I rarely write reviews for places, but I found Don Simon service exceptionally rude, and therefore I will share our experience. We were a party of 6, and our food arrived at different times, after quite a long wait. However, 5 people had already finished their food while 1 person was still waiting for a salad (for over an hour at that point). We asked about it, and the waitress confirmed it was coming. About 10-15 minutes later, the waitress came to tell us the salad was brought to a different table, and asked whether that person was still hungry, or maybe would like to cancel the order. The person, who did not get a meal after 1.5h of waiting, simply left, as the waitress did not offer anything to her. As we were paying, the waitress found the salad on a different table (it must have stood there for a good 10-15 minutes), and brought it to us. We said the person, who ordered it, had left (to go and buy some dinner), so they packed it. After all this experience, we were still charged for that salad, which stood somewhere for 15 minutes (not sure if someone touched it, ate it) and no concessions, discounts or any offers were made to us to make up for our less than satisfactory experience, even though we made it clear that this was unacceptable. The food that arrived was good, but the overall experience of the evening was unacceptable, as eventually we spent over 1.5h there and one person did not manage to eat at all.

Excuse me, but what? Very disappointed that they think this is still OK to prepare, send out and call a "four cheese pizza". And ask 12euros for it. Got recommendations that it's a good place to try out, so decided to order as a takeaway for the house party. This is a joke. 0/5 never again. Other pizzas were also sad (what kind of dough they use?), but the cheese one I cant event call a pizza.

Though I liked the atmosphere and pizza, the service at that time was really awful. We waited 1 hour to get pizza. Maybe it was busy at that time but still noone said we would wait for food for such a long time. It was a great experience for one time but I wouldn't come back here again.

Perfect place for pizza! Sometimes it's hard to find good pizza in Vilnius. Especially if we taking abiut good ingredients. The pizza pad was great! Possible to eat with hands. Salad was good too and very original! I truly recommend this place.

We visited this place as a group of 8 and most of us ordered a pizza, we were neither disappointed nor impressed, it is an ok place to dine in. "Sorry sorry" was a common phrase from the staff. Price was 14 EUR for pizza and 4 EUR for a beer, so a bit on the expensive side.
