This room was amazing but they didn't have a porter so I had to carry my three big luggages by myself , the food options wasnt great , they didn't have food options you would expect in any normal hotel ....the breakfast on the other hand was amazing...

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location and value. Close to the train station (North) and the metro as well as a fairly easy walk to restaurants and the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern room with a comfortable bed and everything we needed including a nearby water dispenser with both still and sparkling filtered water. Our room was upgraded to a King Deluxe with a nice view of the botanical gardens. Great variety and quality in the buffet breakfast. High quality food in the on site restaurant as well.

(Suite 5100)--We absolutely loved our 4 night stay this week, from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel. We were greeted so warmly by Camille and given a warm cookie each. Our room wasn't quite ready so we were offered a free drink at the bar and had a nice chat with the bartender. When in our room (#5100) we were in absolute awhh with how gorgeous it was. I don't think I've ever stayed in a suite nicer than this and the view over the park was spectacular! I love that they give you reusable glass bottles in your room that you can fill up as much as you want with still or sparkling water! What a fabulous idea!! It's in a handy enough area where we could easily walk to the trains and old city but if you're not much of a walker this may not be the location for you. We look forward to staying here again soon!

My rooms was nice, high ceiling, coffee machine and a big bed, but no view out the window, another building less than a meter. Some noise from people walking in the room above. Breakfast is good. Staff are kind and helpful, although the taxi I reserved in advance came 15min late.

Great option to stay in Brussels. The rooms are very spacious and the bed’s extremely comfortable. The attention to detail is very remarkable as they gift you a warm welcome cookie, leave you bottles with filtered water which can be refilled, offer a mini shop with essentials in the entrance and the towels are very soft. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast but it looked quite complete.

Good centralized location. The hotel lobby is historic and incredibly beautiful. Very friendly and professional staff both at the reception and the bar. We got a free upgrade. The room was very clean and well-equipped. Free sparkling water on tap, which is a nice bonus. Great bed. Excellent hotel.

Not one of the better Hilton properties, but the location makes up for that. The restaurant was solid. Breakfast was good with traditional American breakfast options alongside European options. Hotel is 15-20 minutes walking from just about everything you want to see. Right across the street from a major shopping area. Service was outstanding, 5 stars all the way in that. Room layout was a little awkward, but everything is clean. They offer a city tour, beer tour and a whiskey tasting. All worth it.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I arrived at 0900 although my check-in was not until 1500. They had a room available and immediately took care of me! This hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveler, it was very nice and peaceful. Every time I went down to ask a question, the staff were always there ready and willing to assist me. I needed power adapters and they handed me a box to take what I needed for my stay. I can't stress enough how awesome the staff and vibe was there. The location was also great, the hotel sits in a location right next to the shopping strip that offers a plethora of stores and markets for you to enjoy.

Beautiful Hotel, big room, large shower, great location, very comfortable bed, nice staff and excellent well varied breakfast. The room had a bad noise isolation; we could hear people in the corridor but not anything from outside the hotel. The wooden floors kept creaking and the bathroom door is very old, room could use some renovation and better cleaning.

I've searched 2 rooms for 4 adults and I booked two rooms from this hotel about a month ago. At the time I was thinking I've booked 2 rooms for 4 adults breakfast included. When I've arrived at the hotel today, they said the reservation is for 2 rooms and "2" adults but 4 adults are ALLOWED to stay and since the reservation is for 2 adults, the breakfast will be just for 2. I've checked my confirmation emails again and some says 2 guests some says 4 guests. But the hotel insists that their SYSTEM says the reservation is for 2 people and they cannot do anything other than charging us for extra breakfast if we want. I think the hotel's room advertisement in third party websites are very misleading about room properties. If they've been clearer, maybe i would make a different arrangement. But now, I'm at the property with no other option but checking in and figuring out what to do. I've kindly asked the property twice by showing them emails. They agree that there is some kind of mistake because some emails on their side says 4 guests but they refused to help since the reservation is as it is in their SYSTEM. About the stay: Reception doesn't explain anything about the services and room equipment unless you ask. Hotel room was clean. You should ask for amenities if you need. The location is perfect.

