Food not bad, but the workers behave like they were finished a bottle of whisky or some kind of other alcoholic beverage alone to their sleep last night and now have the worst hangover in their life. The atmosphere they create feels like the fast food restaurant is in current russia, where they don’t get payed enough or don’t get supplied enough ham for their hamburgers. Basically just very rude staff. They even managed to pick on a woman with a baby, because they thought she hadn’t payed for anything and was staying inside. They didn’t give me a check for my order, I would not be surprised if they are avoiding tax(PVM).

19 minutes for barely warm food. Go to McDonalds next time

The worst fast food I ever ate. They gave me the wrong burger, but I paid 2 euro more for another type of burger. They wrong also the drink. I order a Fanta and a Coke Zero, but they gave me a Sprite. When I informed the clerk she said that was my fault despite I showed the receipt which not matched with the drinks she gave me. Very rude!! Avoid this Hesburger point!

When visiting in the evening it was very dirty and the staff was not very friendly. The prices are approximately equal to McDonald's, but the taste is completely different. It was nice to have additives in the form of salt and pepper near the cash register.

This must be the worst hamburger chain in the world, haven't had hesburger in years, so i thought il try again.. look at the size is of the meat patty.. 😂 poor excuse for a burger. Hopefully Hesburger will go bankrupt in the future, what a waste of space.

Hesburger is the cheapest fast food chain in Lithuania. The quality of food is not the greatest but still good considering the prices. They have an app where your can order on the way to the restaurant, and it's so convinient.

The staff was nice, but food was not the best. I ordered tortilla with soy sticks complex. the tortilla was okay, but there was not enough soy sticks in it, and I only felt them in the middle of the tortilla. the fries tasted only okay, they were kind of lukewarm and really mushy. so it was not great, not terrible

Not the best quality of food and drinks you can get in hesburgers

I just love this place. I usually go there for a quick snack and eat Cheeseburger with Coke and fries. Sometimes it is better to order via app.

First time trying Hesburger, it was pretty good not gonna lie. Better then Mc Donalds anyway.

Came to the place at 9:30 pm they said they dont have any food left. The place closes at 10 pm :(

The burger was nice, the staff was not sadly.

Not very friendly staff, but I guess I can understand, because at the end of the day they were probably tired. Not impressed with my tortilla, because it lacked veggies. I remember I liked my burger the previous time.

Always have to wait 15-20 mins, sometimes to be told that they are out of the item I’ve ordered

It's ok. It was not bad just that the girl had hard time understanding english but food served was good in taste. Have eaten better so 4 stars

The waiting time is too long. Waiting for our food for 30-40 minutes, even though the restaurant is almost empty:)
