Friendly staff, but the building is in decline, the salad bar, was quite disappointing just bits and pieces left. The pizzas were good for a fast food chain. I did not feel like pizza unlike the people I was with, the chefs menu is rather dissapointing, undercooked shrimp, undercooked fries, my main dish came way later than the pizzas. A bit annoying. They did everything to compensate the bad experience, which is nice. But it was a bad experience nevertheless.

Used to love coming here but general hygiene standards aren’t being maintained. There are food crumbs everywhere, toilets are dirty, no towels to dry your hands after washing them, the floors have streaks on them from washing with dirty water. The ice cube machine was broken, the ice cream machine was broken, the salad bar fridge was broken and the prepared salad as a replacement was not what I asked for (Tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and carrots). Just a shame really compared to when it opened. Pizza was typically Pizza Hut, no complaints there hence the two stars.

I'm not the complainer (check other reviews), but this time it's hard to ignore it. We want for a late pizza at 21h15. Friendly people... but the lady working there really wanted to go home and she made that very clear. She was cleaning the restaurant next to our table while we were eating. It wasn't after closing time. After that the (I believe) manager and her started a public discussion... Next to that, a very pore salad bar, never seen it so poor before. I've been doing Pizza hut for the last 25 years... I must say... They have to get their act together, it's going downhill. The I-don't-care-teenager-mentality doesn't work for me. To the friendly manager: good luck! I hope you get a better staff...

Restaurant is very nice with full glass walls, high ceiling. Staff is very friendly. I tried open buffet, it is all you can eat concept. They had 5-6 type of different pizzas. You pay for glass and you have unlimited soft drinks. I think they add less ingredients for open buffet. Pizza quality was ok but i eat better pizza hut pizzas.

Fast food restaurants are mostly not known for service but its the opposite situation here. You get treated close to a proper restaurant style service. Plenty of nice place to sit and best to go when you are visiting Ikea or other shops nearby & not a must visit. Pizza was just ok ,couldve been better. Must try the ice creams. TIP: You can just take on your own and fill with as many toppings and chocolate you want 😜

We were 4 adults with 4 kids and they forgot about our desserts. We finally went and asked and even after that we had to wait a while. They wanted to charge us more than they were supposed to. Also the price of a medium pizza Suprême, 19 eur, is way way more than it's worth. We will not go back.

Overpriced for the portions that they serve. Family of four, 2 kids. We ordered a normal Margherita for 8€, totally bland and was as big as my hand, one medium chicken BBQ which was great but also overpriced, and a medium pepperoni which was bad. Thankfully there was a spicy oil that made things a little better. We also found raw mushrooms on one of the slices. The bathroom floors stick!!! Hygiene and cleanliness is not good all around the restaurant. It's really an insult to American authentic pizza. Good thing is, the a volonté drinks dispenser works but there is no ice. Total 55.60€. To avoid.

The pizza was good, but the atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't pleasant and the service could have been better.

Pizza was not baked well. A lot of dirty tables and nobody took away the dishes during our stay here. And seems to me no heating . First time i visited this pizzeria it was good in Waterloo, now not at all.

The pizza was delicious but The service wasn’t good and there is not enough employee there and also they can not give the food fast 😏😏😏

Great restaurant, very kind staff. Excellent experience. The Pizza was the best, but we also tried other things. Rania was so kind and she suggested excellent choice from their menu. I reccomend!

U must pay what u dont drink so expensive !
