You know, it is not the Vilnius municipality that takes care of this! The people who do most of the cleaning are volunteers, nature lovers. Thanks to them, these are the stands that you are not reading. Please bring a bag when you go to this park and pick up visible litter. Then we will all enjoy the clean company of nature. In this part of the city, the park is invaluable. It is scary to imagine that by turning it into a sabbatical and garbage dump, the city authorities will decide to cut down the forest and sell it for the construction of private houses. Will you like it? You will no longer have a place to walk your pet or relax in nature!!!! It's scary to even think about it. So, the future of this park depends on all of us. Then let's return and maintain order in it all. I understand that not all are naturalists, but there are many beautiful objects in this park: five-trunked oak, two-trunked fir, boulders (stones) brought by the glacier from Scandinavia 10 or more thousand years ago. years, the terrain is unique. We can all contribute to the well-being of Nature! I sincerely invite you :)

I did not expect to find such a forest in Vilnius itself. It was fun to walk in the forest. The forest is hilly. You can walk on paths, you can turn off the road and go as far as the eye can see. Many people walk their dogs. And it's just a pity that the area of ​​the forest is decreasing. Areas are being visibly prepared for the construction of a block of new houses.
