The absolute best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Cloud and his crew (especially Alexis) are the best dentist facility in Central Arkansas. This is my view while my teeth are being cleaned. I saw a fox back in February of this year.

Let me just start by saying - I NEVER take time to write reviews, even for many businesses that I love. I just never take the time. This would be an exception. My husband and I were looking for a new dentist, and we stopped into Cloud and Hill because we first saw the hilarious signage from the street (hooked). Then, the service was OUTSTANDING. How many people can say they had unbelievable customer service at the dentist? It was amazing. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, inviting, and welcoming. Fabulous experience!

I've been a patient here for close to 20 years (since I was a child) and the people at Dr. Cloud's office are amazing. They always work around your needs and the office is very efficient; they don't run late and I never wait for my appointment. Besides being wonderful at their jobs, they truly care about their patients and the families that they grow close to over the years. Visits to the office feel like catching up with friends. I would highly recommend this staff and clinic to anyone!

I’ve tried to book an appointment 3 days in a row and only get text messages back saying please book an appointment. When I tried to talk to someone they tell me they are assisting other patients and will call me back. After multiple attempts I messaged again letting them know this was unacceptable and didn’t even get an apology just have a nice day and call us again if you want an appointment. I did, for 3 days solid! The only thing I can figure is they don’t want business!

I absolutely love this dental clinic! They are super friendly and take good care of their patients!

Dr. Cloud and his staff are great. A dentist chair is the last place I want to be but I (we) highly recommend them if you need to see someone :-)

I just recently switched to this office after a friend referred me. It had been a looooooong time since my last cleaning. (4+ years). The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. They didn’t make me feel bad about my lapse of time between appointments, but reassured me that they would get me back to normal and better than before. My hygienist was great! Walked me through each step telling me what she was going to do next and to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. I saw Dr. cloud. He was great! Super laid back, nice, friendly and once again didn’t make me feel bad about not going to the dentist in so long. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The clinic itself is beautiful. Dr. Hill and his staff were absolutely fantastic. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and they really took the time to put me at ease, to explain what they were doing every step of the way. They put my comfort first and it meant the world to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I know I will continue to choose them for the perfect smile!

I have had the pleasure of visiting both dentists and I truly feel that they have my best interest at heart. My husband recently had a very aggravated abscess tooth and they went out of their way to make him comfortable and get the tooth calm before extraction. The staff is very friendly and they make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend both Dr. Cloud and Dr. Hill.
