I had a lovely stay at Villa Crespi. The place is amazing and the views from all the hotel are great. One of the most wonderful meals ever and I have visited Michelin star restaurants on every continent. Fabulous food, service and location. Book far in advance and enjoy without regard to the bill. It's worth it.

The location is just amazing and charming, I could spend a month relaxing here. The service is over the top, really friendly and effective, they made us feel home. The restaurant was a great experience, above what we expected. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise!

Wir hatten keine lange Wartezeit, grundsätzlich herrscht eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre und von Paaren bis Familien mit Kindern war jede Zielgruppe vertreten. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen sowie eine Empfehlung für das Restaurant aussprechen.

A beautiful place with no similar history and environment elsewhere. Great service and good location close to Lago di Orta.

Great food experience with poor service for a 3 star restaurant. Noisy environment, difficult to catch waiters talking. Half an hour waiting for an espresso, not acceptable. Room very romantic, well furnished. Not breakfast before 8 am, we left without. Overall not value for money, much better option in the Milan area

I went to many Relais Châteaux in Italy and this place was the best by far. The place itself is breathtaking. The staff took care of every needs I had, diner was awesome, even if I couldn’t speak a word of Italian (they even spoke some French, that was a nice touch). Would absolutly recommend! Amazing experience. Wonderful place and delightful lunch. Service has been perfect and the waitress are the most kind. Top quality of food and wine however, I was (negatively) impressed by the cost of the coffe. Is it possible and/or right to pay an espresso 10€? For every Italian, especially for Napolitan people, even 2-starred chef, this is too much.

Very satisfying experience ! Route chosen from south to north. The only dish that did not satisfy us 100% was the pigeon. Very accurate service as can be expected from this level of restaurant. Raccomended.

Very special hotel. The staff is incredible, very friendly, helpful on what to do, where to go, and very accommodating. The building is really beautiful, extremely well done and the surrounding yard and patio is a very special place to have breakfast and/or a drink. We will go back the next time we go to Italy.

I tired to book a table for my father's birthday with little advance, from the moment I made the call the treatment I received was absolutely top class. Given the occasion I was put at the top of the waiting list and in a few day I got a call back to confirm the reservation. The whole experience was amazing, the personnel was kind and delicate, always trying to satisfy all our needs.

The atmosphere is relaxed and refined, the staff is skilled and thoughtful. We experienced the package that accompanies every dish with the suggested wine selection and it was impeccable! The restaurant is amazing: beautiful rooms, attentive, very friendly and competent staff, magnificent wines and absolutely delicious food served in awesome arrangements. A truly wonderful experience. A practical unique experience in an amazing building. Food prepared and served with passion, knowledge, taste. Exactly in the Chef Cannavacciuolo spirit and image.Excellent choice of wines. Aside from the wonderful culinary experience, my wife and I we felt like at home, thanks to fantastic staff. Letting us visit the kitchen was a wonderful surprise.
