(Translated by Google) Before going to this institution, be careful because there is a wild security guard who, when leaving, needs to stand on the client and can lift his hand against the person ... If nvi is important for your reputation, it will be clarified with the employee, but if not, animals such as guards will work. And to the security guard, I would suggest getting my nerves in order and watching how he treats others because he can be held accountable for his actions in other ways. By the way, a sheet has already been written in a certain institution for such blatant behavior of an nvi employee.

(Translated by Google) The complete non-organization of patient flows. Due to the large number of people at once on the island, there is nowhere to sit or stand up. No hand disinfectants or any hygiene products were found. After noon, the flow of people decreases and the waiting room is almost empty. If you arrive at the time specified in the referral, you will have to wait 2 hours to see a specialist who will prescribe a couple of medications and refer you to a chemotherapy point. After that, another half hour of waiting at the chemotherapy point and the funniest part begins in the treatment room. When I came to the procedure, I saw the following picture: the patient demanded that the catheter insertion procedure be performed by another nurse because she had rubbed her hand in an attempt to hit a vein in a previous visit. escapes, followed by another, probably with more experience, and finishes the job. I doubted for a second: will there be a proper preparation of the mixture that will soon be on my own? I hope that this job as a "child nurse" is controlled by some man. nurse. Orally, there is room for improvement in terms of work organization and staff work. Atėjus i procedūrini pamačiau tokį vaizdą:paciente reikalavo kad kateterio įvedimo procedūra jai atliktu kita slaugytoja nes ši buvo subadžiusi jai visa ranka bandydama pataikyti i vena praeita apsilankymą. Sekundei suabejojau:ar bus tinkamai paruoštas mišinys kuris netrukus lasęs man i viena?

(Translated by Google) We brought my aunt to the point of death (she was not oriented at all, she did not get up), the diagnosis was lung cancer, this office did not want to accept her, they said take her with your own transport to the other side of the road - to Santara's reception. As a result, Santara's doctor called the NVI office (you can't call it otherwise) and told them what they were thinking about sending such a patient. Ourselves we carried, carried ourselves, until my aunt died. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.....where is the hippocratic oath or are these just empty words....but my aunt is gone..... During each visit, the administrators are always welcoming and always help everyone, telling us where, when and how we need to go and do one or another investigation. Thank you, Galina, may your kindness and sincerity return to you in abundance. Wonderful and kind doctors work here who understand, sympathize, comfort, and give hope. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! I want to sincerely thank Dr. Lina Daukantienei, thank you for your kindness, sincerity, compassion, patience, for the hope given to move forward. You come to some factory and you feel like carcass. I hope more will not visit there. It is a great pity that the national clinic that we maintain, the citizens of the state, receive such a terrible service. Mes visi esam nubausti naudotis šito centro paslaugomis, nes tiesiog daugiau nėra kur eiti jeigu reikia chemoterapijos.

(Translated by Google) Today I had to be horrified by the sister who received patients from the 106 office for bed ... Today, i.e. On November 26, 2020, about half a day after the 2.5-hour journey, after a trip of 4 years, a mother with stage cancer, low vision and poorly able to get around, who had difficulty navigating the environment, we were both attacked by sisters because we had too much personal belongings. hospitalized for at least two weeks. It was two pieces of clothing with a few toiletries that I brought myself easily and from the main parking lot. When I said I was going to bring another basket with water and I was a little stunned by the food when I heard from the nurse, "Who will carry it, she barely walks away, and I have to take her to the second floor?" When the nurse slammed the door in front of my nose, I went out with tears in my eyes, leaving my mother in the dark. Thank you, at least I was allowed to bring food ... Later, when I called my mother, I found out that she was greeted by great sisters on the second floor, and she carried the bags and escorted her to the ward. In front of all the doctors I had to visit before my mother lay down and I thank her for everything, real professionals in this field work here, but it is a disappointment that there are still Soviet-era nurses who have no sympathy for people who have suffered fate ...

In my life, I only had operations in private clinics. NVI is the first operation in a public institution, so I was very afraid of casual communication. However, I have never experienced such gentle and pleasant communication as NVI in any private clinic!!! I don't know the names of the people who surrounded me, but the staff who worked at the reception on 12/28/2023 and on the 5th floor were fantastic. Even the security guard, when I entered through the wrong entrance, escorted me inside to the reception so that it wasn't cold outside. I was very impressed. Thank you for your dedication

The medical staff is great, very compassionate and kind, which I can't say about the receptionist who has no empathy whatsoever. Especially at the reception on the second floor, there is an employee who is dissatisfied with life, who probably has never heard anything about simple human courtesy. Talking and behaving like this to people of retirement age, who find it difficult to adjust to a new environment, is UNTOLERABLE!

I am disappointed with this doctor! A loved one of mine was diagnosed with stomach cancer over a year ago. We started treatment in our hometown, but for some reasons we had to look for a doctor elsewhere, so we decided to try Vilnius and came to NVI. Here we were warmly received by chemotherapists (not Grybauskas, another doctor who specifically prescribed chemotherapy) and there we stopped a difficult course of chemotherapy. For long-term monitoring, we chose this particular doctor M. Grybauskas to supervise. During the first visit, he familiarized himself with the situation and scheduled subsequent visits. Prior to the second visit, the patient had health complaints that appeared to have little to do with the stomach. We asked for a CT scan, but the doctor categorically refused to do it and prescribed an echoscopy and a gastroscopy. During these tests, the doctors in Vilnius who performed these tests did not see anything wrong, but the situation only got worse. The complaints that doctor Grybauskas was aware of did not disappear, a month later the patient turned yellow and developed jaundice. A CT was found to be ~3 cm. tumor in the liver. Currently, the patient received more than 5 CT scans during the month of hospitalization because it was necessary. The doctors of the hospital where the treatment for jaundice is currently taking place cannot find any explanation for the unscheduled CT scan from Dr. Grybauskas sides. If CT had been prescribed when it was requested, this situation would simply not exist, because the tumor would have been noticed much earlier and would have started to be destroyed much faster. In this process, the person recovered has a blood infection, is treating jaundice, and has a tumor, although it is not yet 100% clear whether it is malignant, because they cannot take a biopsy, but this does not change the seriousness of the situation at this time. I understand that maybe from Dr. Grybauskas had good intentions for the CT, not to harm the person and not damage his health, but I have to be saddened, now this patient's health is damaged countless times more than that one CT when it was very necessary. And even those good intentions do not change the fact that the doctor did not accurately assess the patient's condition, because the cancer (I don't want to say the specific stage) was locally spread, but it was (and possibly is) an aggressive type of cancer. So without repeating myself, I want to thank this doctor for his untimely decisions and hope that other patients are lucky enough to find the right treatment with this doctor.

Queues are catastrophic, instead of active monitoring you get "passive" every 6-8 months. , will perform radiological examinations only after 4-6 months.
