This was my first time exploring the castle insidw since it has opened. And I was so impressed! The jester costumes where amazing! The art show! The old style kitchen. You can climb all the way to the top of the tower as well. Even children enjoyed it. It was impecably clean as well. Thank you to very kind staff as well.

Such a lovely small castle. Not busy at all so you can enjoy your experience without crowds. Staff is so friendly. This place is definitely recommended to visit

Panemunė Castle is a Renaissance-style residence built in 1604-1610. Beautiful old architecture in a beautiful location. You can buy handmade souvenirs, there is a place to eat. I am fascinated by such old towns with preserved or restored architecture.

Nice castle with park and ponds. Good opportunities for walk. In castle is museum and hotel and restaurant.

Small but lovely. Still has authentic frescoes remaining from 17th century. A guide is available and is definitely worth it if you are interested in history.

Castle you wont see anything alike in Baltics. Beautiful place and view at the river. Do not hesitate to visit, it's worth it!

A lovely place for a short stop while traveling. It's a unique place with a really cool and a bit spooky tower. Be careful of the people who asks you to ride their horses and pony's, they are ripping off with the prices 😡

Castle with an interesting story behind it. Adjacent hotel is worth visiting. Rooms offer different experience. Lunch is just okay.

Really nice castle in picturesque area near the river. You can purchase a ticket for 4 euros and go inside. Everything is newly refurbished but mixed with old style. There is a possibility to climb 8 floors to the tower for very nice 360 views. New solid looking restaurant downstairs.

Frankly, my favourite museum in all of Lithuania. Clever, but non-intrusive use of sound effects, audio tours and even scents makes for a personal, immersive, and imformative experience. They also feature local art exhibitions and change them periodically.

Nice and quite area to have coffee and walk around small man-made lakes around castle. There is a museum inside the castle and there was an art exhibition when we visited.

It's a death trap for visitors. The door frames are very low. If you're tall, you have to be careful not to crush your scull. There are no warning signs! The one one picture was put after I hit my head full force.
