(Translated by Google) Who is assigned the time, it is not clear that I have been sitting at the rehabilitation office for more than an hour since my visit ... not only my back hurts (which is why I came) but also my legs and nerves ... When it came to "my" turn, it turned out that I was waiting unnecessarily, because another neurologist gave me time, but did not register the system and did not write the referral, although he said he did it, because he told me the time and place .... to go back to the doctor before, and I was already waiting for this visit for about two months !!! So, I will not come back to you, I will heal myself somehow, thank you for the damaged nerves and time !!!

(Translated by Google) Doctors, services, everything goes smoothly, smoothly. But when you call the phone, it responds to the battery, you can not stop the conversation and drop it with a loud handset, and you do not even hear anything on the band, nothing. Then, when you call back, you will not be able to call. Hmm Maybe you should change the employee on the phone? 😤 (Original) Gydytojai, paslaugos, viskas nuvykus teikiama maloniai, sklandziai. Tada skambinant atgal, nebesujungia skambucio. Hmm. Gal reiktu pakeisti darbuotojas prie telefonu atsiliepimo??😤

(Translated by Google) This review will be useful only for those who decide to visit this clinic. Everybody knows about the queues for honey. establishments, here too most. But the worst impression was about the surgeons of the polyclinic. In recent times, I had to deal with fractures twice (as it happened). The treatment remained greatly disappointed. Surgeons tried to quickly close the hospital sheet and send to work. But sometimes it seems to me that all medical gos. institutions simply save public money. insurance. In stamotology, too, there are problems. I wish to place this place less often.

(Translated by Google) Good day, it is very unfortunate that it is not possible to write reviews directly on the website of the institution, perhaps this would make doctors more affected, not worthy of the name of the profession. This morning my mother had a visit to the doctor. neurologist Remeikienė due to constant severe pain in the knee joint, which prevents normal work and lasts for more than a few weeks. Before that, my mother complained of sciatic nerve pain in the same leg, tried to treat herself (rest, compresses, painkillers, various ointments, strengthening and stretching exercises), but the symptoms worsened, she suffered from knee pain 24/7, so she decided to visit a neurologist. Unfortunately, during the visit, sir. the doctor behaved very unprofessionally. The first question my mother was asked was why she came here, after all, there are more serious patients being brought in wheelchairs. The doctor didn't even try to listen to the medical history, let alone examine the patient, only when my mother indignantly reminded her of her doctor's duties, giggling with her assistant, was able to inspect the road and diagnose that "nothing is". After the examination, the doctor asked what to write in the patient’s documentation, continuing his absurd disrespectful treatment of the patient. A visit of a similar nature was made to the honorable Member. surgeon Jonušis, the doctor accepted the patient with the question "what did you come here for?" The question is, is the culture of the institution here, showing absurd treatment of patients, or is there a new “norm” here, the more experience, the more piggy I treat? Since I work in medicine myself, I am ashamed of such a respect. behavior of colleagues. I work abroad and in six years I have never heard of such treatment of patients, all the more so as such disrespectful behavior is punishable by revocation of a treatment license, which, unfortunately, is far from being done in Lithuania.

(Translated by Google) Neither the receptionist nor your doctors can be called on the phone. When you arrive at the clinic, there are no queues at the doctor, but you write down at the reception after 4 hours and watch to see if you have changed your mind. The doctor looks up and makes a diagnosis after 3 minutes, offers ibuprofen to treat the flu and “everything, go”. Dentists do not use painkillers, devices scratch teeth. Due to the negligence of the doctors, the acute illness recurred 6 times in half a year, but the referral to a specific specialist was not given twice upon request. There are many other comments, but people will see for themselves. (Original) Telefonu negalima prisiskambinti nei registratūrai, nei savo gydytojai.

On the 9th of April, 2019, I called the whole day to sign up, but the doctor did not go to the handset and the reception desk was constantly calling. My baby is going to be menesiukas o registration is impossible. I think it is better to register with another clinic rather than where the doctors do their job.

