The park offers a good variety of water slides and other activities for both kids and adults. However, there are several issues with this place. 1) On weekdays, the park opens at 12:00 but the slides don't open until 13:00 - it would have been nice if someone told us when we were buying tickets so we didn't have to waste an hour of paid time. 2) Slides were opening and closing intermittently during the day - it looks like the park is understaffed. 3) If your primary reason to visit the park is the sauna experience beware the website description differs from real life. The saunas are not spectacular - there are much better ones in Europe. In addition, one of the two sauna zones was completely closed for the season - this was not mentioned anywhere on the website or in the ticket area. 4) The ice/snow room was out of service. 5) Some showers were not working. In general, the whole place looks pretty old with visible problems that need updates/repairs. 6) Considering all of the above, the prices are too high. If you pay 30+ euros expecting great service, you may be disappointed.

Came as family of five here and it was a great day out! Water felt cold to start with, but once you get going it is just right. Loved all the slides! And the two free saunas. Didn't get to go into sauna complex as we had kids with us and it is about only there. Jacuzzi was nice and warm too. Absolutely great lunch at the bistro, nice milkshakes. And love the concept of the bar with all seats in the water! Will be coming back again!

Writing this review and trying to find at least one thing which was good about this water park - it’s just mission impossible, really, honestly I couldn’t think of anything that would be positive about this place. First of all - it’s really cold everywhere you go - pools, river, water slides, even kids pool is not warmer at all. Secondly - it’s really dirty, absolutely - no shampoo/shower gel in showers, they are cleaned, I guess, once a week. For this price in other water parks you would be equipped with slippers, towel and bathrobe - don’t expect something here. Too much chlorine in jacuzzis - eyes will start to ache in 10mins. This place needs reconstruction so badly, I wouldn’t recommend going there earlier.

My family and I, visiting from the UK, went to this water park today. The overall quality of the place was decent, but unfortunately, we encountered some incredibly rude staff. When we ordered some food, the woman behind the counter yelled at us when we simply asked for the rest of our drinks. We had ordered 7 cokes but only received one, and she had a noticeably angry and miserable expression. Additionally, the woman at the shop near the entrance accused us of stealing sweets, even though we had paid for them prior to entering the water park. Despite my attempts to explain, she called security anyway. However, when I suggested checking the security cameras and showed my payment proof on my online banking statement, she backed down. The security guard who was responsible for letting people out started shouting for no apparent reason and displayed disgustingly rude behavior. Fortunately, a kind woman who wasn't even an employee explained the proper procedure to us. It was quite alarming to witness the staff members behaving like wild animals. As a person of Middle Eastern background, I couldn't help but notice the constant stares and negative attention we received from others at the water park. It was shocking to see the anger in their eyes for no valid reason. It became evident to me that racism exists in this city, and I have never felt so out of place in my life. It seemed as though these people had never encountered someone of a different race before. I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone who is against prejudice and discrimination. We had children with us who also felt the negativity from these individuals. In this day and age, with easy access to the internet, there is no excuse for not educating oneself. People of Vilnius, we are all human beings and part of God's creation. We should strive to do better than this! This place has a ‘Turkish Hammam’ too, I look Turkish and I’m from a neighbouring country, if you are going to discriminate against a race, at the least don’t use our cultural elements!

We’ve visited on Friday 16th June. It was horrible. You pay €27 for 3 hours and half of the slides (if not more) are not even working! This happened before as well. What am I paying for? Then, we went to the top floor to ride on one of the two slides. We’ve climbed all the way the stairs at around 7pm and the guy in a rude manner said “it’s closed”. He literally closed both slides in front of our faces and rudely said that he’s off somewhere. LIKE SERIOUSLY?? At least don’t be freaking rude to your clients. Fast slides were not working too. Another small ride was not working either. Redecoration is needed big time!!! On the riding buoy there are a lot of plasters. Why not getting new ones? Everything is worn out. Still no swimwear drying machine in the changing room area. What are we paying for???? Consider yourself of restructuring the whole water park.

Very mediocre experience, not a huge queue to get in and staff polite and pleasant at the reception. Price is extortionate in my mind, we bought 2 tickets that did not include sauna's, came down to 50e for 3h. It would not have been that bad if all slides were open, or explanations given prior to entering. There was a queue of people waiting to get onto slides for over 15 minutes because the staff overlooking them was not present but also found some staff quite unpleasant, heard a young lady shout multiple times at some kids trying to get onto the slides that apparently were closed but no signs or markings indicating so. Quite disappointing experience, would not go back nor I would recommend anyone else until some changes in staff training and repairs done.

Sauna (or adult) zones were dissapointing. Lava has only one jacuzzi, so everyone sit pretty close to each other, the TV plays only sports, the bar in Lava is not working. The Ice Room does not have ice cubes or snow to shower myself in it, it's more like a big block of ice. At least it's cold there. One of Turkish Saunas had really hot water dripping from the ceiling so it was almost impossible to sit there for a longer time, and I have never encountered something like this in other Turkish Saunas. The Resting Room in Lava was just cold and sad, there was only some plank-beds, but no light or appropriate temperature to rest after the sauna. Other saunas at Lava was pretty ok, but having in mind that an adult would probably spend most of the time in Sauna Zone, it could be more spacious and cosy. I did not mention the Bora Bora zone which was just a plain space with some saunas and out of order jacuzzi. One of the saunas had a toilet smell. We did not spend much time there. Drinks were ok, a bit overpriced, but as in most places today. Also staff was nice. The food was not impressive. Prices are as in normal restaurant but taste was really bland and too cheap. We just ate. Again, staff was nice too. Overall we booked 4 hours but after 1 hour it felt like we took too much time to spend in here. The designs are old and worn-out, the atmosphere is uncomfortable, almost everything did not work properly. It looks more like a budget water park, but costs at least as a medium level if not expensive. Maybe it was better when it opened up and maybe the current economy struck this park too hard, but at this moment I would not recommend to go there, at least for adults, till they renovate and refresh the park completely.

