I had really bad experience today in inno there is a women in second floor in women section in (Weekend maxmara)behaved very badly rudely towards my father he was just looking at a cardigan and she was steaming a cloth when he kept the cardigan back she rudely and harshly pulled it from the rail where we hang clothes and put it to other place. I think he put it in wrong place but it’s her job to put it in right place but her rudely behaviour was so client unfriendly

Horrible stuff, very rude and nationalist! Items can never be returned back, as they force you to buy something else even if you don’t need! Stuff at parfumerie most horrible, never talked to you in decent way!

Great prices on some seriously upmarket brands! Well worth a visit when in Antwerp, Belgium even for a day trip..

Sales ladies very helpfull but without knowledge of itemd. Someone from firdt floor had to help with shirts on main floor but could not find size. On menshop only till max 3xl collar too small . We were finally directed to boutique in town a that do have this 4xl.. unbelievable that Inno does not sell for bigger men with comfort fit. I wished a skirt.. as a lady I want a skirt and a nice outfit as 50 plus NOTHING . Mostly max 44 or 46 size that in fact are even too short or narrow for 30 plus as well Where can we older woman find decent and fitting nice city clothes? INNO used to be such quality store.. now no help abd a waste of time to find personel that is qualified. And why do we need to pay for a bag when buying kitchen ware and looking around bought other stuff. We were tourists and did not have a shopping bag. A boutique does give free bags and sells at same price.. Please think about quality and being different in a city

A lot shopping to do? This is a place to go! Shopping place has also delicious food to eat inside in case you get hungry. Beautiful architecture inside!

You doing a 30% discount for Black Friday and removing the prices of all items that are on sale? There is no greater proof of price fraud than… You are not giving users the opportunity to see the real price to see the real discount…

I bought a concealer and a bronzer in the shop this afternoon. When I was going home by bike, it was raining and my bag (which was made of paper) tore and my newly products were on the ground without me knowing. I only noticed when I was almost home, but I went back and found my stuff. Only to see them shattered by the cars who drove over them... I picked the bronzer and concealer up, concealer was unable to be carried because the glass was shattered. The bronzer stood a chance. I could go home but I decided to go back to the store. The storemanager made sure my purchased products were replaced with new products, without making a problem. I was so happy with this service, highly recommend this store for their costumerservice!

Incredibly rude staff. The lady at the top floor who was creepily eyeing us in an arrogant manner made us incredibly uncomfortable. They should teach their employees common courtesy and etiquette. Also all the prices are cheaper online, so it's no wonder less and less people are stopping by.

Great store, with premium products such as Dior and Chanel perfume and cosmetics, other brands like DKNY, CK, and many... watches, clothes. Medium to expensive prices.

Perfect experience at Sunglass Hut today, Agron is a wonderful store assistant who helped me to find the perfect sunglasses, and he made the process a lot more fun too, he has a great personality! If only ever sales experience could be so great. Thanks Agron!

I mostly visit this place during Sales/promotion season..that os in January and july. You will get discount from 30% to 80 % on branded products.

INNO is a megastore spanning 5 floors. You'll find just about anything here, but the main focus is on clothes (women, men and children) and apparel from most major designer brands, shoes, perfumery, watches and jewelry, travel accessories, kitchen and home apparel. INNO is convenient because you'll find nearly everything under one roof (including the restaurant Lunchgarden), but at the same time prices tend to be higher than buying at other discount stores or specialised retailers. The interior is however a bit claustrophobic due to low ceilings and it's show it's age. INNO is an ideal visit when it's raining and you want to continue your shopping, but if you're looking for the best deal you'll need to compare prices. Another option to get better deals is to apply for the free INNO loyalty card.

I enjoy shopping here and decided it was a good idea to take my grandpa there for a few basic clothing items. We grabbed a few items and headed to small fitting room. There was no where to put clothes that didn't fit so I placed them on a table near a fitting room a few steps away where other customers were placing their items that didn't work. When we were ready the employee near our fitting room (who had been very unhelpful) demanded to know where I had put the clothes. I pointed to the spot and they started reprimanding us, making us feel stupid for what we did. We tried handing them the few other items that didn't fit which the employee then refused to take. It left a very bad taste in our mouths.

good afternoon, today, August 23, I was just at the Inno gallery, I wanted to buy a foundation for my skin type, it is dry, and I want to say that I asked the consultant for advice, a short woman with dark short hair, when I approached her and turned to her upon request, she immediately changed her look, evaluating me and began to explain to me with displeasure that they have creams for all skin types, I said that I was interested in dry ones, I don't speak Dutch and asked me to translate on my phone, she did it with displeasure and when she returned it to me she wiped her hands from holding my phone, it's strange to say the least.. I was shocked by such behavior that the consultant can't give advice and just scolds me to understand that I can't buy something from them, although I came for a specific purchase.. it's actually terrible, I have a lot left unpleasant impressions from this person..

While the physical store is big and has a reasonably large collection, the online store operations are a disaster. They took 3 days to send me an electronic gift card after several reminders. Never buy on their online store if you want something quickly!

Big store where you can buy clothing from Hugo Boss, Armani...and other high end brands.

Very nice place for shopping and has a wonderful views.
