Likuram, Delicias Gluten Free

Food producer

🫤 Apparently they "reinvented" themselves, so it is no longer a restaurant but rather they sell cookies and chilenitos. It was ok for my son, but less options for celiacs, in case you are looking for gluten-free food in vineyard, don't bother

Rich place with plenty of options for people with dietary limitations, plenty of variety and delicious preparations from all areas, a pleasant culinary experience, the missing star deserves it for its precious highs and the poverty of one of its main dishes, the hamburgers, which although Strong, they were a bit basic and dry for the high price they had. The service and desserts were exquisite.

My opinion as a 3s chef is that the place has a perfect kitchen, an incredible flavor, care and respect for the raw materials and everything is 100% gluten-free, it is perfect, the service is very friendly, warm and ends with a very warm and calm atmosphere that you forget that you are in full 15 north.

Excellent service, very delicious food and slightly high prices (medium pizza 8500, sushi between 5500 and 6500, don't order the juice because it costs 2800 and is less than 300mL).

It's a quiet place, they have delicious sandwiches and juices. The decoration of the second floor is nice.

Amazing to find this restaurant where EVERYTHING is gluten free! (also nice that they have menus in English and in Spanish). Lovely to begin with warm GF bread and pebre although it would have been nice to get more than two tiny pieces of bread. On my first visit, I tried pizza. The crust of the pizza was nicely crunchy on the bottom and had some herbs cooked in. I wouldn't call it a thin crust, but it wasn't thick, either. It was dense enough so that I could pick up a slice with my hand and it didn't droop at all. I would rate it in the top 25% of restaurant GF pizza crusts I have tried. For toppings, I selected ham, mushrooms and onions, all of which are sprinkled on top of a standard tomato sauce and melted cheese. I was pleasantly surprised at the abundance of toppings and everything was very fresh. Next time I will ask them to leave off the standard cheese (the completely tasteless Chilean "queso mantecoso") and select as one of the extra ingredients the mozzarella. My husband's ravioli was stuffed with ham and cheese and covered in a very good tomato sauce with mushrooms. It was quite good but seemed like a small portion. We will definitely be back to try more of their offerings.

Really good food and nice staff! Unfortunately not all vegan options were available, but I'm very happy they think of people who not only suffer from celiak disease but also others.

Got rude treatment after opening my daughter's food and I even asked if they could microwave it. The person in charge said they couldn't open the jar INSIDE the kitchen, but never said anything about eating the food at the table.