Under-staffed. Some rides were temperary closed to open others because there wasn't enough staff to watch over them. One attraction was closed all together(steep short wall in water vat). Wouldn't recommend more than 3h, there isn't that much to do there unless you go plan to sunbathe all day outside on terrace that overlooks a shopping mall entrance. Also 1 ride is only allowed for two persons(can't go alone) and there is weight limit of 140kg total, so if you are a couple you probably won't be able to ride it and it looked most fun of all.

Lifeguards were looking most of the time at their phone. I went down from the black waterslide and the boat flipped over and I injured my hand hardly. After we finished our swimming in the water park our feet were covered in blue paint.

Well it’s definitely not suitable for smaller than 6 years olds , kids area is full of constantly pouring down water which kids seem to dislike a lot as it’s always empty as soon as any kid goes on they never go second time. Toilets next to kids area are dreadful state and the light goes off suddenly then you’re in pitch black room. Definitely needs improvements . Some slides for little ones. And you leave with feet being blue and not washing out. Druskinikai aqua park is so much better. I will not be coming back with my family.

Cold. The only think gets to head when you bring 2yo and 3yo kids and they turn blue grey in children area because of cold water and air. It was the first visit after long period (several year). Great place to spend time with your friends and family. If you take your little ones - your gonna spend the day on the baby climbers, waterfalls, sprinkles, and other stuff. You should also try all the slides - the inflatable boats or using just your body. Nice selection of saunas. You can have a drink at the bar or order a body massage. If you are tired of all these slides you can jump in a jacuzzi and relax a bit. In summer or winter, you can swim to and use the outside pool. It's worth mentioning that sometimes not all of the slides are working and open. You can get angry if you take an inflatable boat, carry it upstairs and then find out that the slide is not working. All in all, it's a great place to uplift your mood on cold winter days.

Nice place to take a walk i wouldn't recommend going here with a car because most of the places for cars needs to be paid but if you are fine with going into some strange place near houses you will most likely find a place for your car. Clean and well priced. Able to buy swim nappies on site. Pizza's freshly made for only €7. Kids allowed in pretty much any area accompanied by parents. Life guards alert and polite. Definitely going back a second time before our holiday comes to an end!!

Comparing with other European water parks, Vilnius one, definitely lacking of free entertainment and other eseantials like drinking water fountains and basic toiletries. Place feels run down and looks like, that staff hates working there and not really helpful. On the better note, food and drinks are reasonable priced, so after couple of G&T's, place brightens up.

It's good, great fun for a couple of hours. Really missed a bigger pool, but all of the water slides were really fun.

The best water park I have been in my life, it has a bar, children slides and big slides aswell the biggest one is from 4 floor, it also has a wide range of saunas a free one and a payed one it has jacuzzi and it is very beautiful there I recommend it to everyone.

It's nice and has some nice slides with nice personal. However I think it is over priced as it is not that big and the slides are not that outstanding.

Nice water park. Price might be a little too expensive if you get one time ticket, however annual membership is absolutely worth it. I am a regular visitor, usually after 4pm it will get busy, after 9pm you have 2 hours to enjoy the less crowd. I have never faced any negative experience so far.

Best place ever! The staff are overly nice. Place is nice too, just that the floor is really scraped off. I recommend going down the Ohanos upė slide, its one of the best slides in my opinion. This week im in the camp. The teachers are pretty nice! But one problem is that im 12 years old. And because of that i cant go down my favourite slide. But the slide choice is pretty good! Just that i really wanted to slide down the 6th floor slides, but the staff’s were gone? And the slide was closed. Overall i recommend coming here with a partner or couple of friends. If you are a loner like me you can come by yourself if your over the age of 14 and your parents signed a contract you can come alone without any guardian.

Worst experience ever! Spend 50 euros for both of us, so we can only sit in the pool, all the slides for some reason where closed, we asked staff why, but none of them knew the answer. Also very rood staff and very dirty, so don't waste your time!!!

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Vichy Water Park in Vilnius and was taken aback by the glaring safety issues, especially in the children's area. The surface was perilously slippery, causing my child to fall twice, and I noticed other children and even adults facing similar dangers. The complete absence of hazard warnings is an alarming oversight that needs urgent rectification. Apart from the safety issues, the exorbitant entry fee was a bitter pill to swallow, given the subpar quality of facilities and services. It's apparent that inventory management is lacking, with many amenities appearing worn out or of poor quality. The decoration throughout the park is in a state of disrepair with worn out and broken elements, diminishing the overall aesthetic appeal and detracting from the advertised Polynesian theme. Moreover, the cold water coupled with an even colder ambient temperature added discomfort to an already disappointing experience. I strongly urge the management to address the safety concerns and improve the overall maintenance of the park to justify the high admission fees. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Vichy Water Park for a fun and safe family outing.
