Cuzco Sabores is one of the many Peruvian restaurants in the area featuring two floors and four outdoor tables. The menu is extensive covering all of the classics of Peruvian cuisine. The pollo a la orange ($10.450 pesos) was moist and tangy with just the right balance. The lomo saltado ($11.220 pesos) was juicy and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous and large. The service was friendly and efficient with the suggested 10% service charge more than justified. The only area for improvement (and the only reason for not giving five stars) is the limited variety of non-alcoholic drinks. Case in point when asking for chicha morada, a popular Peruvian drink I was told it was only available with alcohol.

Do not miss this incredible gem while you're in Viña del Mar! We enjoyed a wonderful meal here our first evening of our visit, and it was a wonderful way to start our trip. The service was impeccable, and the food was mind-blowing good. We enjoy the Lomo and sea bass dishes along with a bottle of wine.

I just loved this place. We came here tonight and ate the most outstanding food with impeccable service. They really got everything right. Even the Pisco Sour was amazing, certainly the best I've ever had. Go for the beef empanadas (tonight's special) and the aji de gallina.

I have tried different Peruvian restaurants in the area and this one is the best so far. Food was very tasty, fast and polite service. From the hostess to the waiters, everybody made me feel welcome and appreciated. I will defenitly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to come back once again.

Our initial plans were to eat elsewhere, but when we found out they close early on Sundays we had to find another place - it couldn’t have worked out any better. We had an amazing experience at Cuzco Sabores. The waitstaff was super friendly, the atmosphere felt high-end, and the food was excellent. We started with the empanadas (even though my pictures shows four, there were six - ate two too soon). The spicy sauce that was served with the (warm) bread was a perfect compliment. I got the surf and turf cheese and spinach ravioli, which also came with a tender fillet covered in butterflied shrimp and oyster sauce. My wife got the fettuccine with bolognese sauce and a thick tuna steak. Both dishes were done to perfection. If I had one complaint is that they didn’t have Coke Zero, and instead I had to have a Sprite Zero - but even that worked out great because I think it went with the meal better.

Great surprise! They mix Peruvian and Italian cuisine. It may sound odd, but they know what they're doing. This is Chile, they really know Peruvian cuisine.

I ordered lomo saltado and pisco sour traditional one. They were very good actually! I love peruvian food so much because the taste is similar to Chinese food. If the price was not that expensive I will definitely come back again…

Great food and service. Although it is a very closed environment, so not perfectly covid safe. If the restaurant would open up the entrance to allow more ventilation it would be safer.

The photo does not do it justice! The food was excellent... i looked at it and was like meh.. but seriously the flavour was brilliant and the sauces in particular 'aji' was outstanding.

Cuzco Sabores is a 5 star restaurant. The atmosphere is casual elegance. The food was prepared to perfection and the flavor combinations were wonderful. Very cozy and family-oriented restaurant in the heart of Viña del Mar. It's next to the Casino and has typical Peruvian specialties. Very refommendable and gorgeous food.

Very nice service and food. My girlfriend speaks Spanish, so I'm not sure how easy it would be to navigate the menu without her, but we both enjoyed the food very much. The service was very attentive and kind. I would suggest saving some room for dessert, they were delicious, but super rich and heavy. If I had a complaint I would have prefered the music level to be a little quieter, but that is very minor.
