    First of all, the address of the apartment on Google maps and in reality Is different. We went to a Google maps location (photo attached there are from this apartment, comments as well), but it turned out to be in a totally different location. Such a waist of time. Second, the key was not easy to get out of the box with a code. It’s old and not convenient at all. Third, there was no light in a corridor in the apartment. Very dark apartment. Fourth, we were staying with two people (not a couple) and I asked for an additional bedding. The answer of the accommodations was: we have not enough stuff on the location to bring it and you are leaving in a day anyway. We stay for two nights. Very disappointing.

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE . For 5 days we didn't have hot water to take a bath because the water heater was broken! no interest from the accommodation. they did not refund our money after the trouble we went through. it's central but at night you can't sleep because of the noise. exactly downstairs there is a club that had music every night. the rooms have nothing to do with reality and they were not clean!!! be careful, it is not worth even 10 euros of your money.

    A really spacious apartment but tired round the edges. The cooking smells from below pervade the apartment all night, very unpleasant. Very noisy until 3am.

    Smartflats is possibly the biggest scam in Brussels. We booked our "hotel" VIA booking which we received an email with "Check in instructions", stating that we could pick up our keys at their reception. Their reception was non existent, we tried calling and emailing a number times with each time being put on hold or told that we need to deal with booking. After hours of trying to get a hold of them we had to book another hotel. The next day we finally got in touch with somebody via telephone after loads of waiting, again, to be informed that our hotel was under maintenance and that there is nothing they could do about it. So far we have been debited of 700+ euros and still have not been refunded. Whatever you do, do not book with these scam artists.

    Great, centrally located apartment. Big,warm, well equipped, it is set, we discovered, right in the stylish heart of the city. Very good kitchen and bathroom. We were really chuffed with this accommodation.

    Really old, noisy and dark apartment, squeezing doors, parquet and pipes, near drunk, low intelligent, aging tourists. Brussels is kind of disappointment full with trashes...but if there is no other way and you have to visit the city, I recommend to look for a hotel in the eastern part of the city.

    The rooms are fine, clean and big. The bed is comfortable but the sofa is very bad. Man got backpain after one night. The location is very very good. And price is fair.

    Stayed 5 nights, very very lound sound etc for 3 nights out of them... Such an awful enviroment for apartment. Loud bar/s downstairs, loud neighbours - very thin walls. Apartment is nice but its so lound it drives me crazy luckily last night now and can go away but it has veen awful. Wifi is very stone age too, was expecting more from this place.

I asked for a refund and I was offered a 50% credit…. You can imagine that with such an experience I will never go through Smartflat again very unfortunate that such a beautiful apartment is so little (Original) le ménage ne était pas fait à notre arrivée à 16h. il y avait les vieux draps et serviettes sales des précédents : super en temps de Covid… -PAS DEAU CHAUDE car chaudière éteinte et impossible à rallumer. il a fallu attendre 16h le lendemain pour qu'un technicien vienne rallumer la chaudière. soit 24h sans pouvoir prendre de douche.... - pas de lumière quasiment dans l'appart - la salle de bain fait peur, la baignoire est bancale - l'appartement est équipé du strict minimum - LE BRUIT, très mauvaise insonorisation. il y a des bars en bas de l'appartement. vous ne pourrez pas dormir beaucoup.. - service client est deplorable, vous appelez, on vous dit envoyer les messages sur WhatsApp et personne ne répond. vous rappelez on vous dit qu'il transmette au “ responsable » mais personne ne vous tient au courant. J’ai demandé un remboursement on m’a proposé un avoir de 50%…. Vous vous doutez bien qu’avec une telle expérience je ne passerai plus jamais par Smartflat tres dommage qu'un si bel appartement soit si peu

    HORRIBLEMENT MEDIOCRE ! Le seul avantage de cet appartement (401) est sa situation en plein cœur de Bruxelles, mais c'est aussi un gros inconvénient car du fait il est très bruyant... Musique très forte et bruits de rue et de bar jusqu'à 3H du matin, puis poubelles, verres et livraisons le matin très tôt ! C'est aussi très mal insonorisé, on entend tout les pas, les conversations et les évacuations et écoulements d'eau des apparts du dessus et d'à côté... L'entrée de l'immeuble est aussi l'entrée des cuisines d'un restaurant (toujours ouvertes) et ça pue la friture tout le temps dans le hall. La porte d'entrée ferme très mal à clé et reste entrouverte, c'est très peu sécurisant ! L'appart est spacieux mais vide, très mal décoré dans un style moderne et sobre mais avec du mobilier bas de gamme et de récup... Les travaux et finitions sont bâclés, peinture écaillée partout, surtout au plafond à cause de l'humidité, tuyaux apparents partout, clous, vis, trous et taches sur les murs... Pas d'armoire dans la chambre, juste une pendrie de camping en tissus... Équipement de la cuisine succin et limité, pas de tasses à Expresso, justes des grandes tasses à thé ! Pas de drap housse, juste des draps trop petits qui ne tiennent donc pas sur le matelas.... Salle de bain très sombre avec juste un petit miroir et pas d'étagère pour poser ses affaires, ni de barre pour les serviettes. Chauffage bloqué au minimum donc pas assez fort. TV HS pendant tout le séjour et personne n'est venu réparer malgré mes réclamations ! Ascenseur souvent en panne. Heureusement que j'avais soit disant été surclassé car l'appartement standart que j'avais choisi n'était pas dispo sinon je n'ose même pas imaginer dans quel état il aurait été ! Equipe peu professionnelle qui répond difficilement aux messages... Donc pour finir, beaucoup trop cher pour si peu de qualité !!! A Éviter ..
