Service was good, been there about 10 times, but same with pizza, sometimes pizza is made quickly, but if there are even a few people in the pizzeria, it takes about 30-60 minutes to wait for something to happen. The employees themselves are not nice to their customers, they are very upset all the time, the finished pizzas are standing on the oven and cooling down for unknown reasons, probably because the employees do not know what they are doing. I once ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I said "no herbs", I had to repeat it several times because they don't know what it is, and how they cooked the pizza, they didn't even remove the weeds from the top, and the pizza itself was burnt. That "mozzarella cheese" of theirs was very evident on every pizza, because there was almost no regular cheese there, and the mozzarella itself was also only put in a few pancakes. The taste of the pizza was like a burnt base with pepperoni, there was no sauce either. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go there, at least I won't go there again. Yes, the price is low, but it's better to buy a pizza from a store than there.

They always say on the phone that the pizza will be in 20 minutes, although in fact they have no idea when that pizza will be. Every time you come after those 20 minutes and you stand like a fool in a live queue, where the wait can take from 30 minutes to an hour. A pizza baker is also a cleaner - by the way, this is not even hidden from the customer - you come and see how the baker throws a floor rag with a mop and rushes to clean the pizza (it's a good thing that at least she washes her hands). The cash register girls, whichever one of them is there (they often change there), are absolutely pissed off at everything, and especially at the waiting customer, to whom you still can never give a normal answer when the pizza will finally arrive and what is going on here that you are forced to do this to wait Meanwhile, their colleague the baker is running around like crazy with a tired and contorted face and still can't do anything while working with pizza and kebabs and cleaning the premises.

I have ordered Kebab, pizza and burger. Kebab was very weird, 1 side of it had all meat and vegetables and the other had all the sauce so its either sauce or dry food. There was no taste in it..... The burger. Burger meatball was very dry (even though I did not ask for well done), all of the vegetables were out of balance, they were really poorly distributed they were like on 1 side of the burger. The sauce that was used was tomato pasta, which did not taste very good. The pizza was ok to eat when sauce is provided, but totally not the best. I guess that is the reason, all their production was not so expensive, because products used for it are just bad. The service I have received from the girl was very nice, she was polite and friendly.

The worst reviews ever. Once I ordered a pizza by phone, they said I can come in 15-20 minutes - it will be made. I came 15 minutes later, the pizza had not started to be made, I agreed to wait another 20 minutes, but with such a pathetic rush of the employees, it took 1 hour 5 minutes from taking the order to receiving the pizza. Well, nothing, as it is the first time to encounter this kind of service, I didn't write anything, after all, everything happens to everyone... Now AGAIN! I ordered a pizza on the phone - they say come in 15-20 minutes to pick it up, I came and waited for them to come to me, they gave a pizza to one customer, baked it empty - nothing is being baked, nothing is being prepared, exactly 20 minutes have passed since the time of ordering, when he came to ask what I would like to order, I explained that I had ordered such and such pizza over the phone. She looked at some piece of paper, she said that this is the order but you will have to wait a bit longer, I asked how much it is, she ran to the baker to ask, she said 15-20 minutes, but you can pay now. To pay? For what? I said frankly that this is the second time, that he could confidently say that the pizza will be baked in only 40 minutes. She said that I have to understand that they were full of work, that's why she couldn't make it. What do I need to understand? That they are deeply interested in the customer? That there is nothing to do, that the phones are ringing during work and this is called full of work? I am totally disappointed with their service. When I said that it doesn't happen and I really won't wait, I was followed by another shout "then order that pizza for you?!" I said no and left... in summary: the employees of Pilaites are not only irresponsible and they spit on their work, but also hurtful, rude, unpleasant, I myself will not visit here again and I do not recommend it to others :)