After such service, you do not even want to go to the doctor for a visit. As a result, another outpatient clinic is selected. (Original) Siūlyčiau gerinti registratūros darbuotojų aptarnavimą. (Translated by Google) District polyclinic, but not completely adapted for patients coming from Vilnius district. There are no places to park the car if you arrive by bus - no one cares why you are late or will be late for the last one. Being with a newborn is simply dangerous, as retirees, elderly men and women are constantly rubbing around, putting their noses in the carriage. The queues of people are huge. And that reception of acquaintances, nurses, doctors - without a queue. Scary!!!! You want to be accepted - look around how many are waiting! Nailing is unspoken. Ir tas pažįstamų, seselių, daktarų - be eilės priėmimas. Baisu!!!! Norite, kad priimtų - apsižvalgykite aplinkui kiek laukančiųjų! Naglumas neišpasakytas.

(Translated by Google) Being a doctor on duty is a complete tragedy. A few years ago, I wrote to the administration, because the doctor's notice is coming, and the doctor is taking breaks. Hours! During your appointed time. That time I received a written apology and hoped that something would change. We used to avoid this office, but our doctor is on vacation, so we had to visit again. And the same again. You are sitting in the doctor's office with your sister facing each other, and you are not accepting patients. You go in and say that your appointment was 20 minutes ago, and they tell you that they haven't received your appointments yet. That's how you can die at the office. And when you sit with 2 small children - it's a total tragedy. You can't call for a blood test, you have an hour to sit in the corridor with your children. Because it's not winter, you can wait. It seems that he does everything on purpose (Original) Budinti gydytoja yra visiška tragedija. To the therapist only sit in the queue for a long time.

(Translated by Google) I arrived with a lumbar spine. Plaster casts a finger on Lazdyna Hospital. After 5 days I went to the outpatient clinic for an x-ray and after the x-ray returned to the surgeon he did not find him and put the plaster back home. When you arrive again after a while you do an X-ray again, you do not show it and you sent it home as soon as possible. The 3rd time you come on X-rays, it does not appear as if everything is fine everything is as it is, and not, the finger bends badly and is tilted, slips on the other finger and prevents full use of the palm, pains persist for a couple of weeks. The bulletin did not continue, but closed and opened again (which is a bad thing as the percentage is lower) so the doctors asked. I'm not a doctor, but I also healed myself.

(Translated by Google) Hello. Yesterday (08.07) I visited the outpatient clinic with the physicoscopist R. Bakanienė. First of all, I heard “morality” that the doctor didn’t know how to prescribe, and most importantly, my gallbladder was removed in 2004, and the answer reads: the gallbladder is normal size, the walls are intact, the lumen is free, the bile ducts are not dilated. Can there be trust in such a doctor ??? !!! (Original) Sveiki. Vakar (08.07) lankiausi poliklinikoje pas gyd.echoskopuotoją R. Bakanienę. Pirmiausia, išklausiau "moralą", kad gydytoja nemoka siuntimo išrašyti, o, svarbiausia, mano tulžies pūslė pašalinta 2004 netais, o atsakyme parašyta: tulžies pūslė normalaus dydžio, sienelės nepakitusios, spindis laisvas, tulžies latakai neišplėsti. Ar gali būti pasitikėjimas tokia gydytoja???!!!

Abysmal clinic. Doctors are always late for appointments Reception never seems to pick up the phone It often feels like the doctors don't really care about helping you at all Illnesses are often misdiagnosed and drugs misprescribed There are some good doctors there, of course, but all in all it's truly awful clinic and there are numerous public clinics in Vilnius that are superior.

Horrible phone check-in service. I said that I don't know certain things and the woman started mocking me "how are you not ashamed that you don't know anything". One of them I did not know the doctor's last name. I have had bad service with this establishment before every time I visit. There was also mocking of doctors. I visit doctors not because I have nothing to do, but I come for treatment and to solve problems. This institution should close because it is not doing its job. I was not registered with the family doctor. I will definitely never go back there again in my life. A bullying center, not a polyclinic.

I came because of a very severe toothache with an abscess. The dentist himself couldn't do anything about it (at least he communicated nicely). After at least one day of incapacity for work (because it is impossible to work with such pain), the dentist had to consult with the head of the department. The head of the dental department and the dental assistant just laughed at me. Aside from being out of work, I received no pain relief. I really did not expect such a reaction from the specialist and such disrespectful communication with the patient. After all, you are working with patients who feel bad and this behavior is inappropriate.
