The Muncheez fast food outlet located near Kodai lake. Best joint for the fast food and hot drinks. Service and food quality is very good.

The place is very cosy and has a dim lit kind of ambiance. I tried a paneer 65 sandwich and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was really nice for Kodai weather and the sandwich had some good stuffing of paneer. The sandwich could have been more flavorful. Although it tasted good after using some chilli sauce.

Food is yummy and also worth each penny. Also don’t miss their Homemade chocolate cake. Highly recommended place in Kodaikanal.

Great food with amazing ambience. Their kitchen was the main shop before and now they have expanded and added dine in as well. Visit before 7pm as they will not take in any new orders after that. The staff are friendly. Overall a must try place when you visit kodaikanal.

This restaurant is maybe too overhyped and not worth your money. This restaurant is listed on many top food review websites but it is not worth it. The food is not cheap. Moreover the food is not that great. The quantity of each dish is a bit less than apt. It is do served hot but service might be delayed if the restaurant is packed. We ordered one roll, chicken burger, and pink pasta. Other than we ordered Pineapple Lemon juice and Lime Mint Soda. We paid around ₹1000 for all of these and quantity was enough to fill two of us completely. The audience is filled with college friends. And maybe too many of them. So audience might not be good if you don't like too young crowd. For me maybe try another restaurant. Spend your time and money on another good restaurant rather than here.

Chill place with nice quite vibe. The guys Sundar and Markus are very kind and accommodating. We got a cheesecake and sat for 3 hours. Didn't realize where time went by. Also, if you visit this place for 3 days in a row you'll be rewarded with a complimentary brownie on the 3rd visit courtesy of Sundar. Highly recommend to try the veggie burger.

Muncheez is one of the good cafe bistro present in the main bazaar road area in Kodaikanal. Its menu comprises of mainly cafe food like burger , sandwiches, pasta, and hot and cold beverages. We ordered their special chicken sandwiches , burger, finger fries , ginger lemon tea, and cappuccino. They made us wait for around 20mins to prepare the food, and that is good . They freshly prepare the food . Their food generally has locally sourced vegetables and live stock. The food tasted very good. When you order please talk to the staff and aak them to explain the ingredients of the dish . The staff is very well behaved. Please come to this restaurant before 7 pm . Most of the time they stop taking orders after 7pm. In the weekends this place becomes very crowded. They don’t have a washroom here for customers, but they have one washroom outside which is used by the staff. They should have a washroom for customers. They do have a handwash area. They don’t have a dedicated parking space. Customers can park their car in the adjacent Poet Thyagaraja road , or the bazaar main road . Finding a parking is very difficult in this area. You can definitely come here for having Lunch , dinner , and all-day-breakfast . I am deducting 2 stars for the lack of washroom and dedicated parking.

For where it's located, in the remote town of Kodaikanal, we need to admire their effort to serve predominantly an Italian-American dishes. For the same reason, one can be more forgiving of the ambiance, which is just OK. The food was a mixed bag affair though. We ordered ham and pineapple pizza, which was good. The beef burgers on the other hand were a fiasco. The meat patty was just passable but the bun - specially on a double filling burger - just disintegrated to the point where it was pretty much inedible! Self-order (they do deliver the food though) and no WIFI

Last month, when we visited Kodaikanal, we had our dinner at Muncheez once. And here comes my review: What We Ordered: Peri Peri Fries Garlic cheese toast Veg Burger (Loved it) Chicken Pizza Margarita Pizza Staff Behavior: They were attentive and quick and catered to what we needed and how we needed it. Wait time was literally zero! Food, Taste & Pricing: The food was freshly made and hot-served. This cafe costs just as much as any standard cafe serving Italian cuisine usually charges. A few items I did find overpriced (the sweet delicacies, to be specific). But, given the taste of what we ordered, the pocket pinch didn't hurt at all! What was missing? Given the shadowy, artistic and cosy ambience of this place, it lacked music. Had there been a song or music of some kind playing in the background, the rainy evening at Kodaikanal's Muncheez would have been a perfect memory! Do I suggest this place? Yes, absolutely! The same morning we had our Brunch at Aby's Cafe and ordered similar items. Muncheez's food quality and taste were way way better than Aby's. A must-try for those seeking some tasty, yummy burgers, thin-crust pizzas and hot fries!

The place looked good from outside. It was good from inside also. Vegetarian options were limited. We ordered burger and sandwich and Latte. The coffee was not so good. The burger was not fresh as our stomach got upset after eating it.

Great vibe with great food. Ambience was peaceful with less number of tables. Trued their Chicken fries with cheese & BBQ pizza both were good. I recommend trying their cheesecake which is just yummy. Staff was very polite and friendly with great service. Dont miss this cafe if you are in kodai.

A cute quaint cafe in the middle of a busy street. Honestly the whole street is worth the visit. Muncheez is one such stop where the coffee is amazing and DO TRY their homemade sinful chocolate cake.
