This is a flophouse. I can appreciate the need for flophouses, but when youre looking for a nice place to get some rest on vacation, you'd be better off sleeping in your car for a night. Lots of roaches, bathroom is worn and dirty, and our toilet seat wasn't attached (like a $15 thing to fix). Big stain on the ceiling over the bed. Musty smell to the room. The pool was not functional, even though it was advertised, and we were charged an extra $30 pet fee when we arrived, even though we had already paid a $10 one online. We only had 5 more hours to go on our trip and would have been better off saving the money.

ROACHES. Aside from the six-legged occupants of the room, they saw fit to go into my room halfway through my 2-day stay, gather up all of my belongings, and stash them away thinking that I had only booked one night. They offer no apology, just simply said that they were waiting for me to check in because they didn't realize I had two nights and had already checked in the night before as I was scheduled. Bathroom sink was hanging loose and you can barely turn it on without it feel like you were going to rip it out of the countertop. Showers got lukewarm at best. Burn holes and stains on the bedding. Honestly, you would probably be better off staying at a halfway house. Anyhow, I hope they enjoy my leftover subway, dr pepper, and bath wash that they stole when gathering together my belongings.

If it was possible I would take any and every star from this place to the point it wouldn’t even be able to see any in the sky and here’s why, my wife and I ( my pregnant wife and I) rented a room earlier tonight and left for over an hour to get something to eat and when we finally went in the room the sleeping area was ok if I could’ve been completely trashed while checking in the rest of the room was well you’ll see, then help me get this place shut down because even after seeing this they refused to refund my money! And when I said something to them about the bathtub I was told well nobody takes a bath anymore lol the toilet was cleaner tf!

Me and me fiance came here almost 3 months ago. And I know this is a safe, clean, and nice experience. Management and above couldn't be nicer when it comes to our needs. As for the front desk I have never experienced any sort of racism they treat EVERYONE the same. We are looking for an apartment, but while we do I would recommend the Magnuson hotel for anyone to come stay. The rooms are bigger than your usual hotel as well.

The place was absolutely nasty. I had roaches and rats. I asked the man to give me another room and he wouldn’t. I couldn’t even sleep. It was money wasted they didn’t even have Wi-Fi my room didn’t have tissue and it had a shirt on the door soap in the tub, the room has, how many roaches

This hotel by far has the absolute VERY BEST JACUZZI ROOMS the front jacuzzi room I have a soft spot for and tend to rely on when I want to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet in a really HUGE JACUZZI TUB with some truly amazing lighting featured in this room is perfect for any occasion. The bed is so soft I literally never want to leave that room. The back jacuzzi room I enjoy when I'm throwing a birthday party for friends. It has tons of space a dancing platform along with mirrors that are on the wall behind it and a dance pole in the center of the play form. This room also features a living room type of area because it is very spacious so you can enjoy the television while sitting on the couch visiting with others. The jacuzzi tub is a nice size tub but very deep. Definitely relaxing. This room is more home like and can hold more people for those birthday parties as apposed to the front jacuzzi room.

Everything was perfect 5 star service rooms were clean internet works just fine. Very comfortable and relaxing. Staff were very nice
