It used to be one of my favourite Spanish restaurants in Chile, but, as with many other places, we noticed a significant drop in quality in their dishes post-pandemic. We ordered a tortilla which was good but lacking the creamy texture, an octopus risotto which was excellent, some meat skewers lacking in taste, beef tongue in a creamy mushroom sauce - good, and a paella a la Valenciana whoch was the most disappointing dish! First, we were told the paella would take at least 40 minutes, but it made it to our table in 25 minutes, which could explain why it was mostly a soup, the rice had not absorbed any of the flavours, and both the seafood and chicken pieces were chewy, stale, and tasteless! We did go there a little past 9:30pm, and they must have rushed the paella bc the kitchen was closing, but imo they should have told us the pealla was not an option instead of serving a dish that badly prepared! The service continues to be great, and their Sangria is the best!

A beautiful Spanish restaurant near the beach in downtown Viña del Mar, Chile. Honestly couldn’t be in a better location. A stones throw from the water, close to the casino. A bus ride from Valparaíso. Go there. I urge you. It’s worth it. The foods amazing. It’s run by an awesome chef. Worth the trip. And they’re delivering during Covid :)

This is one of many times we went this restaurant, this time celebrating our 5th anniversary. The food as always, was amazing. We celebrate our wedding here too... This is a really special place for us.

The service is great, the place is also cozy and has a good atmosphere. The food is OK, while it's not the best it tastes alright , unfortunately for the price you pay, you'd expect more authentic flavours.

Mediocre spanish food served by nice staff. Rude chef was indeed Spanish. Unfortunately food lacks flavor and innovation. Pasty paella with good ingredients. "Black paella came out green".

A very nice fine dining restaurant. Specially for Spanish cuisine and paella. Tried paella negorita and it is very nice. Slightly less spicy than the paellas I tried in Spain.

Excellent Spanish cuisine! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is elegant. I would 100% eat here again and I recommend it to anyone interested in giving it a try.

I have to say that everything I tasted was very good. They have a good variety of plates. My favorite was "cordero a la manchega". The lamb was very soft and delicious. Services was good. The price is higher than other good restaurants in the neighborhood, but if you can afford it it will be a good experience because of the uniqueness culinary experience.

Good place to eat Spanish food, outstanding attention, the waitress was really friendly, provided with all the information necessary to understand each dish and more. A must-visit restaurant if you want to try what Spanish food is like and feel welcomed.

This place! Amazing service, the food is a good amount, and it tastes really, really good it has beautiful decorations and Spanish music. The zurracapote (traditional Spanish beverage) is refreshing. If you want to taste several things, go for the "daily menu" it has good variety, but the paellas are 5 stars from what i heard. Next time I'll go for one!

Excellent service and great food and drink. Very patient when we tried to understand all the different options and their contents.

A great place to have the real taste of Spaniard food. Prices are high, plates usually serve 1 person but must be ordered for at least 2. The executive menu is the best option. The appetizers are exquisite.
