(Translated by Google) I highly recommend visiting the mansion-museum itself. Here lived the son of Alexander Pushkin Grigory and his wife Varvara. The mansion for her daughter Varvara in honor of the marriage was rewritten by her father. Gregory brought here part of his personal belongings and furniture from his father's family village of Mikhailovsky. Massive and luxurious carved furniture in the rooms is made from oak to order. In 1948, the mansion became a museum of Pushkin's heritage.

Great and very interesting tour on manor's history with nice tourguide. A lot of authentic stuff inside, inuding some crazy ones, like XIX century 3D goggles, music machine, sparkling water machine, candle-tv thing, etc.

It's a nice green park to spend time with family and friends. Not much to do though - no ice cream stands, the water is a bit dirty and not suitable for swimming. It's a nice place for locals to have but not something memorable as of now. The local government should cut some of the trees and bushes to make area more accessible for the locals. Some activity places would be advantageous also. Close proximity to city centre makes it an attractive area for those living near. Museum itself is not much to look at - an old wooden house which belonged to the son of a famous Russian poet - Puskin. The area could offer much much more with some investments as it could be attractive place for biking, perhaps even a kayak rental for families with children. At the moment very much underrated and still somewhat outlier area.

(Translated by Google) Unexpectedly interesting museum, carefully preserved household items of the interior of that time. And a direct link with Pushkin. The museum staff is beyond praise! Beautiful, interesting excursion! A corner of the Russian intelligentsia in completely non-Russian friendly Lithuania. I recommend to visit, you will not regret.

This is a very small mark dedicated to Aleksander Pushkin, Russian poet. There is a statue to him, two small ponds and several nice paths to walk around. Some people catch fish in the ponds, others jog around. But the place is small, so only come here if you are a Pushkin fan or passing by wish to spend 15 minutes in a nice old park.

I visited the museum with two 10 year old boys and booked an excursion. The kids got involved from the very beginning and kept the attention during all visit. The guide has an amazing skill to reveal the stories of the house and follow the curiosity line of the kids at the same time. The excursion was very dynamic and interesting both for the kids and me.

Hellen, who had a great tour. They didn’t even notice how they ran for two hours. Thanks also to everyone who helps to preserve the wonderful heritage of the descendants of the great poet. I highly recommend visiting the museum, and recommend using the services of a guide. It is really inexpensive, but very interesting.
