last time, we ordered online for pick up. when we arrived, they told us they didn't have potato wedges, and could not give us our money back as it was an online payment. to not waste our money, we order the crunchy vegan chicken (which was really good actually) and one of the employees gave us a coke free for the inconvenience, but later we realized it was expired for 3 month... another time, i ordered a vegan pizza and they put normal cheese in my pizza, which i don't eat :( pizza is good, but we had stomach issues both times we ordered, so probably not worth it.

Why do we need to pay online even for the pickup? Why can't we order online for pick-up and pay at the store?

I would put 0 stars if I could. Placed an order and nothing arrived. They didn't even contact me or anything. Edit based on the response of Domino's: Not only didn't they delivered my pizza but they even responded to someone who obviously isn't me. By the time i write this review, I ordered my pizza a few hours ago, not yesterday. The response of Domino's is to something completely unrelated.

I ordered at 8:30pm and received my pizza at 9:39 on top of that everything in the order was ridiculously cold.The potato wedges were nothing but wedges,No crispness,no flavour!Cheesy bread had become chewy by the time it reached us.Disappointed is too small a word to describe the experience.

Great and super fast delivery from delivery man number 6 - kind and polite! We are always pleased with the service and food, honestly, we do not understand the bad reviews.

Ordered à pizza at 17h59 and only got it at 19:28!! Callled them and the only thing they can say it’s that it’s busy. No rebate for waiting so long?? Moreover the pizza was already cold and dry on arrival! Bad service as a whole.

This Dominos is a bad joke. I ordered from them; after 3.5 hours I didn't receive my order and when I called them they started laughing and making fun of me. First, they were telling me that they delivered the food, which was of course not the case. The second time I called them, they said that they are not a pizza place, but a tacos place and started laughing. They are stealing your money and making fun of it.

Cheese bread was very good, garlic breadsticks were a bit hard

This outlet is an embarrassment to the Domino brand. My delivery was left ON THE FLOOR at building reception - no bell, no text, no phone, just left there to go cold and who knows what else. Is the customer supposed to be a psychic and somehow SENSE when a delivery has arrived??? From a hygiene perspective, this is unbelievable - I cannot believe how legally this kind of practice is even allowed...

Pizza was super tasty, chicken breast as well, however one pizza arrived little crumbled and folded(nothing dramatic) and delivery was late for around 30mins, staff was super polite when I called them, thank you guys!

So I normally Order food through Dominoes but this time I was really disappointed.. I ordered double chicken and cheese but it seems the baker/cook did not put the right quantity and on top of that Pizza didn't taste good at all Disappointed

Ordered a basic pizza said i only have 10 mins before my train. They said okay, no problem. After 9 mins i asked where's the pizza, they said 5 more mins, had to leave hungry

So as a compensation for issues with my previous orders I've received a complimentary menu set (pizza, side, 2 drinks). Since then I've also placed another orders which were good, pizza came hot and well prepared. I'll put 3 stars for now, as I did have few bad after work evenings before, but it's definitely improving and they're reaching out to people and try to fix things, which is always a plus.
