Place was 1/4th full, maybe around 12 tables and 3 waiters couldn't handle it. I'm pretty sure that they couldn't even agree who was servicing which table as we were approached by 3 sepparate waiter/waitresses throughout the ordeal. They kept bringing us dishes and asking if we were the ones that ordered it (we weren't), which further confirmed my suspicions of the above. At one point, the waitress came and asked us to reply our order, this was after 40 minutes of waiting. 20 minutes after that another waitress came and announced that they "lost" our order and asked us to repeat it for a 2nd time. The last point I want to make is subjective, but the music there was terrible. Thankfully the volume was acceptable to hold a conversation without having to shout. There is this big screen at the back of the terrace that kept playing what i can only describe as deep russian clubhouse music, accompanied by clips which could induce a seizure from all the strobe lights going off constantly. It was distracting at the very least. Also the video kept lagging out, so I wouldn't advise watching sporting events there either. The view is pretty nice though.

Waited for more than 30minutes to get menu (we did not get it before the waitress came and asked: have you picked something?) waited another hour for the food to arrive (time was not busy at all) out of 4 people, every one got their dish separately, in 20minutes delay each, waited for the bill again next 30 minutes, plus additional 30minutes to get change.. waitress was very rude, not accommodating at all, and the food was disgusting, they did not change oil in which fried french fries, it had bacon smell/taste. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, just avoid this place
