    Atsargiai su šita InMedica, ne tik registratūros personalas nemalonus, tačiau ir specialistai naudoja savo profesinę kompetenciją tam, kad atkeršytu Jums jeigu viešai skundžiatės teikiamomis paslaugomis. Prieš metus palikau neigiamą komentarą. Praėjau medicininę patikrą teisėms atnaujinti. Užsisakiau naujas teises Regitroje. Tuomet po 2 dienų skambina psichiatrė ir sako, kad jeigu rašau neigiamus komentarus, tai gal reiktų pasitikrinti savo psichiką ir į Regitros administraciją parašė prašymą sustabdyti man teisių išdavimą. Kai paklausiau psichiatrės ar ji mano, kad elgiasi profesionaliai, tai pradėjo rėkti numetė ragelį. Šiek tiek sovietinis mastymas ir nulis savitvardos. Už suteiktas paslaugas pinigų beabejo negražino. Bet kojos kelti į šia kliniką daugiau kelti tikrai neketinu.

    Kiek dar reikia neigiamų atsiliepimų, kad būtų imtasi veiksmų gerinančių registratūros darbuotojų bendravimą su žmonėmis (ar kaip kitame atsiliepime buvo rašyta jog būtent tik viena moteris ir sukuria šią situaciją). Gi "dėl kokybės užtikrinimo" pokalbiai yra įrašomi.

It's understandable that a person might be having a bad day and someone might snap out of it, but when the unpleasant, accusatory and bullying tone is repeated, the reputation of the clinic is not helped even by the fact that the rest of the staff are excellent. The atmosphere in the clinic is becoming unhealthy. After completing treatment, I will immediately transfer elsewhere.

They are wonderful, they help, they understand the problems, a caring person will help them if they really can :) Doctor Diana Šetikienė, a very good specialist and sincere. There are very few such doctors. In my life, I had to deal with medicine in very unpleasant moments, in this clinic, I never once had to write complaints and fight for my loved one, this is a clinic that helps, which is what all clinics should do :)

    As far as I can see, still one of the receptionists who keep complaining about has not changed.     A very good family doctor and an excellent nurse who works in the procedural department, but presenting to the family doctor is mission impossible. Queues for a live visit after a month, for a phone call - after two weeks, although a prescription needs to be extended, without which the pharmacy does not sell medicine for chronic diseases. In fact, if the family doctor is not that good, I would change the clinic, because while paying taxes, waiting for a family doctor's visit for so long is simply disrespectful to the patient.
