This is the first IKI store that I've been visiting since I was a little child and I still visit it nearly every day. It's clean, everything is well organized, and definitely the best prices of all the supermarkets. My favorite store to visit - IKI.

It has two entrances, parking, but no vegetarian restaurant or something better than Chilli Pizza

One quite old shopping mall's of Vilnius, bit renewed, big IKI grocery shop, some other small shops, kafeterias inside. Big snooker, pool centre on 3rd floor, big Chili pizza on 2nd floor.

One of the biggest IKI stores. However, I often struggle to find some of the basic ingredients, with only the most expensive alternatives remaining. The arrangement also changes more often than in other stores, which is frustrating.

Absolutely disgusted about this market!!! The staff rude in the most disgusting way...when I have asked someone if they have any vegetarian sausages or some kind of vegetarian food she told me with such an attitude " I don't speak English "! I have asked her in her own language!!! And she turned her back to me. No one willing to help....nothing for vegetarians!!! A tottally waste of time, nerves and money!!! I wouldn't spend a penny in this country if it wasn't for filling up my tank!!! Horrible experience!!!

One staff was very kind. Other woman staff was horrible. She ignored my request for assistance at self kiosk

Great supermarket with a huge variety of products. Cashier and self-checkouts are fast. Big parking lot in front of the store. Bus Stations are near, too. We went there to buy Lithuanian food souvenirs like Herbal tea and šakotis.

In this shop you can find the most trashy and dead flowers in town.

Only one cashier working in the entire store. In selfservice they don't accept taromat recaipts. Really putting in the effort to ensure people not recycle.

I visit this store all the time and I always respect the employees and try to be as polite as it can be, why is it that almost all the cashiers are rude and can’t answer politely to a simple question? It happens all the time.

Not actual prices in the store!!! I tried to buy a Lavazza coffee machine in the IKI store at Zirmunu g.2 (Vilnius) with IKI kortele with a discount, but I was surprised that there was a discount price on the store shelf, but there was a full price at the checkout. In this regard, I have a question about the relevance of prices in IKI stores on the shelves, which caused unpleasant feelings. Since this fact misleads buyers and now I should check the prices of each item in the receipt. I didn’t get an answer at store infocenter. I cancelled the purchase at the end.
