To sum up: terrible quality building. Pros: - good location for using public transport - good view for those who likes spectating moving transport (or spectate whats in other building, from up close) Cons: - very few parking spots - terrible quality of the building itself (below described all the "best" experiences) - very dry air - office is near the most poluted crossroad in the whole city (and office air is freshly taken from there) - conditioning system simply sucks. hen office runs out of fresh air, if you try to open windows - it simple shutdowns. Still noone know which is better - open windows, or breath from perfect dry conditioning system that has no temperature control. - totally "not dangerous" windows (opens 1 meter wide at the height below your waist). In half of year experienced: - two roof leaks (once it was leaking on the laptop) - guarantee service is trying to ignore problems as much as possible - heating is non existent (if you hower hand over the heater - you feel somethign slightly warmer than cold air). Response from the service company: it's all OK, here it is warm (said while standing in small room). - two sudden blackouts (at least other two were planned) - eyes are suffering from dry air - one conditioning device fell on workers table (no casualties, it fell at night)

Modern, clean, stylish, easy to find place. There are places to eat lunch, drink coffee

Modern offices , most of the reputed companies are nearby. Easy to get transports but not so noisy place which is good for being a suitable work location.