Beautiful hotel, great style. Staff from reception to bar and restaurant where very welcoming and friendly. Meal was excellent, food served in a timely manner. Would certainly recommend staying here as it's only a few minutes walk into centre area. Upgraded room given, which was excellent. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Brussels.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, Mr Kim was extremely helpful and we received an upgrade to a suite - we’re Platinum members. We always appreciate the warm 🍪 too! Breakfast had a good selection - but should be open till 10 for the weary travelers. The 2 young ladies, with the same name at the front desk are very helpful and housekeeping does a good job. Thank you for making our stay comfortable

Lovely hotel a fair bit of building work outside which is a pain but not a fault of hotel it made finding the Rogier car park tough but again not hotels fault. Hotel was very nice, staff friendly and the free warm cookie upon checking in was a very nice little treat! Restaurant was nice had an amazing beef tenderloin and my other half said it was the best cheese burger she’s had. Breakfast was also very nice, would stay again if only for that lovely smell wafting the halls very nice indeed :)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. By far the nicest Doubletree I’ve stayed in. Everyone on staff was friendly and very helpful. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. If you get a chance, do the beer tasting through the hotel. It was only 20 euros and the guide Maggie was phenomenal!

Stayed here a few months ago. Very friendly and professional stuff, rooms are quite spacious, clean and well equipped. Free water is available for every guest at each floor. Very recommend hotel.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. Though we arrived earlier than planned, our room was ready and check-in was seamless. We were given welcome freshly baked cookies which was a lovely touch. The room was quite lovely, bathroom well appointed and lit. I especially liked the water stations along the corridor with Brita filters offering still, sparkling, cold etc water plus a microwave..nicely done. Refillable bottles in our room for that purpose. The Metro is round the corner, a botanical garden right outside plus a host of other places if you take walk past the metro. Check-out was also great and we could leave our luggage to go sightseeing some more before finally departing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very clean, super nice staff. Room good, hallways mediocre. Nice access to unlimited filtered water both still and sparkling. Gym mediocre, weight machine broken, treadmill ok.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very kind and welcoming. As Hilton Diamond members, we were upgraded and our room was ready earlier than standard check in. Thank you so much for that; it was so nice!!! The room was beautiful and extremely clean - exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was absolutely amazing. The bed was nice, so were the pillows and towels. Room service was prompt and there is also a mini store in the lobby 24/7. The bartender in the restaurant was really nice, too. There’s a discount for parking at the center at the train station steps away (P.S., bring your ticket with you - you will need to get back to your car and to get it validated to get the hotel discount €16 instead of €22 per day). A downside, but overall, the stay is really good… The TV options are very limited and there’s no options to log into your own account or use a HDMI (which we brought along) and watch something other than news in English. The weather was absolutely terrible with rain and clouds so we wanted to stay in; while grateful for a beautiful room with lots of space, we didn’t get to enjoy it at night because we had to pull chairs the nearest outlet to watch a movie on our laptop rather than get to use the TV in the room.

Best service ever! The room is excellent and clean. The service was amazing and staff were helpful and supportive! I paid for breakfast included but some days I had to do a work meeting, so they sent me a little room service tray with some nice breakfast (croissants, fruits, juice, and coffee). Super nice hotel I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

  • 5/5 Brianna J. 1 year ago on Google
Aziz said from the restaurant was fantastic. Polite, accommodating and excellent hospitality. Our room was upgraded and we received a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. Definitely will be staying at further Hilton Hotels! Service is perfect! I liked the reusable bottles and incentive to become more sustainable. Also, no charge for filtered water!!

Good location, most things you could walk to / take public transport to quite easily. Also not too far from the airport. The hotel looks amazing. We were all quite disappointed with the breakfast. The selection for hot food was very little compared to any other hotel I've been to. I understand the new initiative that hotels are taking to not waste food, but this selection I left was just not up to a good level.

Excellent hotel with great clean rooms and water on every floor. I was a bit effy about the location of the hotel and felt like it would be a taxi ride to the grand place area. First day we did take a cab from the front of the hotel. The staff could have told us to exit from the backdoor for grand place, the street from the back door is a pleasant walk all the way to Grand place. We regularly walked back and forth. The noord station is a few mins walk to the right of the back door. If you take a left from the back door, the street will lead you to grand place and on the way lots of shopping and food! All in all I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to public transportation with a shopping mall across the street. The room and common areas were neat, clean, and well decorated. Lastly, the breakfast included lots of healthful options and was well-stocked. In summary, it was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

NIce hotel next to Place Rogier, short walk from North train station. Metro station is very close. Nice rooms, good breakfast.

