The owner, Bill, is very friendly and accommodating. We found the area safe and quiet. However, after living on the premises for several months, we had ongoing issues ☹️ with electrical power surges. Finally, after having spent $1500.00 on a new AC unit and still having problems, we had someone else check out the system. After speaking with an electrician, his recommendation was to move for our own safety. We did so and all issues resolved immediately. So until those electrical issues are resolved, renter beware.

We got into Little Rock after 6pm. Tried Fam Camp and no sites. We only needed an overnight. Called Bill at the RV park. Didn’t get him but he called us right back. Said he keeps a site open just for those like us who need an overnight. He was super nice, met us back out at RV park (he was on his way home) and showed us the site. Full hookups. Perfect for us. If you need an overnight call Bill.

Pulled up yesterday and done a U TURN!!! old run downed , maybe 4 or 5 campers there. Looked more like a junkyard than campground

Quiet/safe place with a dog park & goat farm, close to the interstate, reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again when in town! Bill is a great/friendly owner 10/10 service!

This is one of the quietest and most secure campgrounds I've stayed in and I work pipeline - so that's a lot of places. For the first time in years I haven't even worried about locking a door or leaving something outside. The park manager is incredibly courteous. I would highly recommend this park if there's an open spot. Note - WiFi at this time is good for work and emails, not games and movies. There are no extra amenities like a bath house or washing machines but their are places close.

As noted, this is a quiet easy access spot when you just need a place for the night. 50 amp, electric and sewer available. Billy is super friendly and helpful. Not sure where the secure comments come in - this is basically a lot off the main road in a somewhat questionable area. My apologies! I am apparently blind. Thank you for correcting me Billy! Adjusting my rating to reflect this.

Awesome rv park. Very secluded and lots of trees. Full hookups with 50 amp. Bill is super nice and very helpfull. Bring some banana peels for tip tip the goat.

Owner is very friendly and polite. I have not had any issues since moving in. Further more I read a review from I guess a former tenant stating they were having electrical issues, I have a surge protector and have not had any problems at all. Absolutely love how the area is quiet and semi secluded with close access to freeways which is good for my daily commute back and forth to work.

This RV Park provides safety with a high performance security system in place. Renters are screened by the owner and people of quality live here that are willing to follow the few rules he has in place, or choose to live elsewhere at his request. The owner is very accommodating and he has never hesitated to fulfill any reasonable request. The area itself provides privacy in a quaint and very quiet atmosphere. I feel very fortunate to be a small part of what it offers those of us spending time there.

This rv park is the best in the littlerock area, clean, very little noise, and it's safe!! The owner ( Dollar Bill) goes out of his way to help you get adjust to the area, I do recommend this rv park to anyone wanting a quite country like place close exit to the city.

My husband and I spent one week at Bill's place. He was extremely helpful and very nice, the guy would take his shirt off for you to help in any way. I am a little late posting this since we stayed there in March 2023. We would recommend staying g there for the price it was well worth it! Keith and Anne from BC Canada
