I have been to this aquapark several times with my children. Last time was on 19th of July. Sadly, my daughter had a small accident on children area in the pool. Her finger got into a crack and hurt (see pic). I got to the med point where a nurse put a dressing plaster. It was not really keeping on a finger and quickly got off, so I went again to ask for another one. It already became a problem for a nurse which gave another one to me with loud sigh. Since my other kids and kids of my friends (there were 7 of us) still had fun, i was just sitting with my hurted daughter and trying to make her time better. It was first half of the time i paid for. When going out I asked if there is any option for refund or any other compensation. I was told to write and email. I did wrote the next day and did not get any answer so far. Very bad Customer experience and I do not feel like coming there again.

This place must be demolished by health and safety! All the tiles inside the complex are slippery, swimming pool sides are rounded so no chance for a drowning kid to climb out, no lifeguards, no drinking water stands. And the architectural maze inside is mind boggling. The only plus is adult saunas.

We visited aqua park on Wednesday afternoon. Not too much people, no crowding, apart from Bermudai slide, wait was 15 to 20 minutes. Not scary slide, just parts of that is pitch black. Azartinis slide is good for kids, and people who are not in extreme things. River around is with strong stream and be prepared that not always there will be yellow tyres available. Sea wave pool has 1.50 metres deep and really big waves, with 1.64m height don't step in there without tyre, waves will go over your head. Cafe upstairs, coffee €2, cold coffee € 3.50, beer 2.70 small glass, good prices for other food too. Recommended to go on weekdays definitely. 3 hours more than enough for children.

Amazing, especially for small babies, 3 hours wasn’t enough, recommend at least 4

Amazing aquapark very close to Polish border. Reasonable price and great range of water attractions and spa facilities. Highly recommended for families and couples.

At this moment the best aquapark in Lithuania. I was here in November month. It's nice to have sauna and relax into jacuzzi. Sauna's zone is for additional price, but if you want to relax in quite place without children screaming around you pay extra. Sauna's zone have separate pool, pool bar, relaxing zone with free tea and as I said earlier quite atmosphere.

AMAZING! Everything was how imagined being! my only problem would be the slides - the best ones take so long, and there aren't many options for 7+, just the blue one.

Definitely book the baths/saunas area. 4hours minimum recommended time for adults with no kids. Nice hot tea provided complimentary by the baths and other drinks including alcohol are available to buy at the bar, food as well. Clean areas, you can rent towels and swim suits etc.

We had a great post Christmas visit here with our 7 year old daughter. She loved it so much; the layout and decor are amazing, and there's something for everyone. Even the small pool for younger children has a wave machine; the quality here is something I have never seen in Ireland.

With kids spent all day! Loved the place. Aqua park is separated in two sections. Section for families and kids and another for adults (entrance only 18+). There you can try different spa experiences (face mask, scrub, honey procedure etc.) included in entrance fee or have other extra procedures for additional cost.

Visited the place with my wife. The price for two hours was competitive in comparison with similar water parks. The water park I found clean and staff friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the overcrowding. We visited the park on Tuesday and I can only imagine what it looks like during weekends. But nevertheless, without hesitation I can advise anyone who never visited the place to visit it and enjoy it.

Perfect place for a full day of relaxation. More than 10 different saunas, several jacuzzis, bars, quiet areas, massages (for some extra cost). Entrance fee for unlimited stay is absolutely fair!

One of my favourite places to visit, so comfortable when you stay in their hotels that are connected to the aqua park. Lots to choose from , not too crowded, good food and drinks, clean.

A very good water park. No wonder why it's called one of the most visited places in Druskininkai. The best thing in this was water slides. It's pretty safe it you act safe. The is six of them. Bermuda's was the coolest, because there was so much cool lights while going through the slide.

Very beautiful place 😍 It is the paradise in the North of Europe! Service 10*. Stuff is very friendly, speaking in more languages. Our children are very happy. Breakfast like for Kings! 🤴 Thank you very much! We are spending the best holidays! 👌

A very nice place. Slides seem to be way more safe then the ones in Vilnius. Adults are is very nice, recommend! Breakfasts are great, but dinners I would probably not recommend for the price.

As always, "Best bang for a buck". Facility is not new but clean and well maintained. Restaurant in the hotel rocks! For 15e max you will be full. Italian fish Soup was just AmAzInG :). We will come again!

I'd say it's a great place for adults as there are so many saunas (also the atmosphere was great) but not that much for children. The place was pretty crowded and it wasn't that easy to get on water slides. But a few more things I liked is that there were privacy for you to change , and after the swimming you could hairdry the hair, and there's also a great place to have meal in the building.

The best aquapark in Baltic States I’ve ever seen. The bath and sauna area just superb, with all their free of charge extra programs to enjoy your stay and relax properly. Wide variety of saunas to try and stay in one forever🥰 it is the quiet place with no kids allowed in bath area, so you can have your kids entertained in open area with river and pools, special kids area. Special thanks to the young man in pool bar and two ladies in upper bar - your attention to guests is heartwarming. The cafe in open area - delicious food, but quite rude and unwelcoming two ladies behind the counter, which stained the atmosphere and experience. In overall - definitely going to come again, one star down just for the cafeteria.

Outdated swimingpool area. Sauna area is OK. Receptionist at Flores hotel not so very nice with the guest 4/10, receptionists at Aqua Hotel hotel- EXTREMELY nice and helpful 10/10. When we stayed there, food for the dinner was terrible, but breakfast was pretty good.

A very nice aquapark, plenty of private changing cabins, showers, lockers, etc. The water entertainment park provides all sorts of slides and pools. The sauna/jacuzzi area comes at an extra fee but is totally worth it: it offers a big variety of sauna's so you will always find one to your liking. A big plus: that area is 18+ only. so no running and screaming kids. Only point I did not like: the walk way between the water entertainment and sauna/jacuzzi area was quite cold.

Lots of fun things to do, both for adults and children. The area is large and has a lot of pools, saunas and other things.

Aquapark is still great, but the hotel policies need to be reviewed. If you pay over 200€ for one night, charging 3€ for a robe looks weird. And the shower head in the room needs to be replaced to something better suited for the 21st century. Breakfast was superb!