  • 5/5 Ayush S. 7 months ago on Google
Excellent stay. The front desk people are very courteous and helpful, I was provided an early check in and the welcome cookies were delicious. The hotel is located right next to a major bus/metro station and a 15-20 min walk to the grand place. Will definitely like to stay here again.

We were asked to pay a deposit of 100 euros and they blocked our credit card. Then they didn't take us to the hotel. We had to return to the train station at 10 o'clock at night. It was extremely dangerous!!! We said we wanted to pay in the morning and they stubbornly refused to accept it. Definitely not recommended!

Renovated Hotel near the center of Brussels, easy to access and restaurant on side. Rooms are in a modern style and well equipped. Attention, there are rooms with windows to a wall in lass then a meter, these rooms are terrible. Ask for a room with a view. Breakfast is typical for the Brand, with a good choice of healthy stuff as well.

Very happy that the Double Tree opened as the former Hilton next door closed down just before Corona. Everything is nicely refurbished, very motivated staff, good rooms, nice Bar, brilliant breakfast. Will surely come back!

4* hotel with 5 star service & facilities! One of the best doubletrees we’ve stayed worldwide (we are Hilton diamond members so we stay a lot..). Truly outstanding hotel, exceeding all expectations! Great location, minutes away from the main shopping street. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, humble and welcoming - especially reception staff, concierge, the bar and the restaurant senior staff members. The hotel itself is newly renovated - wonderful, modern and spacious rooms with high speed wifi. We had a standard room with 4 small kids and we could perfectly fit because the sofa bed was really big. The breakfast is truly outstanding - the best quality food, great variety and ambience - 5 star level. Well done to the GM and the staff of this hotel - this is a shining star of the Hilton family, we truly enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back.

I highly recommend this hotel as it is well situated. Most important, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. I was extremely impressed. So much that I have stayed 3 times last month. Special thanks to Kim for his professionalism and attentiveness he provides to guests. This hotel became my favourite in Brussels. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very diversified and there is lots of choices. I want to give a special thank you to Acar who always makes certain that guests are satisfied and comfortable. I also enjoyed the bar at the end of the day and want to give a special thank you to Ilir and Jean for their excellent service and company! Be sure to take a stroll in the Botanic garden across the street, it is free and gorgeous!

Nice hotel with a good service. Rooms are big enough and comfortable. Breakfast area is OKwith good food selection. The location is just opposite to Brussels Botanical Garden which is plus if you want to have a "green rest" after working day.

  • 4/5 Lynda H. 2 years ago on Google
The staff was very friendly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was noisier than I would have expected. My view was another set of rooms across a small outdoor area but there are rooms with views on to the botanical gardens. Breakfast was very good with a reasonable selection of excellent food. I particularly liked the fresh fruit and the scrambled eggs. You could easily have a delicious vegan breakfast. I received a warm chocolate cookie when I arrived. It was delicious but an option with less sugar & fewer calories would have been nice.

(Translated by Google) The new DoubleTree in Brussels convinced me overall. I was warmly welcomed and said goodbye. Even if, as a status guest, I didn't get an upgrade and the room had a very poor view or no view at all, I was still satisfied with the room itself. It has a large flat screen TV, coffee machine with capsules from Lavazza, kettle, iron, ironing board, safe. I find the provision of filtered water to be a very good solution. Breakfast is not like Hilton's, but you can still get full. I really liked the fresh flowers on the tables and at the reception. Those arriving by car receive a € 2 discount on the daily rate in the Rogier underground car park.

Very clean, specious and gorgeous. The location was central to all attractions or public transit. All my interactions with staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms were very nice, clean, and it was nice to have a mini-fridge in the room. The bed was comfy and I liked that it was an actual king bed and not two twin beds pushed together seen in more traditional European style hotel rooms.

Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed ourselves. The lovely receptionist went out of her way to change my room (even when she did not have to). The staff were nice, lovely, always had smiles on their faces and tried to communicate in english. We enjoyed the hotel so much. We loved the place and the staff so much; we would definitely recommend.

