A pleasant landmark by the lake. Whilst we were there, some performers did a traditional Lithuanian dance.

After enjoying sundial, go across the street to the lake. You will find a start of ecological path that takes you to a nearby forest. It is totally worth it, if you are into walks. Sundial + lake + ecopath can easily take whole (of a very nice) day, so plan it accordingly.

An interesting side attraction, I like the history of it, but honestly it won't fill up much time - 5 minutes and you've seen it, taken more photos than you need and moved on

Incredible place. Perfect for evening walks. Now it has beautiful lights. There are plenty place to sit. To walk a dog. Near the lake. With a car park.

I had very good time, and Sundial square is beautiful, i really recommed going there.

One of the best places in Šiauliai. Definitely worth to visit. And Iron fox just 2-3min away on foot.

Saulės laikrodžio aikste is a popular tourists' destination which attracts a lot of people all over the world because the statue which is known as The Golden Boy or Auksinis Berniukas can be seen from a distance, and it is not only the place for dating, but the place where various concerts and performances are held. Saulės laikrodžio aikste is also unique as you can find out the time from The Clock of the Sun the on the sunny day in the same way as our ancestors did. There is a lake Talksos nearby, its beach, the play area and the old cemetry.
