(Translated by Google) The reception staff is staffed by non-compliant staff. An older woman with light (white) short hair at the reception is very unpleasant, she can't even answer the questions and dares to blame her, as if we were old acquaintances with her, turned the market out of the polyclinic into a more pleasant atmosphere. I see that the complaint related to her is not one, so maybe someone will start to react to it? Her colleague also does not have knowledge of communication etiquette. I should know the basics of respectful communication, as a higher level is unlikely to reach.

It's scary that there is still such a center polyclinic, there is a doctor like Rasa Bugenyte, and her sister, it's better to talk about shares as much as possible, nobody wants to work, it's almost your own fault that you came for an investigation, nobody wants to do it, you have to prove everything yourself, it's scary how it's possible 21 in the 19th century, they write medicines without testing which are completely unsuitable, referrals have to beg, I'm not talking about the bulletin at all, here's the tragedy... and for the laundry, they never pick up the phone in the office, even though it's constantly busy, and who changes the reception, if you call her all day, you'll get a call back, good service... 0 stars

(Translated by Google) April 14 1 p.m. A working woman (with short white hair) who greets patients is completely unsuitable for her job. Angry, dissatisfied, rude, all the time spoke in a raised tone and "distorted" facial expressions. No respect for people and understanding that they work in an institution that requires adequate communication. (Original) Balandžio 14d. 13 val. Dirbusi moteris (trumpais baltais plaukais), kuri pasitinka pacientus - visiškai netinkama savo darbui. Pikta, nepatenkinta, grubi, visą laiką kalbėjo pakeltu tonu ir “perkreipta” veido mimika. Jokios pagarbos žmogui ir supratimo, jog dirba įstaigoje, kurioje reikalingas adekvatus bendravimas.

I had to visit a neurologist, a rehabilitation specialist and a dermatologist. All were elderly. The experience is extremely bad - unprofessional communication, criticism of personal life, inability to explain the problem, diagnosis, or treatment. Control of treatment in general cannot be expected. The queues are long, and the consultation is more like a moral. I will avoid this unit from now on and do not recommend it to others.

Cruel place !! A few employees are normal, but the rest of the order...terrible!! Especially in room 210!!! They don't accept them in a standing order, but they constantly let in "their own"...

(Translated by Google) The second month I can not register for a commission. An answering machine is turned on, which constantly repeats that all operators are busy and immediately turns off. And I call at different times. Complete collapse in medicine (Original) Второй месяц не могу зарегистрироваться на комиссию. Включен автоответчик, который постоянно повторяет,что все операторы заняты и тут же отключается. Причем звоню в разное время. Полный развал в медицине

(Translated by Google) Very poorly organized work, the highest queue is formed in the last 210 rooms. I think that problem has been going on for many years and nothing is changing, time is wasting, it is unsafe to wait more than an hour in a corridor where there is no distance. A waste of time, a waste of all our money, when many of me think I have had some procedures with my family doctors and there is no need to repeat them every six months. It is time to tackle this problem in principle. Aldutė (Original) Labai blogai organizuotas darbas, didžiausia eilė susidaro į paskutinį 210 kab. Manau ta problema jau daug metų ir niekas nesikeičia, gaištamas laikas, nesaugu laukti daugiau kaip valandą apie 20 žmonių koridoriuje, kur nesilaikoma atstumo. Laiko gaišinimas, mūsų visų pinigų mėtimas, kai daugelis manau turi atilkę dalį procedūrų pas savo šeimos gydytojus ir nebūtina jų kartoti kas pusmetį. Laikas spręsti šią problemą iš esmės. Aldutė

(Translated by Google) Zero organization. I registered at 9:40, but I had to sit until 12:00, even though I spent +-15 minutes at the doctor's office. I don't understand how registration works, when such queues are formed anyway... (Original) Organizuotumo nulis. Užsiregistravau 9:40, bet teko sedėt iki 12:00, nors pas dakatrus praleidau +-15min. What happened to polyclinics after the pandemic? To the doctor after 2 months. as close as possible to writing. You have run out of medicine, no one cares. The dentist in this unit treated the roots so badly that they had to be repaired privately for 400 euros. The Žalgiris clinic offered to remove the entire tooth. Everything is bad. Very bad.

The woman who served at the reception does not know how to communicate with patients. Teach her some courtesy. Having accepted this, he no longer wants to have anything to do with this polyclinic. And of course, I won't set foot there again. 😅

Registraturoje abi "vištos" kitaip nepavadinsi su lankytojais šnekasi nugara. Paklausiau kur covid testavimo kabinetas gavau atsakymą kad ant įėjimo durų parašyta. Kabinieto numerį gavau ant siuntimo talonelio, prisegtoje nuotraukoje. Ar teko matyti tokią kabinetų numeraciją kur nors?

I want to recommend dermatologist Alicija Ramaška to you!!!! After the first visit, it may appear that the doctor wants to get rid of you as soon as possible and does not care about your problems, but this is really only the first impression, because after you get used to leaving the doctor with creams falling out of your hands because "you must try each one" and in the end you don't know which one it's for everyone, it won't be like that with Dr. Alicija. You will not sit in the office for 20 minutes listening to how good each of the creams is and buy them all, her visit takes 5 minutes. You came in, examined, asked about the symptoms, left/changed/prescribed the treatment, wrote it down for the next month and that's it. There will be no promotions, etc. She cured my acne (no doctor could do that for 4 years), also don't be afraid to take roaccutane and don't drag it, it's not as terrible as it says everywhere, really not. Also cured quite a few warts. She's a doctor who works without slurs, you won't talk to her (but she heals!!!). If you need some kind of cream or recommended shampoo, the goals always say one or two options. I want to thank the doctor and recommend him to everyone.

More respect for others. (Original) Ponia Irina Mikuliene (slaugytoja), šaukti ant pacientų yra mažu mažiausiai nekultūringa, jau nekalbant apie tai, kad pacientai ateina tikrai ne dėl malonumo. (Translated by Google) Absolutely no organization, steady turnaround, and no matter whether you have a leaflet with time or not, nobody will accept it on time! Sesute is stagnant, evil .. Why do people register and go out for a visit, if nobody ever takes time? Planning a time for a man, and when you arrive at 8 pm, according to the time you have set, and don't accept you, you have to wait for 24 people, somehow the polyclinic's policy is not something. It's fun to have a change in the treatment facility.

When I failed to register at the polyclinic online, I went hoping that it would be possible to do it in the polyclinic. An employee with short blond hair met at the reception (July 31, 10 a.m.), who communicated extremely unpleasantly and rudely. After greeting, I didn't even get a basic "good day", he was looking at the computer during the whole conversation, so it's not surprising that there was no professionalism either. I'm glad that I couldn't register online and I could quickly understand that I don't want to be a patient of this clinic :) First and last experience in this polyclinic.