A perfect hotel to stay in Brussels. They welcomed us with cookies and it really leveled up the experiences. The room was amazingly clean and the hotel interior was wonderful. The bar also added up the value of the hotel as the drinks are great and the bartenders are really welcoming!

  • 5/5 Mini R. 1 year ago on Google
Way, way, nicer that you would expect a DoubleTree to be! The rooms are good sized (even the cheap ones we got), the large curtains do a great job of keeping the room dark in the morning, and the shower is spacious. Amazingly there is a free sparkling water machine on each floor! We had free breakfast, it had over 25 items, including six warm items, every cold cut you might want. Not only because you are in Belgium, try the waffles as they are extremely well cooked and you will pay lots outside. The kids and we loved our five day stay at the centrally located DoubleTree.

  • 5/5 Kate G. 1 year ago on Google
Exceeded expectations i usually have for Hilton. Amazing location right in the center, 10 minutes from the grand place. We had a beautiful room at the top floor with amazing views. Room was spacious and bed was gigantic. Everything wad spotless and extremely comfortable. Staff are simply wonderful. Their Christmas decor was very tasteful as well, gave us festive feeling 😊

We decided to treat ourselves to a 2night stay in the Double Tree and really enjoyed it. The rooms are generous and comfortable with a firm king sized bed, spacious bathroom and coffee machine. The breakfast was excellent with loads of choice. We enjoyed relaxing in the hotel bar which was staffed by friendly bar tenders who could mix up some lovely cocktails and some good quality chat too. Overall, an excellent experience and we'll certainly be back again in the new year.

Stayed here for two nights with family. Staff all very friendly and efficient. Nice touch handing out warm cookies at check in! The hotel has an Art Deco theme which is continued in rooms, although these were quite plain. We had three rooms. All were adequately spacious. Beds were large and comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft for me. Each room had a large TV with multi national channels. We were on the seventh floor, but non of our rooms had a view. The bathrooms had only a walk in shower, but it was powerful and quick to heat up. Everything was clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities, the latter by all capsule coffe machine. I didn't like the coffee though. Also, water bottles provided which could be refilled by a tap on each floor, with chilled and sparkling options. I wish more hotels did this. The rooms had air conditioning with easy controls. Everything worked. The heavy curtains did a good job of keeping the room dark. It was also nice and quiet, although we did notice some construction works beginning on the day we checked out. We never tried the breakfast as we thought the price to much. Maybe it is good value, but we found good alternatives in the city ( try Chicago's). The mid day checkout time is very handy, as is the option to leave luggage for later pickup. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was lovely with newly refurbished and comfortable rooms. Everything was spotless and of course I received the famous DoubleTree cookie. The room is both heated and cooled effectively . I was lucky enough to have my room upgraded on arrival. Breakfast was as expected. It had a selection of warm and cold food with fresh fruit. I would have liked if there were slightly more variation in the warm options but the provided ones were still tasty. I unfortunately didn’t get time to test the amenities but would visit this hotel again if in Brussels

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and what a fantastic hotel! We had the King One Bedroom Suite with a view over the Botanical Gardens. The room was so spacious, the seating in the lounge area was comfortable and it was nice having the door between the rooms so that when my partner went to be, I could stay up and watch TV without disturbing her. The bed was extremely comfortable and the mega shower was so refreshing. The soaps, shower gels, and body lotions are gorgeous, amazing scent and leave your skin feeling amazing. The water fountain that gave still and sparkling water was just outside our front door which was very convenient. The breakfast offering is very large and it was a nice touch only being 5 euro to have room service breakfast (if you have breakfast included in the price). The hotel bar was a lovely relaxing place to stop and have a drink, with a good selection of drinks on offer. We found the hotel to be in a great location, only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Grand Place and other tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Overall a fantastic place to stay and a hotel I'm sure we will be heading back to.

  • 5/5 Heidi B. 1 year ago on Google
This hotel is A+ in so many regards. From the art work to the breakfast bar, the flavoured water and the warm Doubletree cookies at welcome, who can beat that? The bed was extremely comfortable, I could've stayed buried under that duvet for a whole day. Only downside was our view -- a plain white wall. That said, we were only there a night and the hotel more than fulfilled my need for a relaxing night away from the stress of Southern England. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!
