Views were worth the trip even at winter - beautiful frozen swamps, wild animal footprints and holes dug by them in the snow. There is much more snow, it's much colder and more humid than in larger cities during this time. Would recommend rubber boots, woolen socks (couple of pairs) and winter clothes right now.

Nice short and diverse trail but its proximity to Vilnius/Trakai makes it insanely busy during the weekends. Recommend finding off peak time to visit and really enjoy it.

A wonderful place, but it needs of renovation and there could be more rest areas, at least benches to sit on, because there is simply almost nowhere for a pregnant woman or a person after an injury to sit down and rest their legs especially on the second side of the trail (there are several resting places at the beginning of this trail, some of them are not bad, but the condition of the footbridge is really bad and dangerous you have to be really careful). Also for this time I don't recommend this place if you are with a baby stroller, because there are fallen trees on the road (it's nice for me I just climbed over, but at the time I saw a man traveling nearby struggling with a stroller, so it would be just inconvenient) and there's also a quite a steep hill at the beginning.

Nice place to have a short walk that takes one hour to walk. The large part of trail equipped with wooden deck, that allows to walk in sport shoes. The most popular plant that you can see there is sundew, that is marked with signs. There’re more rare plants you can see, but all of them grow and bloom on different time of season.

in summer 2023 forbidden to walk, the structure of the pedestrian walkway is broken and worn out. Planed reconstruction from 2023 and planed to be done in 2024 spring. The most beautiful early in the morning when the fog hangs around and before sunset.

Perfect place to walk. There is some stops with education boards so recommend to go with kids and teach them something new about nature :)

Beautiful and quite an unique place - upland moor and lowland marsh in one territory. The track is quite short, less than 5 kilometers. Extremely beautifull in autumn and winter. But the wooden track is slippery, be carefull!

This is a beautiful place to walk in nature. The route is quite simple and can be taken by little ones and the elderly people. There is marks / arrows, so you feel confident going the right way. You can find benches and rest areas along the way. Route is going through the forest, swamps, lakes - there are information spots were you can read about plants and other beauties of the nature. It's not the best place to use baby stroller, I suggest taking baby carrier of if the kid is walking - let them use their feet :) If you have problems with mosquitoes - use some protection, because whenever you stop, there is some of them waiting for your tasty blood :)

Beautiful forest and lake. Board walk is in very poor condition and needs extensive repair. Lots of wildlife - I saw squirrels, frogs, dragon flies l, various birds and several billion mosquitos. I was there in the early morning in July and the mosquitos were absolutely savage.

Perfect place for walking in natural Lithuanian forest park. Where are several place for relax. Half of the road will be made from wood. The road is marked very clearly. The most important place is labelled, you can find some information in Lithuanian and English also.
