania, without any doubt this restaurant became my favorite in Vilnius. Highly recommend !

The place is minimalist and small but cozy. You can sit round the bar and watch chefs making sushi right in front of you. That’s very authentic but the sushi were pretty average. They lacked the flavor and just something going on inside the rolls. The quality of the product is great. The size of the maki rolls is pretty small tho. Miso soup with mushrooms was pretty “empty”. So not the best sushi experience, unfortunately.

Small and cozy Japanese restaurant known for its exquisite sushi. Tiny place located in the main railway station area has just four tables and few seats by the sushi bar. Wooden interior is simple and has one accentuated wall painting of a red-haired japanese girl holding a stork in her hands. It right away tunes you in a right mood and leaves a pleasant feeling of authenticity. All attention is centered around the food. Even though the menu is concise, don't hesitate to seek for advice of a very knowledgeable staff. We entrusted them to lead the journey and were rewarded with unforgettable experience. All fish is super fresh and sourced from trusted sources. Most of it comes from Portugal and Spain and of a very top quality. It makes sense to start with Sashimi first to enjoy the purity of tastes and discover the diversity of fish varieties. Served with aged soy sauce, ginger, radish and lotus root specialy marinated by chef. Sashimi are simply state of the art and my personal favourites! Nigiri are made of generous slice of fish on top of the riceball with hint of wasabi. It's beautifully balanced. There is a wide range of maki rolls. All time classics like California or Philadelphia come with a modern twist and artistic presentation. We loved soft shell crab maki decorated with marinated pumpkin, tobiko and kimchi sesame and melting in the mouth snow crab gunkan. What really amazed us is this delicate interplay between Japanese tradition and local signature. We chose chalky mineral Pierre Gimonnet grower champagne with bright acidity to pair with those seafood treasures and were not disappointed. Definitely in my top list of Vilnius restaurants!

A small cafe with sushi and other Japanese dishes. There are only 4 tables inside. A few seats behind the bar. Although there were free tables - the waiter said that you can sit at the bar. Quality of sushi is good, there is an open kitchen and you can watch the sushi being made. Note that the sushi maker cooks you without gloves and this may not suit someone. The fish in the sashimi was good. Beer only in bottles, but it is Japanese. Prices are average, 10-17€ for a portion of rolls. The staff speak Russian and English.

Very nice sushi restaurant. The waiter was super kind and attentive, even funny at times. The makis I tried were wonderful, very well made and tasty. I especially recommend you try the hot makis, since they are very tasty and something new. The California rolls were superb as well. The spicy salmon was maybe a bit too spicy for my pallete, since it kind of covered the light taste of the salmon, but it was still quite enjoyable. The dessert menu could use a little expanding. The interior of the restaurant could use some work. It felt a bit old, but the decor was nice and the sushi counter was very aesthetic. The toilet most certainly needs a renovation. For the price you pay one would expect a nice toilet, but sadly it is quite old and looks very bad. All in all would certainly recommend this place.

THE best place in Vilnius (and even in Lithuania) to eat sushi. Lots of choices, high quality ingredients and exceptional taste. Food is one part of this amazing experience. Another part is service and overall atmosphere. But you need to come here in order to feel it yourself.

Without a doubt the most authentic Japanese place and food. The quality is sublime, service is at the highest level. The best sushi restaurant in Vilnius. The only restaurant that has real Wasabi root (ask politely for it). 🍣🍶Thank you for this marvelous experience.

I feel this place provides 3 things at the same time. First it's a small place that is ideal for two to three people to share dinner and have discussions without shouting over other peoples. Then sitting at the bar we get to see how the sushi gets created with a lot of care and elegance involved from the chefs. It's just mouthwatering. Lastly the sushi is so tasty and fresh and well made here, it really is not an easy thing to find better in the region.

A small and cozy place that offers unique Japanese vibe in quite a few ways. It's definitely up there for the best Japanese restaurant in Vilnius and should be on everyone's shortlist for the best experience. It seems to be packed often so be sure to make a reservation. Daily specials are highly recommended, especially in the form of sashimi. Service and advice was excellent as well.

I gave my soul and heart To the masters of the art. Where sushi is more than food, It's a tradition, honoured good. Here, you'll find the perfect nigiri, The one that unfolds the story. The way each dish is made with care, The way each brings a flavour flare. Take your time, really do, Enjoy each second before it's through. Never rush, not in here, This is heaven. You're welcome, dear. So sit at the bar, learn the art, It will take one bite to steal your heart. And then when time comes to leave, You wonder if you will ever again feel. Or is this over? This is a breakup, Or can we meet again and make up? Narushi is the best sushi in Baltics! The way they make everything with care. The wy they can describe akami, chutoro, otoro. They know the art, and they respect it. Their knife skills, their focus on quality... it's just amazing. I only go to sit at the bar and learn. Dreaming one day! I can do the same, naive I know. Try the butterfish nigiri and the maki. Absolute blast of flavours. Skip the tuna tartar.. the butterfish rules here. Ps otoro sushi is stellar.

Visited this Japanese food restaurant because of very good reviews and was not disappointed. A quality food and service. There are small things which wouldn't be appreciated in Japan, but I was not picky remembering that it is not actually Japan and some things can be interpreted differently. There are only two sake options on a list. The junmai daiginjo option is adequate choice for any sushi types, but would prefer more types of sake. It was rather warm, which is not a good way to store this precious drink. in my opinion this beverage is not very popular in Lithuania. There were different types of beer or wine offered suggesting this as a more popular choice. Prices are on par with quality and creativity.

Me and my husband came to Narushi for a late lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant is small and cozy, they have only a few tables plus the chefs counter. We sat at the counter and enjoyed the view of the chefs working. The menu is sharp and the options tempting. We had a couple sushi rolls and gunkans. We got three rolls - Spicy tuna, Escolar and Akame Otoro. Escolar was a far favorite. Akame coming second and wouldn’t order spicy tuna again - it was good, but compared to the other options on the menu it’s too basic : they are offering great sushi and very interesting flavors combinations, ordering a boring spicy tuna was a miss on something more interesting. Gunkans, both toro and snow crab were very delicious! Snow crab as a favorite. Our server was very friendly and super fun to talk to. Carefully explained everything to us about menu, ingredients and gave us great suggestions. We will absolutely be back to try everything else on the menu. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for real sushi in Vilnius. So far best sushi for us in the city.

Take your Japanese guests to this place! They'll feel at home. Amazing sashimi (butterfish highly recommended), off-the-menu specials (ask your waiter for chutoro & o toro sashimi), crazy cool fried maki rolls, and unique fried eel nigiri. No other restaurant in Vilnius can match their quality of ingredients, and when paired with superb presentation, this small place in Old Town is a must-visit.

A really solid sushi place. It was the best tasting sushi I've had in Lithuania. The restaurant is very cozy and has an authentic feel to it.

The food was very good and fresh. Highly recommend for sashimis and nigiris. Fried calamari and shrimp tempura tasted more Thai than Japanese. I would highly recommend sticking to Japanese flavors and staying more authentic.

The best in Baltic. Or even Northern EU. Based on price / quality / service / vibe / experience . Definitely come back! Can’t get enough of Hamachi tataki - 🤌🏻🤤🫶🏻🫰🏻💸 3 words! TAKE MY MONEY! We are 2 people but we eat quite a lot. we suggest to sit at the bar to enjoy watching chefs cooking. Nigiri one portion has two pieces.

😐 The staff was not friendly and seemed very unprofessional. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before I placed my order, and the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to draw attention to myself to finally place an order. The food was mediocre, not worth the money. It was not served as described...
